CSC Lien release

I have called at least 5 phone numbers for CSC Logic and am unable to get ahold of anyone as the system connects me to an extension that is not valid. How do I actual speak with someone regarding getting my Lein Release?! This is ridiculous!

I paid off my loan and never received my lein release. I have tried contacting and no results. Unfortunately I was in a car accident and totaled my car but now I can't do ANYTHING because I don't have the release. Why is it SO HARD TO BE A GOOD COMPANY?!

My loan went through 3 companies and this was the absolute worst! The about my loan website is a complete joke as it never worked. Thank fully, SOME of the employees were nice.

Desired outcome: I want someone to respond to me as to how I can actually get ahold of a HUMAN and get my Lein Release.

CSC Toyota car loan payoff - lean release from csc logic inc

Hello,

Looking for help, not sure what course of action to take here. I paid off my Toyota SUV in January 2022. I Requested lien release and the customer service reps say the Title Company has sent in the mail. This was January 2022 Should receive 7-10 business days. Never received the first time. Called a few times after early February 2022 and they told me give it more time. Called back when it was mid Feb and still nothing. They said they will mail it again. Call again and escalated to manager, but never allowed to speak to anyone only a rep. Customer service reps said I see it's been mailed from the notes. I said do you have proof or a tracking # you can give me? No they say, it's standard ground mail. I ask, how do you know it went it out? She said the notes say so in our system. I can request them to mail it a a 2nd time in February. I never received anything. They make me verify address and I said still nothing and they tell me it must be a post office problem. They said this time I have to present them with a Fedex Account number acct and they will fedex it at my expense. You have to be kidding me. I don't have a Fedex acct. Nor do I want to set one up b/c your Title Company is now making it challenging and suspicious to put owness on the customer whom paid off their car loan early and you owe them a lease. I asked could you please ask the title company to send it with a tracking or some other way where I can sign for it? They said that is not an option they are offering at this time. It's been 4 months. Called 4-6-22, she said they will mail it out one more time and after that I will need to provide a Fedex number account if I don't receive it.

I actually talked to Fedex and they suggested so my account is not compromised that I should send them a label, via email or something but this CSC Logic Inc won't accept a label. They want me to read off a Fedex acct number which would then be associated to my credit card

CSC Loan

Called and said we owed last payment in our loan when it was automatically being deducted from checking account. We called and paid had to pay late fee because it was a month later and my husband thought it was a scam because again automatically withdrawn. Then after we paid them with a credit card they turned it into the credit bureau as a late payment I've never had a late payment my tire life. Now we are looking at our checking statement and they took another payment out after it was paid in full - paid off! My credit score went down over 100 points they are so awful and unethical

Desired outcome: I want the money they owe me back and I want to get off my credit score.

CSC washing machine repair

Its been 3 months at the time of this complain I am typing since we placed an order to replace a broken down washing machine in our laundry room. CSC keeps making excuses about it. Meanwhile the sole machine left keeps breaking down as well. We are tired of this lack of service and sheer negligence.

Commenting to support this comment. This has been my experience as well. Only 1/2 of their machines are usable in my laundry building, but even if I go to other buildings for my apartment, it's about the same ratio of usability. The app they make you go through is unhelpful and slow. My laundry has turned from a 1 minute, no-brainer part of life into a 15-30 minute hassle to turn on the machine and/or restart the app and/or signout and resign in again and/or completely give up on Washer #2 because it's been free but the app says it isn't, so you go to a different building and do all of this process all over. Let alone the dryer, because most of the time, I end up having to air-dry my laundry in my living room because the app won't let me use dryers that are free. At least I'm not paying to dry my clothes with a corporation that obviously doesn't give a **** about if they're actually useful or not. I wish my apartment would switch back to coin-operated machines and/or get rid of these machines and send everyone off to a reliable 3rd party washer/dryer place? Why waste my time when you're promising convenience?

