I own a car dealership here in my city
I own a car dealership here in my city. I dealt with a fellow with the last name Cassel. After having me jump through hoops with mounds of paperwork for two weeks, I get a call saying they need to do a hard credit check. I have a 650 on all major scores. I asked first if that would suffice, but I could not get a clear acceptance criteria out of the sales rep, or on their webpage. I asked over and over and with no clarification given, but they made sure to say it's on you if you want us to run it. Obviously, I thought I would get approved with my current score, but he couldn't tell me I would. I still don't know why I was denied. After talking to someone, I found out they have a requirement about being open a certain amount of time. That's the only reason I could see that I was denied, but as I said they could give no clarification even once I was denied as to why. They made sure not to tell me the criteria as to who they accept and who they don't. I wouldn't waste my time with people like this. I already have two other finance companies I deal with and I never had as hard of a time with them as I did these people. Save your time and energy, especially if you're a new business. If you aren't established and they don't know they can't make money off and take advantage of you, they won't approve, unfortunately, and loyalty is important to any small business owner. There are better people out there who deserve your money! Hope this saves someone the time I had wasted!

Due to being off work due to COVID, I fell behind on my monthly payment
Due to being off work due to COVID, I fell behind on my monthly payment. Nationwide Cassel (NAC) started with their daily calls to my fiancee. I was finally able to talk to NAC and tell them my payment would be paid on my next payday of July 16th. In the meantime, the phone calls continued to both myself and my fiancee. I ended up informing NAC multiple times when I would pay, but the harassment continued. Next thing I know, they are calling my fiancees boss. I was very upset. I called and got an agent who was extremely rude, spoke over me, and would not listen to me. He kept telling me they were allowed to harass me since I had a bill due. He ended up hanging up on me as well with no resolution. I called back immediately and got a supervisor. Told her how their agent had just treated me, to which supervisor Tasha offered no resolution or apology. I informed her of the harassment and how I had communicated to them many times on when I would make a payment. She told me that all I had to do was ask for them to stop calling, so I asked her then to stop the calls and under no circumstances do you ever call my fiancees employer again. Guess what? Next day harassing calls again! Unbelievable! I just got off the phone with my fiancee who informed me that NAC contacted his boss YET AGAIN! This is absolutely unacceptable. I have been in communication with this company all along, and this harassment is unwarranted. They are messing people's jobs, their livelihoods, and way of supporting themselves. I cannot believe how unimaginably horrible they have treated us.
