Im only 21 and had my original car loan for a year and knew I needed to refinance but I didnt know where to start. I was talking to a coworker about it and he said he had just refinanced with iLending and it was painless and they helped him save like $60 a month on his loan and lowered his APR, so my coworker put in a reference for me and I did a little bit of my own research and read nothing but great reviews and praise. A day later I received a call from *** who was the agent who ended up assisting me in the process and he made everything so painless. He worked around my busy schedule with me and went into detail about every aspect of the process, the loan itself, everything. He was extremely friendly and helpful, he ended up helping me cut my APR in half and saving me around $60 a month on my loan. As a younger person I was extremely nervous going into this but iLending and *** made this process easy as can be! Thank you!

Where to begin... first I would like to give the highest levels of APPRECIATION to ***. When in my desperate need to refinance and was at my last hope of getting this accomplished. After I explained my situation to *** she told me not to worry that she would be able to assist me. So taking a deep breath I put my trust in *** that she would help me no matter what. She kept me informed every step of the way with what was happening with the underwriters and the obstacles that appeared. When I received my call telling me that not to worry I was APPROVED by SkyOne I couldn't believe it and was in tears of happiness. I would highly recommend that anyone works with her. She knows her in's and out's. Her level of patience with me was beyond expected and sincerely appreciate. Yes I will be recommending her to friends and family that are looking to refinance. One day I was online searching "How to lower my interest rate on my auto loan". I found a website w/a few simple questions, I entered my info. The next day I received a call from Mick with iLendingDIRECT. Mick was very helpful and able to answer all my questions & explained everything to me step-by-step. Easy-peasy. Got me approved the next day with a new lender. Saving me thousands of dollars on my loan. They surely exceeded my expectations 1000%! I received a mailer in the mail for our truck to be refinanced. So I thought I would give it a try. I would of preferred going through an online automated process but we needed to get a better rate so I thought why not. I contacted the company initially and talked with an associate that wasnt that enthusiastic through the process, I assume he was just new so it was a bit slow going of back and forth calls to get information. I thought I had given him all the info I needed and I waited a week. I missed a call but when I called back his phone was disconnected. So I called the main number to see what was going on, had me nervous especially with all the sensitive information I had given him. Anyway I was connected with a superb rep named Mick A.. He was Very professional, informative, and wasnt hesitant about walking us through the steps or answering questions. He really made the rest of the process smooth as possible. He was able to get us a great rate and lower our monthly payments substantially. So although it started off a little nerve wrecking I was left satisfied with the process and the end result.

I recently had the pleasure to work with one of your Loan Consultants. They contacted me the same day I submitted an interest in an auto loan refinance. The consultant explained the process thoroughly, ran some numbers to give me an idea on the possible savings of monthly costs and interest, and outlined the steps to apply. Upon deciding to go with the refinance of my auto loan, the consultant supported me throughout the entire process. I felt confident working with them. They provided me with their email and contact numbers to phone and/or text with questions. They were very responsive with texting/calling me back to assist me through the process. When they said they would email or text the documentation I needed, they followed through without delay. I am pleased to say that all went very well and my refinance was completed in about two weeks to my satisfaction. Poor customer service caused a significant delay in my auto refinancing process
Poor customer service and a lack of accountability for their mistakes created a lengthy delay in the overall process to refinance my auto loan. Once approval was finally granted, they incorrectly mailed my payoff to the current lender. Despite repeated requests for follow-up when the payment wasn't applied to my old loan, I was told a new payment would be issued. This payment was inexplicably delayed by 2 weeks. I had to continually call for updates as no one would respond to my inquiries. Eventually, the payoff was sent and received, but it caused my loan to go into arrears. Again, after repeated requests, there was no follow-up or communication with my previous lender, which is now refusing to apply the payoff promptly due to the company's failure to send the payment to the correct address, issue a new payment promptly, or communicate with the lender about what was happening. I have made repeated requests to speak with a manager or the complaint department and cannot get past the initial operator. I am beyond disappointed with this company's unprofessionalism and lack of customer service or accountability, which has negatively impacted my credit report. I would never recommend this company.

