They would cold call multiple times a day. Tying up my business line and would not remove my phone from their list of companies to call. 1/7 Received 5 phone calls from different sales reps in the course of 3 hours

The SBGA Calls me several times a week despite repeated requests for them not to call us. SBGA calls asking about our "Clover Machine", and despite being asked not to be called they keep calling trying to push their scam services. Last call was from Tina F [protected]. They tell me they have no way to remove our number from their list and that they will keep calling.

Non stop calling and harassment. My business phone is called 5 times a day by different sales people trying to set up an appointment with me. This company continues to call my business everyday! ON December 10 I called the contact information on their website and talked to a manager. I asked to be taken off his list and I was not happy with the time taken on my business phone. Every sales person said there was no list but this manager seemed to have a list and said he would put me on the no call. With in 30 minutes, the phone rang and it was the sales person calling again. ON December 11 I received another call. This is harassment!

This co. moves very quickly and sent equipment I didn't even consent to yet. They are taking money from my account without me using the product. I got scammed over the phone. They said they recorded every conversation. Well I saw through it and said not interested. They continued to call me and sent equipment to my business I didn't ask for.I have had 3 with drawls from my bank account and I am not even using their product. My bank is trying to reverse charges and are fully aware of the scam. We are watching every day for missing funds. I have tried e-mail and phone calls and no response from their side.This is a merchant processing company that pushes their product hard and fast to lure you in with lies. I need help please.

Automatically renewed my contract when I purchased business from previous owner My mother was the previous owner of my business. I took over when she was diagnosed with dementa. I had no idea that by changing the owners name that SBGA would automatically restart the contract. The equipment we were advised to use was provided by *** which SBGA set up and contacted them. I had no idea it was my issue to cancel the lease or to pay $118 restocking fee on it! This machine isnt even a new machine but a refurbished machine. Reguardless of the lease, SBGA is now requiring $495 early termination fee. I have asked for the date we initually signed up and was never given the date, only the date they took it upon themselves to renew the contract.

Called Rep.Ryan to help work through this in May, I was told I would be charged about $450 for canceling no help. After not being ablebto get any help or put this on hold I asked to cancel Aug 27th, They continued to withdrawl from my account Sep 2 $56.59, Sep 10 $47.65, October 2 $32.02, Oct 9 $47.65, Oct 10th $495. I have called multiple times in the past emailed them to cancel this account I was told 60 day period. This company is very unfair to their small consumers during this hard time which we all are going through.

SBGA lied about the product, cost and returnability
SBGA lied about the product, cost and returnability. They refused the return of the product after agreeing to accept it if I paid $200out of pocket The SGBA salesman locked us in to a contract by illegally run his card to make a "first purchase". Once confronted by their lies and manipulation they agreed to send call tags to return the Point of sale system (POS). We had 45 days to return the POS to avoid paying full price at $5000+. They never sent the call tags. We called over 20 times. Finally they said send the POS back but I had to pay shipping. As soon as I gave them a tracking number which included $5000 insurance and signature confirmation, they sent me the call tags. Which at that point was useless as I had just spent almost $200 to ship the POS that was non refundable. I have since then received notice from the *** that the item is being returned to me. I want to ship their product back and be done with this company. They have lied to me every step of the way. And that is no way to do business.

Please help me cancel contact and close my account at SBGA. $250/m*48 month leasing+4% transaction fee$92,160 for 48mon label fee+$480 printer apps. SBGA makes all promise on the phone, never write any key information in email because they know they are doing illegal business and lie to customer. They are afraid to leave any records. Also never give you real office number, I have never reach out them directly. Only waiting for them call back. On 9/15 the salesman Alvaro from SBGA called me to promote cash discount program , he said he can lower us monthly transaction fee :flat fee$250 +4% transaction fee ( add 4% on my menu price). He asked my recent credit card transaction fee amount, I am concern about menu price change and label makers, he promise he can help me did everything.I am a immigrant the US only 5 years with very limit verbal English, and it is my first women-owned business in 9, I am working so hard to afford my car loans, mortgage, business rent, labor cost,etc. Due to COVID-19, my small business been hurt a lot, that is why I have to work 12 hours with my husband everyday to save cost. When Alvaro mention saving money for me, and I trust him. 9/22 Isaac A send me a link for signature and keep calling me to sign this 5 pages agreement within professional law words which makes me confuse, I double check with them I don't have to pay extra costs and can cancel anytime if I don't like, they said yes on the phone, then I sign it. When they said need voice record, I am in Costco and not really hear what is the question, I told them I am in Costco and they just say only few simple question to confirm the equipment series number, I answer Yes. After they get they want, they leave me alone. I never been told any steps about processing in email. I feel like so messy and confuse what we will do at next step. They change different people talk with you, finally I have trouble about missing label printer, I don't know to call whom for help. I keep calling SBGA about my issue, then they send me a label which I have to spend extra $40/roll sticker, we need 12 rolls/week, and also have to download an app called" easy label" to use this printer which $10/m, I keep argue with Isaac is sales manager, then he agree to reimbursement by check which I haven't received yet. I feel so headache to send 5 emails and 6 calls/ day to this company for helping. However, no response. I think this company try to lie you sign the contract first, then they leave you alone. I received the copy of agreement on 10/29, I notice it is non- cancel-able for 48 month leasing clover station $189.99/M, EXTRA fee for equipment coverage but no equipment warranty and it is from third party called Advantage Leasing. The letter mention if any questions need call them 888. 884.6111 ext 3434, I try to call 4 times, only voice message because the person is out of office since 10/26, I also try to email to this person, no response. Also the letter says: this leasing company assume that my silence in response this letter. I don't know how to contact them. I feel so surprise. I have my own Ordering system which have paid off already, SBGA never mention I have to leasing a new equipment for $250/m in 48 month, that meaning I spend $12,000 totally leasing a clover? That is crazy rubber your money and also label sticker cost $92,160 for 48month(only support brother printer) + printer app $480, plus 4% transaction fee per order. I can't believe this is happen in America, they can doing business in this illegal way. Recently because of this trouble, I stress out. I can't eat well, sleep well and work.
