I had the horrible situation with the staff from www.seagm.com. They provided me fake iTunes code, which I asked to change. After several days they finally provided new, but it was already used. I contacted the live chat agent, but he was rude and refused to help me. I have no idea why they did such things, but I wanted to warn other people. Be careful, they are scammers and don’t deal with them. Post your comments if you have the similar situation.
Had the worst and horrible customer service from staff, guys named tommy and forgot about the other one, they were asking me about my personal chat, and asking me to reload Uc from other websites, and will block my account if I didn’t send him my chats, and when i refused, to send , i asked them to take all the necessary information, like my bank accounts my id , but ask me for my personal chats, they blocked my seagm account, worst service ever, rude