Last year I was a first time new car buyer. With less than stellar credit I was approved for a loan at a rate of 9%. I was thrilled to actually be approved but after a year of high interest payments I felt like I could do better. Using credit karma I started to do research on possibly refinancing my car. This was confusing and tedious. Submitting my information only resulted in numerous phone calls and text messages of everyone promising to get me the best deal possible. I chose ilendingdirect for the simple reason that they seemed willing to actually help me. I called the number and was met with the computerized system and I hung up. About three minutes later *** called me back. And I glad he did. We spoke for a few minutes to gauge the seriousness of both sides. He asked for information to start the process. I gathered together what was needed and that was it. I sent it to *** and within a day I was approved for a much better rate than i was given by the dealer I bought the car from. *** did all the work finding me a better loan, handling all of the dmv paperwork and in what seemed like just hours he was like a magician. They offer decent rates for refinance
They offer decent rates for refinance. that is literally the only good thing i can say. I did not sign any contracts with this company. The underwriter tried to tack on a $3000 maintenance package onto my loan and act like she didn't know how it got there. When i asked her to rewrite the contract without the $3000 maintenance package attatched, she took 2 days to respond and her only response was rebuttal questions to try to get my to keep the maintenance package. BUT THE REAL KICKER HERE... within a few days of sharing all of my personal information with the underwriter, *** My *** account was hacked and an order was placed on Walmart.com... didnt think there'd be a connection, but I cross referenced the address the package was sent to with the address associated with *** Direct and they're literally 10 minutes up the road from eachother. They are stealing or leaking peoples' personal information and SOMEONE is using it to get into People's finances and making purchases. To what degree this spans across the company, I have no idea. I am playing phone tag with two different associates in this matter, but have yet to actually speak to someone in regards to this. I would stay far FAR away from this company! I check my credit every single day now because I am fearful that my personal information will be used again to make other purchaces or open other lines of credit, This buisness should be SHUT DOWN.

This place seemed like the answer to my prayers. I was promised they could help lower my car payment from $500 a month to $365 a month. So after weeks of spotty communication, having to esign my documents twice (their issue) , my consultant, Hunter T, assured me everything was moving along fine. He also told me to stop paying my current car payment, because they were going to take over, pay it off, and I would move forward with iLending. Weeks later, still no word. By then I was behind on my car payment by $700+. Then (9 weeks into it) Hunter called and said, he made a mistake (again) and to go ahead and make the payments, there was an issue (on their side). I am a single mama, and told him I was refinancing beCause I was having trouble paying my current car payment. So, of course I could not pay it all. Hunter calls me back another 2 Weeks later, and says if I just pay the $700+, we can move forward with my refinancing. What the actual heck!? This process took Months! And now, I am so far behind my original car payments, I could possibly lose my car! This was the most unorganized cluster*** of a business I have dealt with. This business, and my consultant were unorganized, unprofessional, and he did nOt Care that his advice and directives left me much worse off then I was when I contacted them. All he said is, "I'm sorry ***. This deal is dead in the water." This has been my experience with iLending Direct.

Ive never refinanced before and was extremely nervous about the process. Coming from first-home foreclosure, my 780+ credit score was shot. An unexpected *** totaled our suv, which lead to an unexpected vehicle purchase during the holidays. My >580 credit score awarded me a monthly payment of $798 @ ***% interest, I had now doubled my car payment. After rebuilding my credit for a year, I really needed to refinance my 2020 4Runner ASAP w/interest rates being at an all time low. Repeatedly, I was unapproved, again lowering my newly rebuilt credit. I received a letter in the mail from *** Direct guaranteeing me a 5.5% interest rate to refinance my truck. I took a shot in the dark and responded. A few days later *** was in contact with me and gave me a few pointers to get my best odds for approval of a lower *** rate. Two weeks later, I gave *** the go ahead to run my credit for auto refinance. I was immediately approved @ 5.5% and a $200/mo LESS payment! Thank you, thank you, thank you, *** & *** Direct! Together, they made my first time auto refinance experience run seamlessly & quickly! Within a couple business days I was able to sign papers to complete the lien transfer. *** was kind enough to work around my teaching schedule, always returned my calls, and answered ALL my questions. He was super nice, easy to work with, knowledgeable and respectful. I would highly recommend him and would immediately work with him again if needed! So much appreciation! Thanks again!

