I want to lodge an complaint regarding the service. I received my nil balance statement on whats app. After repeated contact from my side regarding the matter, no communication back. It has been more than 1 week that I paid my Cell C account debt in full. ( I was not even aware that Cell C handed me over )
The statement ask my ID nr as a password. This does not work and yet, no help or assistance from SSDA.
I need help please.
Desired outcome: I would like clear communication regarding the clearance of my Cell C debt and my nil statement as proof there of. As mentioned, my ID does not work as a password.
