This company has been ripping me off since last November of 2010, 2 charges of $ 14.95 has been taken out of my checking account each time for no reason. I tried to call them, I spoke to a very obnoxious man who sed that I would have to deal with my Bank to settle this situation. I called my bank, reported the situation, cancelled my old check card, filled out their paperwork as due to their request and thought my problem was over and went yesterday to check my account and noticed that this same Company was able to take the charges out again with the old bank card because they didn't have to get a new approval code. so having to refile the dispute again with my Bank. This situation has been a total nightmare for me and it seems to be a never ending problem.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I am going though the same thing right now. thought that i had them stop taking out from my account and the past two weeks they have taken the $14.95 from my account... don't understand how this is right and how nothing is being done to these ppl who are getting away with it...
What bank do you go through? I'm getting ready to do the same thing with them and don't want this to happen to me!
I just checked my bank account and found the same thing on it and it's from the same company...I don't even know why they're charging me, I don't know anything about them and never had any affiliations with them and it's in texas..seriously I'm in california...what's this company supposed to be? I already called my bank and they're sending me a new card...by the way i have Bank of America.
I just discovered the same thing is happening to my account they are charging it twice a month $14.95 each time...I have no idea who or what this company is does anyone have information?