iLending responded to my inquiry to re-fi a vehicle I purchased approximately two weeks ago. I closed the deal to secure the vehicle, as motor vehicles are rare due a supply issue. I requested info to re-fi at a better rate, as my credit score is well over 800. The loan consultant gathered info on my vehicle, as well as me and then required that I submit the financing sheet from my current lender, as she wanted to ensure you could make an offer to beat the other lender. I advised her that I wanted to keep her business honest and for them to make their best offer. The consultant advised that was not how they did business and if I would not provide the competitors rate she would not be able to go forward with my application. Correct me if I'm wrong, but asking for the best price to compare rates seems a little on dishonest side. I want to ensure I as the customer select the best possible sales avenue for my budget. iLending wants me to provide the competitors rates, to ensure they under cut the competition but maximize their profits. I declined to provide this info and she hung up on me.This is not a good business practice as far as I'm concerned. So, consumers please be aware that providing your rates to iLending will afford them an unfair advantage over other competitors, as they will most likely under cut your current rates by one percent to line their pockets with the extra cash; even if you have excellent credit. You will not be judged on your credit worthiness but rather on a slightly lower rate, as they will have an inside track once they receive your finance sheet from your current lender.

I was working with a finance company. He was nice and attentive enough in the beginning. When I initially applied he called me back, left a voicemail saying that I was approved. I had also applied for refinancing at both of my credit unions and had gotten approved as well. However, I'm a loyal woman and since I'd applied with the finance company first I said I was going to stick with them and work with them. I thought I did my homework well enough on this company. I had no idea I'll be dealing with a whole other lender that I'll have to get approval from as well, especially after I was told I was approved. So the merry go round begins—I supplied everything iLendingDIRECT and this so-called other lender, 1st Financial Services, needed. Everything they asked me for I would give them. Meanwhile, I'm asking Sterling what's taking so long. I thought you said the check would be mailed by now? One week led to another week and every week iLendingDIRECT and 1st Financial would find something else to ask me for—like they literally asked me for a copy of my social security card. They said because somewhere printed on my driver's license it says not for federal use—I said if it says maybe it's because it's not one of those real IDs. The next week they tried to make my son and I put each other on each other's car insurance—because both of our names are on the car that we were trying to refinance, but I was the only driver of that car. He drives his car, I drive mine. We don't even drive each other's cars. It didn't make sense—I couldn't put my son on my insurance because it's Root and I knew they were going to go up on my premium. I couldn't just add him as a driver and why when he didn't even drive the car! Then Sterling suggested I just add my car (the car we're trying to refinance) to my son's insurance. He's like then you can just remove it before the premium is due. I'm like ok, sounds good.

According to the advertisement, on Lending Tree, there was NOT supposed to be a hard pull on my credit. It was to do a soft pull and would not have a HARD pull unless I wanted to proceed with them. At NO time did I express interest in proceeding with them. NEITHER did I authorize a HARD pull. I will be filing a report with the credit bureau as well. This company operates under FALSE pretenses. And before you go any further, we READ every term and condition. Since we did not attempt to do business with them, a hard pull was NOT allowed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! (Oh, just so everyone knows, the offer they presented was HIGHER than the offer I got going elsewhere. So save your time. RUN LIKE HELL!)

My complaint is solely about basic spam I'm receiving from this company. They sent me emails, phone calls, and when I didn't answer them, sent me a letter in the mail. I did not provide them with this address. I did not fill out an application with this company, yet, they send me a letter stating that I filled out an application and that they did a credit check. I did not authorize this. I did not proceed with their company in any way. They had no right to pull my credit even if it was a soft pull. They had no right to send me a letter when I did not provide them with my address. The wording in the letter is also incorrect. They wrote the letter as if they were doing business with me and they weren't. I'm very upset.

I went through the to 3rd party to refinance my vehicle 4 months ago. They were supposed to take my cosigner off my title during this process. We both signed the paperwork to do so. They assured me that it would be done. That was back in June-July and i got a call mid August telling me I need to pay them extra money to have him removed. (I have been in contract with and payment ng my payments to the new company for 3-4 months at this point). I called to register my vehicle and was informed my cosigner is still on my vehicle. And I have tried to contact them. They are hard to get in contact with, you can leave messages and *** get a return call *** not. Per my contract I have paid my fees for this company. They have not done their job properly.

I submitted all requested documents and have been told they will provide me with the loan document in 24 hours. After contacting them every day, they did not get back to me- total waste of time. What is the reason for collecting personal documents and not getting back? They offer fake APR rates.