CSC car loan

My loan was sold to this company from BB&T and the updated website does not work have the time. I believe this company is a sham I have good credit and pay on time until the last 3 months when I have to make several attempts though out the week to check if the Western Union payment center works. My payment was due 8/28 it is now 9/1 and the site doesn't work.

CSC refusal to fax 10 day pay-off to a loan company after verbally indicating they would

On july 22, 2019, I went to a loan office to secure my loan to payoff the baloon payment [censored]ship credit placed on the end of my loan, no notification, documents, anything despite verbal requests for this. I continued to make my monthly payments toward the baloon payment for amounts over my agreed payment amount. The company reported my account delinquent when I could not pay the large payment. My credit score has dropped atleast 50 to 60 points despite my repeated please and attempts to arrange payment.

My loan officer spoke with the rep from flagship and she indicated that the letter could not be sent with a 10 day payoff amount. I was verbally told one would be faxed; however, the letter faxed indicated it would expire the day sent. I'm trying to pay my balance but the company has to have a 10 day payment amount letter but will overrnight the check. Unbelievable! Don't you want your money or just the opportunity to hold the title after the amount in the letter is paid. This is a shady situaton. All local d/fw stations are being contacted. I want to pay what I owe, you refuse to provide a document and negatively report delinquencies to my credit. I hope that I can locate enough clients for a class action lawsuit! I will proceed...

Paid my auto loan off on 3/27/2019. Was told the title would be mailed after a 10 day delay. After two weeks I called again and got absolutely no help. Clerks were always polite but did absolutely nothing. Last call I made was on 5/21/2019 and was told the tiel was mailed on 5/16/2019. When I had not received the title on 5/31/2019 I contacted my attorney...

CSC the whole company

WOW! How is this company still in business? Seriously the worst company in history to deal with. If your loan ever gets sold to them, run elsewhere FAST. A bunch of rude people who know nothing and let you sit on hold for far too long while they are "getting answers". Please. They are a joke. There are zero good reviews about them and I really see why. Hopefully they go out of business ASAP so nobody else has to deal with their lies.

CSC auto loan

My auto loan was sold to CSC logic and it has been a nightmare. Somehow I missed a payment in 2017 I noticed it in my account, and called in December to try to figure out what was going on. We figured out that I missed a payment back in that April and they noticed that in all of the other months I overpaid so the damage actually wasn't that bad. I paid my account up to date and the rep told me my actual payment. I set up my bank account for autopay for the amount I was told and payments have been going ever since. I looked at my account again and noticed I had an issue again. I called to see what was going on and I was getting late charges b/c I was underpaying and apparently in the conversation in December there was a miscommunication of what the payment should be. I asked to review the late payments as I was paying what one of their reps communicated with me and they can see where I had the conversation but can't verify what was stated in the conversation b/c it's not in the notes. So apparently they think I would call in and just make up a lie and pay the exact wrong payment every month on purpose. I also asked to talk to a manager and was told that I wouldn't get a call back for the next 48-72 hours which is unacceptable and poor customer service. I have had a sub par experience with this company the whole time. I am thinking about trading in the car just to get off of this loan and away from this company.

CSC apparent fraud

I have tried to contact CSC and speak to a real person to no success. I do not have a loan with your organization and my car loan had not been sold to you. I need assistance.

The statement that was received had my old home address, does not include my name as I sign it, and the loan amount does not match my current loan.

CSC car loan

Had our 2014 car loan with this company and if you have a chance to
pick loan company do not pick this one.
They wouldnt keep their records of who was allowed to call and contact them about the loan, even when my husband and I called and he stated I was to be THE contact and I was allowed to call on the account. Huge pain in the ### any time I needed to contact them on wrong payment vouchers and letters they would send saying we were late and we were t!
Would call and vicious cycle about me not being authorized on the account would ensue. Rude customer service who was not listening just quoting
same bs. Changed bank today! Yay!

CSC title or lien release on paid off car never received

My wife bought a car in the state of WV 12/2009. She paid by check, in person every month on time. Never a missed a payment or late. At some point the contract was sold to CSC logic who informed her by mail they would get the payments.

