I bought a pre-paid certificate to Eternal Salon in Billings Montana & unknown to me, they went out of business! Now the business owner, Ashlie Benson Winter (she is on FB), is avoiding me & will not respond to me...and I cannot get a refund from her or from Seize the Deal! Can you say frustrated!?!?! This is SO ETHICALLY WRONG by BOTH Ashlie & by Seize the Deal to treat your paying customers like this! This IS considered stealing in most people's eyes! And the certificate says "NO EXPIRATION DATE"...VERY misleading statement! If Seize the Deal will not stand behind their certificates, then they aren't worth the paper they are printed on! What repercussions does Seize the Deal have in place to hold the businesses (like Eternal Salon) we are paying accountable for holding up their end of the "deal"? Absolutely NONE! I just want to warn other hard working customers out there about my frustrating situation with Seize the Deal, Seize the Deal Billings & Ashlie Benson Winter! I have contacted every person with Seize the Deal that I can reach & basically they are telling me too bad! Again, BUYERS BEWARE...what poor customer service by Seize the Deal! My last Seize the Deal has been bought for sure! Why won't they make things right & refund or credit my money back to me!?!?!?!? Shame on Seize the Deal!
