Sears a division of Cinch Home Warranty has made many promises to repair and/or replace our Microwave. They stated they would replace our microwave if they couldn't repair it (which they did on 3/29/22.) The replacement microwave was found to be damaged when it was taken out of the carton. Sears/Cinch stated that they would pick up the damage microwave (which they did 4/22/22) and replace the damaged replacement microwave. Sears/Cinch stated someone would contact us with the new delivery date. This has not happened. We are still looking at the hole over the range where the built in microwave once sat. I followed up with Sears/Cinch on 6/21/22 and was advised that I had to contact the manufacturer because the microwave was taken out of the carton. I tried to explain to the representative this was a in wall unit and had nothing to do with the promises that were made to us. The representative continued to repeat his position and then disconnected the call. I immediately called back and requested to speak to a manager and was asked for all my information (which I gave) and was then asked what I wanted to speak to a manager and I explained I was disconnected with the previous representative and wanted to speak to a manager. Again the next sound I heard was dial tone. I waited for a callback (I had given the representative my telephone number at the beginning of the call.

All we want is to be made whole (have our microwave replaced)

John Holmes

Desired outcome: We need our over the range Whirlpool microwave replaced as promised. Nothing complicated. This has been going on since January 2022
