I obtained a vehicle through B&G auto service, I had maintenance done on my vehicle
I obtained a vehicle through B&G auto service, I had maintenance done on my vehicle. I paid a total of $437 weeks later the car overheats again the same problem I took the vehicle in to get maintenance work on. The manager says that I will not be able to get refunded. I reached out to management, I tried to elevate the matter but can not reach anyone in management. B&J refuses to elevate the issue or fix my vehicle or give a refund. Had my newborn in the vehicle as it over heated in the highway very scary moment all caused by what customer which is me thought the issue was fixed.

Vehicle continues to not be repaired properly
Vehicle continues to not be repaired properly. I was told service records are for internal use only and refused any copies to show what repairs have been done. Valve cover was done incorrectly as stated by service manager and after being completed a second time car still leaks oil and smells burnt. Car shakes to the point the front end is literally falling apart. Shaking causes lights to flicker while driving. Requested to trade into another car and their customer service manager is rude and condescending when she speaks to you. Car is unsafe and they are rude and do not care. Only want money.
My vehicle has been repaired related to overheating over 3 times. August 29, January [protected] and October 17 are the dates of repairs that are related to overheating. ON October 17, that instance of repair was an out of pocket repair. The repair department stated my vehicle was no longer under warranty and this instance of overheating was not related to the previous two instances. They added the $1200 repair to my principal balance. I reached out in January to inform *** the Service Department supervisor that my car was still over heating. She stated the service department will not be repairing my vehicle anymore. Despite me mentioning my vehicle was not fixed properly in October. She refused to service my vehicle.
I first purchased my car 3/18
I first purchased my car 3/18. 2 weeks later my car needed an oil change, the A/C was not working properly & my check engine light would come on when the car was on too long saying the car was overheating. I asked to trade the car in because I just purchase the car, they told me no and that I could get the car fixed under the warranty at their mechanic. I took the car to their mechanic & when I came back to get my car 3 days later (Sat) there was a scape on the right side of my car & the mechanic said he doesn't know how it happened. He told me he was going to call me on Mon to bring it in to get fixed. He didn't call me until a week later. When he called me to get it fixed they had me drop it off at their phoenix location on Indian School Rd, on a Thurs & had me pick it up at a different location (Tonto St.) on Tues. When I went to pick up the car It had scratches on the hood of the car, & so when I told them that it wasn't like that before the guy just buffed it out & I waited

I purchased a car from the last month and my payments where on time and i had just made another payment. They called me on the 4th and i sleep during the day and had got up at night to go to work my car was off. I called them and they said my car was activate but it wasnt so i called in the morning and the lady said she turned it off because i didnt answer. I told her i work during the night and alseep during the day and thats what i told the girl who sold me the car..she said she would turn it on but never did then she said i had 2 days to pay an abandonment fee that i knew nothing about. I told her i could pay ot on the 13 because thats when i get my check.she said i had to pay by the 7th. Then *** said they have been calling me and i let her know she didnt call me at all i had talk to.a lady and had my brother take me up there. The owner said she was there the whole time but they told me she wasnt. When i was calling to talk to me they kept puting me on hold and handing up.. I know she wasnt thrrd because me and my brother went to talk to her. I dont think its fair especially when i was.making my payments on time.. The reason i even have an abandonment fee is because they told me when i brought someone up there to get there oil change my car broke down we told the owner we be back to have some one get it and when we can back she had it towed already.

I bought a car from B&G Auto Sales on August 8th
I bought a car from B&G Auto Sales on August 8th. Have the completed form with me and doesn't show that car was Salvaged anywhere. On October 9th, my car was hit. I went and submitted a claim with my insurance company Commonwealth Causality and after about a week and half they deemed my car a total loss. When they called me back to discuss all the numbers they told me my car had a salvaged title, which I didn't even know that was the case. They told me that I would be getting a total amount back of . My total I owe on my car is still $9,000. Commonwealth told me that because the car had a salvaged title it loses some value. They sent me the paperwork to sign via Fedex on October 23rd. I received the paperwork on October 26th. Got a call from them on October 26th and went over all the paperwork, signed it and sent it back to them the same day. They received the paperwork back on October 28th and immediately started to contact my Lien holder to get them to sign over the title. The first day my insurance company reached out to my lien holder was October 28th at 3pm. My lien holder did not answer and insurance company left a message. Nobody called back my insurance company and they reached out every other day from October 26th onwards. I contacted my lien holder on October 29th because my insurance company contacted me and said they were still waiting on my lien holder to send back the paperwork. So I contacted my lien holder and they informed me that they didn't receive any notifications from insurance company. So I waited another two days and still no response from lien holder. I waited another two days called insurance company and they informed me that they are still trying to get in contact with the lien holder which is Now November 2nd, 11 days after first contact. I contacted lien holder multiple times and left voicemails and never received a call back.
