Scootaround Purchased on 6/21/2022 in ***, **, I was told that the scooter weighed 48lbs, but it turned out to be even heavier

Purchased on 6/21/2022 in ***, , I was told that the scooter weighed 48lbs, but it turned out to be even heavier. I couldn't lift it to put it in my vehicle. This scooter wasn't very portable, which was disappointing. I called Scootaround right away to let them know about the issue. The representative said she would try to get my money refunded, but unfortunately, that didn't happen. I ended up paying for something I couldn't use, and even though it could have been picked up right away, it wasn't.
