I recently had a shopping experience with Seraphine and it was not a good one. I ordered a nursing dress in a US12 size, but unfortunately, I only received half of the dress and it was the wrong size. I was really disappointed with this and it made me feel like the store didn't care about my order.

To make matters worse, the store seemed to expect me to keep the trimmings for $100, which I found to be quite unreasonable. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of returning the item, but I also didn't want to keep something that wasn't what I had ordered.

Overall, I would not recommend buying anything from Seraphine. My experience was not a good one and I don't think they will meet your expectations either. It's better to shop elsewhere where you can be sure that you will receive the right item and size.

I gotta say, I ain't too happy with Seraphine. I done sent 'em three emails and ain't heard nothin' back. And to make matters worse, they charged me $12.95 for shipping and didn't even deliver my stuff in two days like they promised. This done happened twice now. And when I tried to call 'em up, all I got was some dang ol' automatic message tellin' me to send another email.

I'm tellin' ya, this company ain't worth your time or money. They charge way too much for their stuff and the quality ain't even that good. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.
