I created account on the website www.seagm.com several months ago. I used this website frequently, but three days ago they suddenly banned me and there is no way of how I could restore my account. I emailed to the support team, but I didn’t get any help. I think that they haven’t had the support team at all. I wonder if there are other people and maybe someone can help me.

Accounts are banned or suspended may due to a few reasons:
1. Payment chargeback.
2. Irregular activities such as login in from multiple VPN or proxy IP in a short period of time.
3. Scamming attempts.

You are banning people out of nowhere without a warning and when the user mails asking for reason no response & the only response we get is "Regrettably, after careful consideration and adherence to our internal processes, we are unable to lift the suspension on your account"

Atleast tell us what the issue is we are spending money on your services

My friend's account got banned too and mine got suspended... All the people i know have this problem now.. One of ny friends do not even find seagm on the app store anymore... They claim that they are suspending accounts to prevent the "hackers" but all i see is that they suddenly ban or suspend Everyone LOL
