Sharetrackin

Their call center called me claiming I have unclaimed shares on the JSE, and other things regarding my pension fund that I will be able to 100% back. I asked if it was trading, the said no nothing to do with that.
They made an appointment to come see me. A Salesman by the name of Mr George arrived. Immediately stated talking about trading, I expressed to him what the telemarketer said.
I was unprepared and thought we were discussing these shares and my pension.
What they offered me, to start the process for you to get trading, with software, installation, training and the software,24/7 support.
I always wanted to trade, but never felt ready. THis seemed like a easy way to get in to it with everything provided and taken care of and the stuff will pay for itself.
My initial concerns - finances. He Assured me it cost only R38 000 over 3 years that's it. Kept on asking me if I cant afford R38k over 3 years? My second concern Time-I made it clear to Mr. George, from the start that I did not have the time to invest heavily in trading, He assured me only takes 10min a week. They will provide all the trades on Telegram, by their own Guru, and I only need to fill in the trades and that's it. Easy as that. Do I not have 10 min a week?. He He Promised 40% growth on my equity. Even showed me examples. I asked what if it doesn't work for me and He assured me I could CANCEL AT ANY TIME. This is what convinced me, that if it doesn't work, no harm no fowl.
So they have a monthly fee for the software package, and a monthly fee for Support.
I was let to believe that the software was needed for trading, not once mentioned it was only for training purpose, a simulation. You don't need the software, it is and will be a white elephant to you and you can't even trade in a demo account. The whole basis for the sale is to indebt you with this useless software. They do not mention its not needed at all. You cant even trade in a demo account with this pretend software. You have to manually fill in what you traded or was willing to trade and fill it in, what you lost, and what your profit was, like a calculator. That's it, useless. Thge way the salesperson spoke was that you pay of the R38000 over 3 years, thats it, not to a third party loan company. When said company call you the say, its Mrs X calling on behalf of Sharetracking for your trading.

The true cost of the "software" if you not aware and was not disclosed is not R38 000, It will cost you R38 000 for the software, R20 500 on interest, R9000 in monthly fees and life insurance = R67 500, not once disclosed by Mr George even after my concerns about finance of what I though R38k. This is excluding the monthly support and training fee witch will be another R14 400 over the term. You will also not have your account with Sharetrackin but it will be with the loan company CTi. The distance themself from that contract, and if you have a contact with CTi you will also be forced to pay the monthly premium for support.
I was promised that managing the trades would take only 10 minutes a week and that the R5,000 equity would be sufficient to generate returns that would cover the cost of the software. In essence, I was sold a system that was portrayed as being self-sustaining, with no significant financial risk. However, this has proven to be completely not true. Even now, the trade opportunities provided are nothing more than chasing empty promises.

You are also signing in to a training program, (also not disclosed) not 10 min a week filling in recommendations, NO - hours upon hours of training, you will not be able to trades as promised, you will not be able to use the recommendations, (that not one worked for me) seeing that now it is only for educational purpose, and Sharetrackin takes no responsibility for any financial loss-all I can see now in the contract. This was not disclosed by Mr George at anytime.
You will be asked to sign a form once installation is done, to say that the computer still work and nothing is broken - take a look at what it says that they take no responsibility for loss of data, which make sense regarding computer but LOSS OF PROFITS?-Does not align with any PC or damage to PC. (also its not software that you buy and there is no installation - the log you in to a website that will cost you R67 500.)

I referred my dad and DISABLED friend to them, they both shared exactly the same experience with 2 different representatives and my dad is in another province, as if the sales pitch is scripted. My dad did not accept the contract, but when I spoke to him Yesterday he still believed it only cost R38 000, as promised. He raised concern about the fact that he's legally blind he was told to call support and they would assist him. He had concern over. He Only Based on the fact that they said he could cancel at any time, tried it. He is unable to cancel his contract. Brings me back-they knew he would never use, or needed the software, why proceed making him buy the R38k useless software? Why not let him get support and help him in a demo trading account which we all should have got, no they con you into this, they together with CTI, criminal and indebting people that are ignorant to these scammers

So I can not trade with the R675000 software, I can't fill in recommendations as promised because I have to do my own market analysis, I spend hours a week learning about trading which was not part of the deal. They expect you to fill your trades in the software and make notes of why you chose these trades, even more time consuming.
The software will not pay for itself. I would not have proceeded if any point this was made clear of what the total cost would be, around R84 400, or what you even sign up for.
Do your homework and if you choose this company and see what the software is about before making any purchase.
There is hundreds of Trading companies, where you can open a demo account, these companies are willing to assist you and guide you for free, Online is thousands of companies willing to provide training for free through a basic mentorship.

My concerns this whole time was regarding the interactions I have had with their sales representative Mr George and the misleading information about what I can expect and the contractual obligations.
Mr George said he will fill in the loan details and that he brushed it of as not wanting to waste time. I had no reason to question his ethics or intentions seeing he has been so willing to assist me in selling this dream. I only got my contract out of CT international once my bank deemed their transactions fraudulent and they blocked them. Then only where thy more than happy to forward it. That is where I only noticed the magnitude of damage done in what I was led to believe in the sales pitch
I immediately asked for cancellation where it was escalated to Marika.

Since sending the mail, and about 14 back and forth, not once has Sharetrackin or any of their staff or management distance themselves from such behaviour or individuals in their company, or condemn the actions of these people. They have not once showed any remorse regarding this, or apologized for any individuals actions, or stated that this is not acceptable behaviour in any company. They have not showed any compassion nor sympathy for what I had to go through being a client of this company. WHETHER OR NOT MY CLAIMES WAS TRUE.
Acceptable behaviour from management would immediately be in favor of the client and disavows * behavior among their sales staff or indicate that these matters would be investigated or attended to-NO
No where has any of my concern or statements been acknowledged and given attention to, to rectify damage done. I have proof of this in writing. Sharetrackin has not apologized to me for having to deal with THIS, but instead my concerns have been dismissed, suggesting that I am in the wrong rather than addressing the conduct OF INDIVIDUALS.

The contract in question, which has been referenced in our discussions, should be considered null and void due to the manner in which it was obtained. I feel instead of addressing these serious concerns, Marika has focused on sending extract of the contract without acknowledging the underlying issues related to the acquisition of it.

Marika has not ones addressed any of my concerns regarding my appeal for cancellation for me, and my appeal on behalf of Mr Manie.
I have mentioned numerous instances of contractual misrepresentation on Mr George part and not one has been addressed in 14 emails back and forth with Marika.

I believe Sharetrackin does not take these matters seriously.

I have requested cancellation numerous times.

I asked Sharetrackin representitve to address the issues they have caused, yet they have shown a continued unwillingness to assist or resolve the matter. Until I received my contract, I had no reason to doubt Sharetrackin’s intentions. Ending this agreement was not my choice but a direct response to Sharetrackin’s actions, for which they take no responsibility.

I have been contacted by a group, please follow this link to a website for all detail on how to submit relevant documentation -

This rubbish company does unauthorised credit checks on you right after that 'meeting' is arranged, under false pretences.

So that the scum salesman can arrive papers in hand ready to catch you in their trap.

Where is Christo Oosthuizen? The Mastermind behind all this?