She paid the contract off on time, 4/2015 and requested the title. Silence. Over the next 10 months she touched base to request title - each time - silence. When she asked, they said there is no phone number, mailing address, or external email for the 'title department'.

However, late 2013 we married and when she called, while the contract was active, the mythical title department sent a WV title with lien holder to which PA was able to generate an electronic title and register the car. So there is someone, somewhere that knows how to fix this.

Reading online, I am finding hundred of complaints. I am distressed that I am finding many complaints of this SAME EXACT problem. It is now 10+ months for us, with no response. They say the title is coming, but it does not. In fact, she overpaid her obligation and they said they issued a $23 refund, which we never got EITHER.

I have contacted the PA DMV, PA dept of banking, the BBB and the Texas AG (awaiting response). Has anyone who has ever dealt with them ever got ANY satisfaction or resolution? The car is essentially sold, but we cannot complete the transaction without the lien release and fear we may lose the patient buyer.

Any ideas?

CSC auto loan

My auto loan was sold by SunTrust to BB&T. I had had no problems with SunTrust and I've had a mortgage with BB&T and had no problem with them, however, BB&T chose to sub this loan out to a company called CSC Logic and this is where the insanity started.

They (CSC) didn't even notify me that they had acquired the loan until after the payment for December had passed. So their first communication to me was that I was past due. They dated their letter to me Dec 19th, but the postmark shows it wasn't mailed for 10 days (yet they argue that they notified me on the 19th?). Within 2 days of getting the letter I had replied and sent them ACH information to draft the payment and move forward. They continued (and still are continuing) to call me for collections because their own business processes are too inept to get anything processed.

I've informed them repeatedly that they have my payment information on the paper form I mailed in, which they finally admitted that they had, but they keep calling and pressuring me to try to get a Debit Card number. It feels really fishy and scammy, and I've found that they aren't even registered with the BBB (probably because then theyd have to actually deal with complaints.

Their website is garbage and straight out of 1998, and if you google the company, the first full page of results are complaints.
If you can get away from or avoid this steaming pile of a company, please do! I'm still trying to get away from their incessant stupidity.

My Auto Loan was sold to CSC and I am already not happy. I find it Really bogus that we cannot do online payments without having it directly withdrawn from my account. now I am forced to pay an additional $15 just to pay my loan. why should i pay more for this place (csc) not being able to have on line payments. lets just say they will not have my loan for long.

CSC credit bureau reporting

WE ALSO HAD A MORTGAGE AND SECOND THRU AMCORE, WHICH BMO HARRIS OBTAINED.WE APPLIED TO HARRIS TO RE FI THE SECOND MTG WHICH THEY DID AND WAS APPROVED, DURING THIS PERIOD WE MADE INTEREST ONLY PMTS TO CSC LOGIC AS INSTRUCTED. THEY CASHED EVERY CHECK AND THEN REPORTED ME LATE TO ALL 3 CREDIT BUREAUS. HARRIS SAID NOT THERE PROBLEM, SO I PAID OFF THE SECOND MTG WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR THE FIRST AND CLOSED ALL 5 PERSONAL AND IRA ACCOUNTS. STILL FIGHTING WITH CSC THOUGH 6 CONTINUOUS MONTHES LATE

IF ANYONE OR EVRYONE WANTS TO START A CLASS ACTION SUIT POST IT

my account was sold to this company from a company in Virginia Beach, Virginia and at first i was receiving phone calls back to back for a late payment. They old me my payment was due on the 16th of the month, but my check comes on the 3rd of the month. I finally talked to someone who stopped the phone calls and told me they would on contact me by mail. There issomething fishy about this company. Even the car dealership I bought my car from. I too will enter in a class action law suit.

Yes, I'd be interested in class action vs. BMO Harris. They inherited my loan from Amcore and didn't live up to the terms. They foreclosed on my land and suing me.