According to the information online, I did not have to worry about my credit being pulled without my permission. I received multiple text messages and some emails to get the details for my vehicle but did not have a phone conversation authorizing a hard pull. Other companies were able to give me a quote before they got me on the phone to authorize the credit pull, so I assumed that iLending would do the same thing. THEY DID NOT. On May 20th I began to receive alerts from my Experian and Transunion accounts that there had been new inquiries on my report. When I called *** he was unavailable and the agent that I spoke to said that he or a supervisor would call me back. THAY DID NOT. I have left 2 messages for a call back with different agents because somehow *** and his manager are NEVER available.

In March I refinanced my vehicle seeking a lower interest rate. I was contacted by Samuel R from iLending Direct who was able to secure a used car loan for me at a great interest rate an lower monthly payment. While discussing the terms of the loan via telephone, I was also informed about GAP insurance and an extended warranty that was included in the payment of my loan. Little did I know after I signed the documents that there was a $3,000 difference between the payoff of my previous vehicle loan and the new loan. After I reviewed the documents again, I noticed the $2989.00 fee for the extended warranty. It wasn't explained to me that warranty was actually an additional cost that was added to the loan amount. I tried contacting Samuel R at the phone number provided, and received no return phone call and I am routed to his voicemail each time I call the toll free number. The approach in selling the warranty was deceiving and would like to cancel this for a full refund.

At the end of February, we contracted with iLending for a refinance of our vehicle. We finalized the agreement on March 3, we signed the papers, but it took time for the ilending rep to sign. By the time she signs, it is the 7th. I am assured the check for payoff will be sent immediately. It is not. Next, we receive contact that we need to send approximately $120 to be sure the loan is paid off. We did and assumed it is paid. Payment is not received by the previous lender until the 16th. When it is finally posted, it is short AGAIN! The original lienholder said that ILending NEVER called for a payoff amount, and that is what caused the difference in the amounts. Had they done their jobs, we would not have had to pay two additional amounts. I attempted to contact iLending regarding this difference, but as usual, could not reach anyone on the phone. I paid the *** difference to clear the balance with the previous lender. I could understand 1 mistake, but both mistakes cost us around ***.

Classic thief who doesnt tell you any details of the loan or interest but relies on his salesman charm to deceive. I received NO loan documents in the mail, only signatures required over DocuSign. No breakdown of interest rates, nothing.To my great shock, hes put me into a simple interest loan with my principal being +$2k more than original and with a per-diem rate of $3.27/day every day of my loan extension through ***! Originally I would have paid off in ***. Nothing was explained to me, nothing was sent to me. I contacted the new loan company, Innovate, who didnt even have my phone number or email address, and it was them that explained to me what has happened. I made my first payment of $228 a few weeks ago, only to call and find out only $15 of that goes to my loan amount. Am I making $15/m payments for 6 years?!Shame on you *** and shame on iLendingDIRECT.com

On a certain date in 2022, I had a pleasant conversation with an agent! But he took all of my information including social security number, etc. The phone call was for ilending to try and refinance my auto loan. Today is July 14, 2022, and I have not received any updates, no email or phone call. I emailed the agent on July 5 and July 7th but still can't get an answer as to why I haven't heard anything, and meanwhile, my credit score has dropped. He advised against letting anyone else run my credit for another auto loan, which I complied with to avoid jeopardizing our initial agreement. I believed ilending was legitimate, as I found it through my credit karma account. Since the phone call, I received another letter offering me pre-approval but with outdated auto information. I'm confused and very upset that I can't reach anyone at ilending for updates, especially since they have all my personal information!

So its been since February and Everything went though with my $14,000 loan and Ive been making payment to my new bank Blue federal cedit union. A couple weeks into this *** called and told me I had a passed due ***. At this point in time from February until present day I have reached out multiple times, more then I can remeber, to I-lending, *** Fargo and blue federal credit union. Since the origination of the loan I-lending has not paid off *** Fargo. I-lending claims that it tried to call me Bc it was confused on if I wanted to use this loan to pay off *** Fargo. I am absolutely speechless at the things I have heard from all three of these banking institutions. A couple months have passed and no body listened to my whole life. And to make everything even more worse *** Fargo repossessed my truck last week. I use my truck for my business and this has been such a set back financially from missing out on jobs to bid on to complete this last week. I have had to return my truck Bc I am simply out of money and

