why are you making so hard to cancel? I have to call to you and wait to cancel? I tried your phone line with almost no help for a long time and once i get got into a call they told me wait and got disconnected after like 7 minutes of waiting. That got me so mad that i just told my bank to not allow payment from getting through from you guys. still persistent you guys got your payment and I don't even have access to your bad website. Btw your website gave me little to almost non existent info on how to better my score. I've regretted ever signing up to your useless website.
