i think this company is a scam. i cant get ahold of anyone to cancel my order. i dont want a pump from this company. no one will return my calls or emails.

so I checked out this site called A Breast Pump and More. They say you can pick the pump you want, but it's all a scam. It's owned by Hygeia and they only send out their pumps. Plus, you can't even call them up to talk about it. They just send you a pump and use up your insurance money without asking. Don't even bother with this site, it's a total rip-off.

Breast Pump and More seems like a sketchy company. When I was preggers enough to get a breast pump, I got a bunch of texts from some lady named Becky from Hygeia. I looked up the number and it was for A Breast Pump and More, which I never heard of. They said they ordered me a Hygeia pump and were gonna bill my insurance. It was weird and not cool. I called my insurance to tell them it was a scam and to not pay them. I tried to text back that I didn't order anything, but they just said to reply with "STOP" if I wanted to unsubscribe. I hope I don't end up with a pump I didn't ask for or a bogus insurance claim.

Terrible customer service left me high and dry with a busted pump. I tried calling and emailing for weeks to get new parts, but no one would respond. Finally, when I did get a response, they told me I had to pay out of pocket for overpriced replacement parts from the Hygeia website. I use my pump all the time, so I'd have to shell out $110+ every month or two just to keep it working. That's crazy! I even called my insurance, and they said they'd cover the replacement parts, but A Breast Pump and More still won't send them to me. It's been almost three weeks without a working pump, and my milk supply is suffering. The pump itself was great, but this whole situation is not worth it. I might as well buy a Spectra or Medela pump instead.

So, I got these texts from "A Breast Pump and More" in early Jul 2021. I never heard of them before. They said they'd send me a pump if I didn't say no. I called and emailed them to say I don't want a pump or insurance claim. They got my medical info from my ***. Today, I found out they filed an insurance claim on Jul 12 and sent me a pump even though I said no in writing. I feel violated that they used my personal info to send me a medical device I didn't want or agree to. I want to use my pump insurance somewhere else, but I can't until they fix this. I left messages for them and my insurance. Please help me get them to reverse the claim. I won't take the pump.

I got a script from my OB office for a breast pump from abreastpumpandmore.com (Hygeia) on 5/5/22. I hit up my Aetna on 5/5/22 and they said they wouldn't cover it 'cause I got one already in the last three years. Hygeia texted me on 5/5/22 to say they got the script and told me to pick a pump. I went on their site on 5/5/22 and cancelled the script, then texted them to cancel it too. On 5/14/22 they texted me saying they'd send me the Hygeia pump for free if I didn't reply in 48 hours. I called the number on their site on 5/14/22 and left a message explaining everything. They never got back to me. On 5/16 they texted me saying they shipped the pump. I called again and left another message. On 5/16/22 they put in a $500 claim (claim # ERNRY84C6) through Aetna. On 5/17/22 they left me a voicemail saying Aetna covers one pump per pregnancy. I've called Hygeia and my insurance company a bunch of times and haven't heard back. I don't wanna pay for something I never bought.
