My spouse was appalled at how complicated this was to assemble! Some steps were not included or did not have the specificity needed to show which way the hinges went. There is a piece of square tubular metal left over and no instructions on how to raise and lower the sewing machine. The cabinet itself is beautiful and appears to be just what I wanted. Thank you for the quick shipping time.

Excellent service. A few of the parts I ordered were not in stock at the time I placed my order. When I reached out to them via email, they responded promptly and kept me informed about when I could expect my order to be fulfilled and shipped. Very pleased with the personalized service and caring. I am in Canada and they are in the U.S. and it took no time at all for my order to reach me via regular post.

I cannot give it a 5 star rating. I did not use it yet. I did notice that it does not go out as far as I thought but this was a larger project. I will certainly use it on smaller projects and I am sure it will be fine. The shipping was great, it arrived before the date it was suppose to. I also will look at this sight when I am in need of some sewing part. Thanks so much! Wonderful company to order from.

Their customer service is excellent and they have been able to find parts for me that are not offered any where else. Their pricing and frequent sales are great! I have a *** sewing machine, a *** felting machine, and an *** serger - SPO has everything I need to maintain and add to my machines. I highly recommend SPO.

I've ordered from SewingPartsOnline many times in the last 5 years! I love their website! I have FIVE sewing machines: two Vintage, two newer, and one new Industrial. It gets confusing, when ordering parts, presser feet, needles, & bobbins. Sewing Parts Online makes it easy with their easy-to-navigate website and, once the part is found, they will state "this part is guaranteed to fit..." the make and model number you're seeking.

I was looking for a 3/16" hammer presser foot. I could not find one that listed my machine on line, so I called their service dept. the lady who answered was very helpful. She had me measure the width of the gap and checked that the one she thought would work also had a similar bar to fasten onto. I agreed to the possibility that I would have to pay shipping if it did not work, but it did. She was very patient and thorough. I am very pleased with my experience

Had to make a claim with *** because 3 weeks after I ordered I still hadn't received a shipping notification. I attempted to work it out with Sewing Parts Online, they responded to my first email but not my subsequent emails. I won my claim and got my money back and then the next day got an email from sewing parts online asking for this review. They said they're working diligently to fulfill my order that has been canceled. Very unprofessional and disorganized.

Serger part came in, fit perfect and now my machine it back to working condition. Order process was fairly quick. It took a few days longer than I expected to process the order, but that's because I placed it on a Friday night and Monday was Juneteenth so our bank was closed. Once the bank processed the payment it was shipped out and got here fairly fast considering it was delivered by USPO. I'm very pleased with the company, will recommend them and will be a return customer.

The only thing I ordered was the manual for my machine. While the website was easy to use and the order was received promptly, the manual itself was very blurry and hard to read. It was obviously a copy of a copy of a copy and some pages were upside down. I considered it of poor quality however, it is better than having no manual at all. It appears from lots of other reviews that your products you have are of good quality. I will try once again and hopefully will be happier with other products you carry.

The service was ok. I received a part and it was guaranteed to match up with my touch and sew 600E, but the power cord didn't work. When I call to let you all know, the rep that I talked wasn't polite. I told her I want to send the cord back and she kept saying that you all had to inspect it. If I order the wrong cord I wouldn't get my money back. I told her I checked the order and it was supposed to match. She asked me did I talk to someone, that I was supposed to have? I told her I ordered from off of your website. Bad service

I'm really glad I ordered my new machine from Sewing Parts Online because they have actual customer service. Their price is great and shipping was free. Usually you don't get both! They called to confirm my order before shipping, so keep an ear out for that. I've never experienced that from a company. It could have been a big inconvenience if they cancelled my order, but they answered right away when i called back. I don't think I would have gotten my machine anywhere near as fast from a different retailer. I absolutely recommend them based on my experience.

I ordered 5 different items. Received an email that 1 or more items of my order were back ordered. I couldn't figure out which ones. So I sent an email questioning what was coming and what was not. Their return email informed me that they usually WAIT till all items are available to ship an order. I was at first disappointed but reading further they received permission to split my order and send what was available. Well I was really excited. Think this company does a good job at pleasing their customers as best they can. I have ordered before and will order again if need be .

I spoke to a customer service rep after my first order was delayed. She told me that they only list parts that were listed by the original manufacturer as being correct for that machine. With that information, I felt confident that anything I ordered would be correct for my machine. However, after ordering presser feet for a left-homing machine, I discovered that they were not in fact designed for a left-homing machine and therefore would not work as they were intended. When I contacted customer service they requested videos and explanations, which I took the time to do. They eventually agreed to accept the return, but I would be charged for a restocking fee and I had to pay for return shipping. I did eventually convince them to waive the restocking fee, but had to pay return shipping, which was expensive, despite this being only a few lightweight items. Customer service was not easy to deal with the second time around, and I was not happy with the resolution. I do not recommend ordering from this shop, unless you have no other option. If you do order, be sure to keep all the original packaging and keep a record of your contacts.