CSC fraud

CSC Logic is the new poster company for customer disservice, ineptitude and fraud. CSC was assigned or purchased my car loan when Amcore Bank dissolved. I mistakenly thought I had paid off a company car loan at the time of my bank's dissolution (there were many issues requiring resolution). It turns out I had set up a monthly auto draft for the loan. I had previously set up an accelerated auto draft with Amcore and further accelerated the pay off with CSC. CSC never provided a contract. statements or communication. CSC also never acted on the agreed upon (via internet) auto pay I had set up. After not hearing anything for ten months from CSC, finally a draft was sent to my bank for the auto payment. Having never heard from CSC, I had forgotten about the car loan (mistakenly thinking it had been settled), I stopped payment on the draft. I have finally heard from CSC and have asked for loan details, statement of account and information via phone. To date, I have still received nothing except insulting correspondence.

I believe CSC did not fulfill the auto payment agreement in order to charge any "fees" it could.

After verifying with Harris Bank (purchased Amcore) and receiving a record of the original loan, I have paid off the original loan in full. I will now pay off the "fees" to settle the account and be done with "CSC".

CSC customer service (I believe there are only four employees) is insulting. No return calls, no satisfaction as to why CSC did not fulfill it's auto pay agreement.

I believe CSC is either assigned contracts or purchases loans form other institutions. Please for your own sake do not voluntarily contract with CSC Logic.

Hope I get the title and put this bad experience behind me.
In the event CSC does not forward the title, any information regarding a governmental organization I can lodge a complaint with and expect some action?

If CSC Logic is collecting payments you can send a cease and dissent letter that is available online from the government. I believe this will stop them from collections because they are only a collection Co. If they own the loan you need to take other action but you may find they are only a collection arm for the real owner.

Dear Linc's AWSM Mommy,

Are you still receiving calls from CSC Logic? If so, could you send me their contact info. I have called 3 numbers and they are either busy, or they eventually disconnect me from the call. I have not received my title, and it has been paid off for over a year. I too was charged two fees for them sending someone to collect payment on two separate occassions. I never saw anyone, so I asked what address did the person come to. They gave me the previous two addresses yet they never sent anyone to the CURRENT address they had on file. How convenient. Of course I wasn't there to make the payment. However, I finally paid off the car in December 2010. And it is now May 2012 and still nothing. I requested my title 4 times, and they claimed it was sent 4 times. I was told they send the request to a 3rd party who then consults with the state (of the current address) to obtain the title. Then finally someone told me that they had to send someone to the New South Federal Savings Bank location to rummage through all of the packed up files to find it. I then requested a lein release letter, or a letter showing that the balance was paid. They sent a generic letter with no signature, so it does not appear to be official in order for me to take it to the state of the original title to request a new one. I am so angry. I cannot trade in my car which is now almost 10 years old. I was harrassed and charged fees for not making a payment to a company I could barely get in touch with, and now I can't get them to send me a title after a complete year.

My bank transferred our loan for unknown reasons? I only had 2 or 3 payments left on a 5 year loan when they took it over BUT NOW it may take me the rest of my life to pay it off. The Customer Service (I agree with the thought of prob only 4 people) Dept. is full of liars. They sent a man to take pictures of my vehicle (supposedly) and charged me $45 to do so...the man was snapping lots of pictures of our house, land, other vehicle and my husband called to ask who it could be... At the time I was leaving the eye doctor's parking lot IN THE VEHICLE they were supposedly there to take pictures of. When I questioned CSC they said he was ONLY taking pics of the vehicle and would NOT be taking pictures of anything else! YEA RIGHT! Another agent agreed to forgive the late fee if I made payment with him right then so I did. THEN...turned around and added it back on and after 6 more calls and him still denying it and refusing to let me hear the tape of our conversation I simply hung up. (it was technically CSC's fault because the phone number they provided on correspondence was BOGUS and I had NO WAY to contact them!)
I am still getting calls from them every day and they charge TEN bucks to make payment on the phone...5 bucks to make online payment and they keep adding payments but NEVER provide a detailed bill but threaten to repossess the vehicle if I don"t keep paying them~!~!~! This is the WORST company on the planet and I have no idea how to get out from under this debt because the balance keeps going up and up and up! I could scream and cry and stomp my foot every time I think of them~!

