Dish network satellite ad in savvy saver dated april 2009 clearly states in the tiny, nearly illegible white print at the bottom of the ad, the bronze 100 channel programming qualified for the $300 gas or groceries promotion. .
I selected the 100 channel program for which I could receive the most from the ad. . I was told I had to pay for a 200 channel programming package to receive this 300 dollar promotion, 1 / 2 an hour later. . . The same man had 30 min prior to that call, approved the hit on my credit to determine if it was good, after I gave my social security number and credit card number to them. Because we didn't agree on the ad in writing, the supervisor going by the name of 'will' stated he would check with another supervisor in the escalation team and get back to me - never heard from him. I phoned the same number at Saveology, a marketing / sales office running dish network TV ads and sales. I learned from another supervisor that there was no such ad, another company was offering the promos clearly printed with Saveology's toll free number and name.
I was tricked into giving this company Saveology. My social security number and credit card numbers. Which they used to check my credit under false pretenses. They talk in circles, change their offers in the same sentence, lie, and advertise in a bait and switch scheme to get people to call. Then the sales dept states other companies attach their own ads to Saveology's and they have no control over that. Bull! This ad is in writing in the April 2009 desert ridge / north phoenix savvy saver and cannot be copied because the white ink used for the small print can't be reproduced. These are criminal and misleading business practices.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I had a rep call and say they are from Verizon and they need my cell number for verification I said if your calling from Verizon you already have my number. "Well verification is required" they said, I responded with look at your computer and you can see the number it dialed. Quite for a minute and the guy said your payment is behind and we need to collect on it also we have additional services for you. Which Credit Card do you want to use? Of coarse at this point I knew it wasn't Verizon. I asked the guy for his name I believe he said Eddie, I told Eddie I was very wealthy and my payments are never late. He then said "Oh I see it must be a mistake but I can offer extra service on your phone. I hung up. Next day same phone call but this time it was from Linda who said she was a Supervisor at Savelogy a third party company on behalf of Verizon. Really? Stop this company from hiring people and stop it from operating!
This company is all about scamming people. All these so called employee's and ex employees defending them. You make me sick. And everyone has the right to know where companies are located. You want my money, but you don't want me to know where your sales department is? If you weren't doing anything sketchy, you wouldn't care if we all knew, because we would have been happy with your services. Good day and f*** off safely!
SAVEOLOGY IS STILL CHEATING PEOPLE'S MONEY! I signed up for their 7 days dining membership free trial. I emailed them 3 days later to cancel my membership. I got an acknowledge email immediately that they had received my request and will respond shortly. They didn't reply after couple of days so I put it behind my mind. I checked on the 7th day and I was got charged and I still didn't get any email back! I called in asking for a refund and they refused. The reason is that there is a paragraph saying that if you're a dining member, you should call them. But WHO READ THROUGH THE WHOLE AUTOMATIC EMAIL THAT IS JUST AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIVING REQUEST! And that's put on the third paragraph. The second paragraph says they will respond shortly and I thought that's it. I argued with the rep and the supervisor, they just kept using this excuse and refused to refund. The sup sounded so shaddy. I cancelled my subscription and they said you couldn't even use this month that I already paid without my consent! What kind of crappy company does that!
they charged me 48.00 for dish network hookup told me i would recive a 50.00 visa gift card within 6-8 weeks
its been 12 weeks never got squat now i cant contact them and dish network has no clue these people have my personal info im pissed and am getting a lawyer on principle
