I have ordered dresses for myself and my sisters. They are absolutely beautiful, made to the exact sizes I submitted. I live in the UK and everything was delivered very quickly. Over all a fantastic experience
Sareeka's communication's staff did a outstanding job answering all my questions and emails through out this process. The items came in time and were beautiful. The material was great quality and the stitching was almost on point. The only thing that was not a 100% was the chest was a bit tight and the zipper was on the side and not the back as requested. Thankfully that was an easy fix. Thank you for all your team did for me and making me look beautiful for my nieces wedding. I will definitely be ordering from you again and highly recommend this company to others.
Fantastic value for money fast delivery and excellent customer service
I want to express my deepest thanks to Sareeka for helping me with obtaining the extra blouse material for the lehenga ordered. The silk material was beautiful, the colour was as depicted on the photograph and of a fantastic quality. The embroidery was so good it could not be criticised. The communication of their customer service department was second to none and the material was delivered to the UK within 2 days, when I had been expecting a week.
I sincerely wish I had never heard of nor purchased 2 lehengas from Mirraw, who charged more and sent very poor quality material with no embroidery as it had been described. I will only be purchasing from Sareeka from now on.

ZERO BUSINESS ETHICS, ZERO CARE FOR CUSTOMER!
I ordered 2 ghaghras and 1 sari with stitched blouse, edge and fall. The ghaghras were mostly okay (the zipper was broken on one and stitched too close to the silky fabric). But the sari was a huge disappointment - on the website the image showed a grey color, but when I received it, it was an onion pink!
(See the pics below).
When I called regarding this discrepancy, the "smartass" answer I got from Yash was: the sari is double-shaded! This was not mentioned anywhere on the site and there was no tinge of grey from any angle in my sari. When I called again, Preeti answered saying I could return it based on return policy. When I reviewed the return policy, it said in RED, "We do not currently accept returns on stitched products"!
Finally, when I went back to the product detail page, it said "Item is out of stock"! That is when I connected the dots - what happened here is, the item was out by the time they decided to ship my order, so they sent me an alternate item with this excuse!
I am extremely upset by this experience and will never shop there again.
SCAM. AVOID AT ANY COST
I was shocked when I saw how exactly my experience matches with most of the reviews posted here. I just wish I checked this site before I made an order. Like most of the reviewers mentioned here, I was told that the product is not available and was offered other products that I can choose from. When I declined the offer, I was offered a store credit for any future purchase that I can use, which I declined again. Lots of emails had to be exchanged insisting on full payment, ultimately leading to opening a dispute with PayPal through which I made the payment. I consider myself fortunate for choosing to make the payment via paypal. The payment was refunded in full when I made it clear that the dispute will not be closed unless the payment is settled. Customer service doesnt even care to offer an apology for the trouble, rather they seemed to be keen on making me to accept their store credit and other products. Apparently this appears to be a regular pattern with this enterprise and I would advise everyone to avoid any dealings with Sareeka. Never had an experience like this before in my entire life. I am releived that my dispute was settled in short time without having to go through much suffering. Thanks to PayPal.

I ordered a necklace set on 28/10. I wanted it for a function before 8/11. As I didn't get any updates from Sareeka until 4 /11, I sent them an email to find out what was happening with the order. They advised me that due to Diwali celebrations they cannot ship it before 8/11.
So I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. They said it will be processed after 10/11, however I have not heard anything back from them.
So far I had sent 7 emails and they had not responded to any of them. They will respond to your emails until they get you money after that nothing happens.
Lots of people had advised me not to trust this fraudster as they are scammers and I have realises it myself.
I need my refund immediately before I take further action.
DO NOT TRUST THEM. Fraudsters. Scammers!
They will never ship your item or refund your item. Real cheaters.
They will never respond to your emails. Will just wait like [censored]es.
Please don't waste your time and money with these scammers.
They should shut down this website completely.

I would like to make a complaint. I am very dissatisfied with the product that I received in the post today. The suit itself is lovely but I had ordered a standard stitched suit for bust size 34 inches. However the sit I received today is tiny ( just fits my really thin daughter who has a 30 inch bust size). I'm really not impressed as I had ordered this suit to wear to a wedding Next weekend. Also the Kameez has some small yellow stains on( please see the photo). I would like to return the suit and get a refund

huge disappointment - don't buy from them
Earlier, customer service was nice with "yes mam! Yes mam!". When I received my item, it was wrongly measured and sewed. Bust area is sewed around 5cms tighter. Front neck deep is very tight and kameez lenth is around 24 cms long from the original given measurement. I made it clear that the given measurement is of the garment and it has to be approximate of the given measurement.
I kept on emailing them asking for corrective action, but they have been very disappointing. Two days ago, sareeka's so called customer care replied "we will return by tomorrow. Your issue has been already raised", but still no response from them.
I feel sorry for this sareeka, the team even can't stand for it's own image.
Still no order
I've ordered a saree from www.sareeka.com and they said that my order will be shipped with 2 days. 2 days later nothing happened, one week later I checked again and saw that my order was still processing. I emailed Sareeka customer care service and asked what was going on and they tried to assure me that everything was fine and that my order was already shipped.
I checked again two weeks later and it still said "processing". I asked them when will I get my order and why does it taking so long but they said only that I need to be more patient. I placed my order over a month ago and received nothing yet. These thieves keep telling me that my order will be here any time soon, but I do not believe them anymore. Stay away from this terrible website!
Huge disappointment
I am really interested in Indian culture and I decided to order some Indian clothing, just because I had money and loved the dresses. So I purchased two gorgeous dresses and was very excited about my purchase. When I received my order one dress was ok, but the other one was defective. I asked for a replacement and received absolutely unprofessional service from Sareeka support. They were totally unhelpful and said that my dress was the last in stock, so they were not able to send me a replacement. Then I asked for a refund, but they refused. Well, quite a disappointment.
They should be shut down!
I made an order about two months ago, and emailed their customer service that I needed the garments no later than February 25. Tomorrow I'm going on a vacation and I wanted to take those with me. I received a message from them and they assured that I would have them in time. My vacation starts tomorrow and I received nothing yet! I sent them several emails and asked where my order is and when it will be delivered. They have my money and I have nothing. Dishonest, disgusting company! Never again I will order something from Sareeka!
Seller scammed customers and told to wait only
Don’t order from the website www.sareeka.com. I have bought outfit from this seller, but it was terrible mistake. The seller told me to wait for the confirmation email. After that he told to wait for the delivery. I waited 2 months and didn’t get the order. I have already understood that the seller has scammed me, but I was so shocked that the seller didn’t care about the customers and about his own reputation.
