The website (saverscity. ca) started charging me on monthly basis (~18/month). We did not notice it untill recently but we already lost about $310. Called them and was told that they we subscribed their service on line, which we never did. My cousin called them again and this time was told that they got my subscription through telephone!
I suspect they got our information through some illegal means and then started charging me.

I apologize for the confusion. Members for SaversCity.ca are generally enrolled over the telephone. Sometimes the membership is offered after you purchase a product over the telephone, or in other cases the customer just calls our sales center after receiving a mail or online offer. We also record and review 100% of our member sign ups to ensure that no one was billed in error. HI, I have recently been charged a fee buy savercity and most certainly did not give them my mastercard information over the phone or other wise. I sent an email and expect to be contacted asap.

Just yesterday when i did this posting My Bank reminds me that Saver's City.ca collected 18.00 CAD to my bank account of no reason. And i don't even know that i am a member of this company nor showing my personal or bank information to them. Then it suddenly appeared on my purchase list..

I was able to locate your account and see that you enrolled with us some time ago after ordering a product over the telephone. I also note that your account was auto-cancelled by our system in October 2019 due to a billing issue, you will not be billed any further. As a courtesy I have also refunded 3 months of transaction fees.
Please note that we always include our website address and/or customer service number as a description on your credit card statement and our customer support team is there to help 7 days a week.
