I made a purchase with this company on July 16th 2022 for $1.95. I checked my account on line later that night and discovered they had charged me the $1.95 but they also charged me $89.95 that I did not authorize. Starting immediately still on 7/16/22 I started calling this company and everytime the automated machine would put me through to customer service, where I would get put on hold and nobody ever came on the phone. I see on here this is problem has occurred on more than 1 occasion. Why is this continuing to happen?
Desired outcome: A refund and an apology.
The only way I know how is to get a new card, I had to.

I am have same problem. Only thing, I proud of myself. Cause I give them pre pay card that I don’t keep money on that card at all. So joke on the company trying get money off innocent people that thought they winner and get new Samsung smart tv. If it was a way to report this company. I have to be very very care now.
