Several weeks ago I noticed the unauthorized charge from the company SaversCity.ca. They charged me for $2, 00, but after couple of weeks they again charged me, but at this time the sum was larger. It was useless to sent emails, ‘coz everything was returned back. I hoped that someone would help me to stop these fake charges. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

I received many messages and emails from SaversCity.ca. I didn’t know it is billable but they charged me $2 for every message! Be careful with this company. They look so nice until they start to steal your money. But then you can’t do anything to return the money.

I noticed that saverscity.ca charged my master card $17.83, on 04 May 2019. This is not an authorized charge. I don't even know what company that is. I want re-embursement.

Thank you for sharing your feedback.

I see on our end that you enrolled on April 16th, 2019 after being offered a trial period to SaversCity.ca. After the trial period expired, the membership fee of $17.83 was charged as the account was not cancelled prior to the trial expiring.

Your account was cancelled on May 9th, 2019 as per your telephone request and a refund for the charge of $17.83 was issued.
