On July 17th I purchased some household items from this company. I noticed the next day they charged my account 2 separate times. The first time was for 1.95 which is correct. The second charge was for 89.95 which I did not authorize. I have called the number they have listed on my bank account and I get put on hold, then my call is transferred to customer service and get put on hold and nobody ever answers. Please help.
Desired outcome: I would like an explanation and the funds returned to my account.
The savings club is a total scam. they said $1.99 and tried to get another $99, my card company caught it and contacted me. the charge was declined thanks to safety features on my card.
