They got me what I needed when I needed it. I didn't have to do hardly anything. They stayed in constant contact and walked me through the process which can be intimidating. I felt very at ease and comfortable with my decision to accept their offer. Sell Land covered all the closing costs and fees. The purchase price offered in the initial letter was honored. We signed the closing papers and 2 days later had a check delivered via UPS. This is a professional company with good service.

All documents were handled through overnight delivery and they even paid for all the shipping charges. All of the legal aspects of the closing were handled through a local title firm. The entire process was handled very professionally and everyone was extremely pleasant to work with. We would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Finally, he e-mailed me and said, 'I delayed looking into this, and then when I did make the request, it turns out it is a whole lot more complicated than I thought. Then it turns out the info we need for your title isn't computerized and requires a longer time to get to it. I really just wasn't sure that I was the best agent for you, although I really can't think of who would be better with this property.' I reached out to the company who recommended him for another referral, but never did hear back from the company. Fortunately, a few months later, I received a letter from Bob, asking if we were interested in selling our property. I corresponded with Bob and he bought our property. They were cash buyers and Bob followed through with our offer in a timely fashion. They lined up an online notary so there was not much that we had to do on our part except to request our warranty deed from the Box Elder County Recorder's office. I strongly recommend Bob if you are interested in selling your property. He conducted himself very professionally and personally as well. I enjoyed working with him.