I am also having trouble with this dishonest company. They have added fees at the back end of my loan but will not and cannot explain where they came from. Apparently they keep no records except the ones that benefit them. I am con tacting the Attorney General's Office in Dalls. Hope you do too.

CSC car loan sold from amcore bank

Our car loan was sold from AMCORE bank to this CSC Logic shady operation. We were never even informed by AMCORE that it was sold so went for 2 months paying AMCORE as normal through our bank account. Started getting nasy messages from CSC and never even heard of the company. Why would we pay a bill that didn't state what it was even for? Finally called HARRIS Bank, who bought out AMCORE, and they told us this CSC outfit was the new bank. Never received any paperwork for the transferred loan, payment book, etc. Called several times trying to find out how much is left on loan. Can never get through. Leave messages - no return calls. Got through once, when THEY wanted money. How do we go about finding out how much is left on this loan and pay it off so we can be done with them before they take everyone's money and run to the Bahamas?

i have the same problem, loan sold by amcore, they are rude and call all the time, my payments were sent to amcore for a couple of months as well and never applied to the account that was transfered and now they want me to pay big fees,

I contacted The Attorney General of Texas.. I too have the same problems. For the past 3 months my payments are late..due to the fact my check is sitting on someones desk for 2 weeks! They have a wed site for complaints. It takes about 3 mins to send..for CSC.. try calling [protected] its automated and has your payoff.. or AboutMyLoan.com... I totally think this place is a joke! Maybe if enough people complain to the Attr. Gen. something will be done!

I had an auto loan with First United Bank and I never had any problems with them. Our payments were always on time. Two months ago they sold my loan to CSC Logic INC. Usually we would just make a payment at the bank so I'd know it was on time and wouldn't have to pay any fees. With CSC, the only way to pay without being charged is to mail it. Our bill said to mail it 7 days in advance, we sent the payment 10 days ahead of the deadline. They said they didn't receive it in time so they are trying to charge us late fees and interest fees. We never recieved a contract from them stating any of this. We did what the bill told us to do. They just said too bad. How are they allowed to switch the terms of our loan without notice? They are based in Texas and I live in West Virginia so it's impossible to make a payment on time because according to them, I have to mail it a month ahead now. The customer service is no help and they just argue with us.

Does anyone have any idea how to reclaim your title on a vehicle that has been paid off? This company seemed to have disappeared.

Been buying cars for 30 years. Never have had so many problems as with this company. They screw up then their collection department calls me at work every day, even though I set a date to fix the issue their inept billing created.

Avoid if you can.

CSC screwed up automatic payments

Last month I attempted to have an additional $2, 000 per month drafted from a different checking account and sent to CSC Logic. I followed their directions by faxing their form for a "electronic funds transfer authorization account". They actually STOPPED drafting the original amount from the same bank I have had the withdrawl deducted for years and attempted to draft almost $3, 000 from an account that did not have the funds. Of course the "check" bounced and my bank charged me $25 overdraft. When I contacted CSC logic they referred me to their Collections Branch for past due payments!
I am still dealing with these *&%^& and am getting nowhere fast. My next call will be to my lawyer

The simple truth of the matter is this, you trust NOONE, the only person you can depend on is you.I will NEVER set up auto payments for anything, period.I will take the time to make payments myself.

Additional comment to above post: Since CSC Logic has destroyed our credit, which we have worked very hard at maintaining for 40 years, do we have to repay the entire loan or will they settle for a lesser amount. I really can't depend on CSC Logic reversing any negative credit rating, even though they are totally at fault for not making the automatic payments that were authorized for 6 months.

Been there with this so called company. We have been dealing with the inept employees at CSC Logic, ironic that the word "logic" is in the name. Our bank, Amcore Bank, went under and was bought out by Harris Bank, and now it is BMO Harris, our home equity loan was sold to CSC Logic, and has been a nightmare ever since.
