I have arrived to the salon after purchasing a treatment on their website
I have arrived to the salon after purchasing a treatment on their website. Friendly and courteous staff. The esthetician was professional and informative. I loved how my face felt after my facial.
I have used the eye cream and thermal mask for the last 5 month
I have used the eye cream and thermal mask for the last 5 month. I start noticed the improvement on my skin after 3 month of using this mask. Hopefully my next step is the red light therapy ?
Thank you Urban Calm! Best face care product I have ever used! I tried this on a whim because my dry sensitive skin (prone to oily patches and large pores) was even drier than usual and nothing I had was helping...I didn't want to get into winter and have the dreaded flaky skin, especially on the rare days I wear makeup. Anyways, Urban Calm exceeds all my wants in every way. The skin products Ive purchased are not greasy, absorbs very quickly, and lasts all day. My skin has improved so dramatically in the last few weeks of using this that I am tempted to believe it's a bit magical. My pores have visibly shrunk around my nose and cheeks...always the worst area for me. My skin color has dramatically evened out and improved with much less redness. The products may be pricy but for me they worth every *** .
I purchased two products at Urban Calm while there for business. This area of Santa Fe is so interesting and nice but Urban Calm makes me very skeptical based on the way that they do business. I was told that one product,Venofye, would last 1 year with weekly use. After I opened it at home, I suspected it was used and had only a portion of the product left. Using a pea size amount once a week, the product only lasted 8 weeks! Others have reported Urban Spa as fraudulent and deceptive. I will not and do not recommend doing business with Urban Spa.
Avoid. This is a scam business! I thought I was walking into a bath product store and was immediately walked to a chair where *** put cream on my face without asking if it was okay or if I was allergic to any ingredients. To get me to buy the product, he told me I looked tired and had bags under my eyes. Then when I told him I wouldn't be making a purchase in the store, he patronizingly asked, "Why--you need to ask your husband?" (SEXISM, MANIPULATION, SCAM BUSINESS TACTICS). I had to go back home afterwards and wash my face. I can't believe Santa Fe let's them operate. Also, read through the alternating positive reviews listed on this site...they're very clearly written by the business itself.

What amazing alternatives to cosmetic surgery there are
What amazing alternatives to cosmetic surgery there are. We were quite grateful for the help we got. To get the best service, I would always recommend the closest friends and people you can trust. thank you.
Very bad experience. They expoIt customers into spending money and shameless about poor business practices. I purchased products and facials that they then suddenly can't schedule. Complete ripoff, might as well call it theft.
A handsome guy stooped me to try Urban Calm day cream. I really liked it so I went back to the store the following day, I have purchased the Perfectio X and a package of skin care products. The good thing about it is the quality of the products, however it is really expensive! So far I use the products for 3 month and I can definitely see the improvement. Better than Botox and fillers
My wife entered the store and was scammed by the sales person. They sold her $325 worth of skincare, that could be purchased anywhere else for under $100. Then she was told she would get a facial which was included in her purchase. A man walked out and started giving her a facial and then started selling her a $10,000 facial machine. Then she wanted to leave but he would not take the facial cream he had applied off her face. Can you imagine?. Then she finally got him to take the cream off her face by promising she would buy the machine. She left the store, Then he continued to harass her through text for several days.
I had a wonderful experience at Urban Calm in Santa Fe. I found the staff there over the holidays to be friendly and knowledgeable. I did *** wand there as I wanted a more professionable one as my Physical Therapist used it on me for neck pain. It was pricier but I plan to use it for my skin and pain relief. They worked several sessions with me for my particular skin needs even changing different products, not a one product fits all mentality. The products all had good reviews online. They may be a little pricier that department store prices but the care and knowledge I received will bring me back. Thank you *** and

Complete scam. There were signs...but the amazing results during the facial were so alluring. I went back for my "free treatment" and they said I heard wrong there was no free treatment, when I insisted, they resisted even more. I spent $300 and wish I would not have done it. Lack of integrity all the way. -Only cheap looking soaps in windows? -Professional email is a gmail domain not, urbancalm.com. -"Super experienced" aestheticians all travel around the world and are only there a few days. "I can only offer you this AMAZING discount right now, don't tell anyone, buy now but when you walk out the door the offer is gone." Yuck.
Beware and Be aware! The Truffoire line is marketed heavily in tourist areas by attractive young people whose sales approach runs the gamut from aggressive to predatory. Don't stop! Keep on walking! They like to target “mature" women and the syringe is the hook! They got me for several grand 3 years ago in Santa Fe, and while I do like the Day and Night creams, they've never contacted me to see if I need more creams! They have no interest in repeat customers, and the insane prices are front-loaded for a one-time kill. I'm still paying it off my credit card.
I have got the eye lift cream, since it felt too tight around my eyes. I decided to go back and return it. when I got to the store *** offer me to exchange it to *** serum - it feeling more refreshing. *** was so welcoming, great customer service! Before I left Santa Fe, I have got at the salon a complimentary red light ***. I love the way my skin feel. Thank you
I had an amazing experience at Urban Calm Santa Fe. I have tried the eye *** X. I can already see the results.
A real scam
A real scam. High pressure sales tactics, exorbitant markup for products that sell for a quarter of the cost on the Internet. The eye cream works for a half hour, but the next day there's no benefit from it. Can't believe I fell for this!
The manager, John Smith, has been extremely helpful
The manager, John Smith, has been extremely helpful. The product I purchased went dry after a few months. It was very effective in decreasing sagging under my eyes and I love using it. I called the store and John Smith immediately promised to send me a new tube. It arrived within the week. I am totally pleased with the product and the excellent customer service.

I believe I got scammed too
I believe I got scammed too. The company goes by the name of "urban calm". The only way I was able to find them was to put in their address. The products are not working as they stated. It's a high dollar scam. They basically tell you how bad your skin looks and apply this cream. The results don't last. Didn't find out there were no refunds until after you purchase. It's on the receipt. I got suckered for over 3000.00. I told them I couldn't afford it. Extremely high pressure. This has ruined my whole vacation. This place sucks. Stay away! Keep walking. Especially if you come across Johnathen.
