I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the ongoing issues with my account xxxxxxx held at Openbank by Santander. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter through phone calls to your customer service department and requests to speak with a manager, the situation remains unresolved. The persistent failure to release my funds has caused severe financial and emotional distress.
1. Initial Transfer Attempts: On 12/16/2024, I attempted to transfer funds from my account. Initially it showed that it was being processed and then he bank’s system canceled the request on 12/17/2024 and 12/18/2024 and that was in-spite of calling the customer service
ongoing unauthorized cancellations of my transfer requests. I filed a complaint with CFPB and got automatic response from bank that it was from unattended email address and that someone from bank will reach out to me. 2weeks later I am still waiting. Meanwhile, i am not able to pay employee annual salaries, rent, insurances, Federal taxes and other corporate bills with deadlines.