iLendingDirect is misleading customers
iLendingDirect is misleading customers. They gloat their online refinance process can be completed within 15 minutes, but this is a lie. You submit an application online, they send you fake and misleading offers. Then they harass you with phone calls to then ask the same exact information again and submit another application. They have no secure way to upload documents and my loan officer wanted me to text them to him. All communication have been through text message which is extremely unprofessional for a $20k loan. They then take multiple days to obtain offers, even though I already applied online and accepted one. My loan officer *** will now not notify me of my offers unless I call him back. I asked to be emailed this information but he is refusing my preferred method. They have now ran my credit under false pretenses. I have read online iLendingDirect is putting GAP, warranty and fees onto contracts without prior customer approval and are using their phone system, to scam customers. They phone system is not clear at all, it is very hard to hear the loan officer, and you hear other people screaming in the background. They state they need records of the conversation, I argue it is of utmost importance the customer has records of all conversations, because of situations like this. An email is a record of that conversation for both parties, and isnt one sided.This whole entire process is nothing short of a scam, false advertising and honestly a lie. It is very one sided and this pushes these predatory practices onto unsuspecting people who may feel pressured to accept things right away without prior review or knowledge. iLendingDirects system is extremely predatory and reminiscent of old, outdated scammy stock broker scams.

I started the process of refinancing my car with iLendingDirect in October. I received my first free month payment, then have paid 2 payments following that free month. About 2 weeks after my first actual payment, *** contacted me for a copy of my insurance card. I gave them it. They then wanted a declarations page from my insurance. They informed me that the *** was telling them that they can not accept that either. They asked for a "Letter of verification from the insurance company on their letterhead stating {I am} insured under the policy as the sole owner of the vehicle" I got that to them as well. That still was not right. The woman I was going back and forth over this with then told me over the phone that I needed to be the policy holder of my insurance in order the follow through with the refinancing process. *** was claiming that the *** was who was making all these statements and stating that it is a PA state law in order to get your car refinanced. If I failed to do so they would "send everything back and you will be in default. You will be in breach of your contract" I spoke to *** they said its not necessary multiple times via phone. I spoke to my loan consultant again and he tried to help me once again. Another failed attempt. I finally spoke to their supervisor. He stated that he would speak to someone to see if they could do an exception for the situation. He gave me his number and said he would call me back in 1-2hrs to get resolved. It's now a week later. I received a phone call from the loan consultant. He asked if everything was going well because they "haven't heard from me". I stated that I was waiting for a response from their supervisor from a week ago. He said he would go check in on that and get back to me. The business is obviously not very good at communication within their workplace and with their customers. They seem to not be entirely informed about the requirements for their customers to actually refinance their vehicle.

I used iLending Direct to refinance my vehicle as I needed to remover my original co-signed. I completely understood that I would be charged various fees for title/registration work and so fourth. All in all, they got me with a lender who gave me the same rate and lower payment. Cool. It added $5000 on to my loan, but fine. I should have known right away it was going to be a problem when my loan consultant called me by a different name and gave me a quote for someone elses vehicle! When I corrected him, he said oh Im sorry, I was looking at my other screen. I was like okay, whatever. Yeah.no. He had called me by several different names through the next weeks worth of encounters. Messed up my loan documents (incorrect name) at least four separate occasions. Again, I brushed it off as human error. So, lastly, like two weeks after the start of the process, he called and asked for banking information. He said it was a REQUIREMENT of my loan from my new lender. I agreed after some questioning. Done deal. Finally got notification that my old loan was paid off and my new loan has begun. As of today, my account with my new lender has been open for 15 days. My due date is June 20th, 2022 for around $425. Today, June 3rd, is pay day. So naturally I checked my bank account to prepare for paying my bills and I find a charge from my new lender, Blue FCU, in the amount of $318.20. I checked my loan account with Blue FCU and no payment was made or pending or due on the account. The money taken out of my personal checking account did not go to my car loan! *** at iLending Direct attached MY PERSONAL CHECKING ACCOUNT to someone elses car loan! I have proof of this. I disputed the charge with my lender who I had to provide the transaction tracer number to in order for them to even attempt to track it down and I disputed with my personal bank and closed my account in order to prevent further transactions being paid on someone elses vehicle! Completely ILLEGAL AND FRAUD!
