When using the Customer Service number, [protected], selecting the option to talk to a rep or someone to help with online sign ins, the automated system disconnects you!
No one has responded to an email about this!
Trying to get an email for a User ID reminder or a password reset is failing too.
They are successfully drawing money out of my checking account every month though so that portion of the company seems to work fine.
