Ek voel baie teleurgesteld in die maatskappy en dink hulle tree baie oneties op en lei mense om die bos.

Ek is in Julie 2021 genader deur Mark Wooler, verteenwoordiger van Sharetrackin. Dit is vir my skokkend dat daar SOVEEL mense is wat PRESIES dieselfde klagtes het oor Sharetrakin en hulle beloftes en steeds hou die maatskappy aan om mense links en regs te bedrieg. Eers nadat ek die stelsel begin gebruik het, het ek besef dat dit geweldig ingewikkeld is en baie opleiding en tyd gaan verg om op die punt te kom om die groot bedrae wat belowe is te genereer . Ongelukkig is die hoeveelheid tyd wat benodig word nie tot my beskikking nie ( in aggenome dat daar aan my genoem was dat dit letterlik 10 minute per dag van jou tyd sal neem!) . Die belofte is ook gemaak soos aan almal wat kla dat jy binne die eerste 6 maande jou kontrak mag kanselleer en dat alle gelde aan jou terugbetaal sal word. Hierdie is die grootste leun wat verkondig word want wanneer jy dus probeer om te kanselleer binne 6 maande word daar net heeltyd uittreksels uit die kontrak vir jou per epos gestuur. Die 6 maande kansellasie opsie is nie net iets wat ek verkeerd verstaan het nie, maar daadwerklike beloftes van hulle kant af, aangesien ALMAL daaroor kla en nie net hierdie belofte uit hul duime sou suig nie. (Vreemd dat my vrou presies dieselfde belofte gehoor het ten tyde van ons ontmoeting met Mark Wooler).

Sharetrackin serial 21241-platinum client free (2020-version) encompass web-based software
On 20th October 2021 LLIANTTO MAGARDIE contact me in connection with a previous Sharetrackin version that I have bough in 2007. He congratulated me on the upgraded SHARETRACKIN Serial no. 21241- PlatinumKlient, a FREE (2020-version) Encompass web-based software value of R36999-00 and a Platinum Packet with personal trade team and a technician Liam Mitchell who will contact me. He did not mention that I have only 7 (Days) to cancel the contract. On the voice recording he did not once mention there is only 7 days to cancel the contract.
Liam contact me and arrange for a training session and he told me he will send me information that I have to go thru before the training session. I did not receive the information and I send Liam a Whatsapp with my email address because I suspect that my email address was not correct, he then send the information. I printed the document and start reading the information then I logon to the Basic 1 information session and now this is where it starts to get interesting the following was never mentioned when LLIANTTO MAGARDIE contact me or when Liam spoke to me on the phone, he just said I have to go through the documents and the 3 Basic sessions before the training session that he had book for me.
a) The customer's simulation training extends over a period of 12 (twelve) months, you have to write exams and have to obtain at least 50%.
b) The customer must record at least two valid reasons either fundamental or technical, for each purchase and one reason for each sale to justify the transaction.
c) You have to pay Brokers fees.
d) You have to have at least R5000-00 to start trading.
e) You have to have excess amount of Internet.
f) When you open the Sharetrackin Basic 1 software and listen to the presentation you can not see what is going on, on the screen everything is so small and the background is black unless the lecturer tells you which subject he is opening you don't know.
I have phone Liam on 2 November 2021 before we have the training session and told him about all the above and that this was not explained to me and my financial situation don't allow me to continue with this subscription. I don't have a excess amount of Internet usage and I am retired. He told me to send and email to Rita Eriksen. He never told me I only had 7 days to cancel this subscription.
I send an email to Rita on 5 November 2021 she never reply on my email. I send Rita an email again on 11 November 2021, she forward my email to Terina Rowles. On 12 November I send an email to the Admin at the Sharetrackin email address in connection with my cancellation. On the 12 November 2021 Terina contact me to find out more of my request and she send me a cancellation form which I have completed and send back to her. She told me on 13 November 2021 she is investigating my request and I have to be patient.
On 1 December 2021 she send me a email that the cancellation will not be accepted. I send an email back on 3 December 2021 and told her this is not accepted. She send an email back and said this is a binding contract and it will not be cancel. The contract was send to me for the first time on 1 December 2021.
Below is my reason for cancelling the contract.
I have explain to Liam Mitchell that I have financial difficulties and can't afford this monthly premium and I do not have the capitol to invest in shares, I am retired. I have already lost R10, 000 the first time when I bought the software I am not prepared to lost any more money. Since the second of November I try to cancel this subscription and I will appreciate if you can assist with this request, as soon as possible.
I don't have R399-00 to pay monthly and I don't have money to buy extra Internet.
This is ridiculous that you can't cancel the contract and that the people working for Sharetrackin can't give you all the right information to enable one to make the right decision.

What and who is MULTIDFORSTNOW65984 are they consultants for Sharetracking they debit my account every moth for R400.00 for what.
I need feedback or i will contact my attorney.
When they came to my house to sign the contract the Sharetracking rep asked me whose house i was living in what has that got to do with Sharetracking.
Sharetrackin
Sharetrackin sells their product as a trading platform, and I specifically told the sales person that I was looking for a better trading platform. He told me about all the great features this platform had and that I'm guaranteed to make at least 40% per year.
After signing up and the technician came to set me up, it was explained to me that I need to start a Standard bank trading account. After spending a week getting thing in order, I started live trading. Only then I realised that the platform does not integrate at all with any live platform. The Sharetrackin platform was only a demo platform and all the great features was unusable on the live platform. When trying to cancel they just refused and said they were an educational company. Nowhere in my conversation with the salesperson did it come up that this was for educational purposes only. That is not what I wanted.
Now I m stuck in a 24 year contract with useless software even though they promised a full money back guarantee.

I am very upset with this company!
Very bad company with bad services and communication.
I am very upset. This company have not informed me about the cooling off period. And know wanting to charge me with an amount and was told that I cannot cancel until the full amount is paid. No this in so not acceptable.
1. After I had signed the contract I was told about the amount not beforehand.
2. They have not disclosed inflation cost was not disclosed either.
3. Not once had I have the opportunity to see the amount due. No letter received for the last month since exception.
4. Additional (subscription fee R399) was deducted from my account without disclosure in contract of this fee. The consultant completed the forms on my behalf and was placed under pressure/false information.
5. We don't have any documents received from them either. Beside a application form.
6. The consultant never disclosed to us that we only have 5 days for a cooling off period. We were told by the consultant that we can cancel anytime and now we found this issue.
Desired outcome: I want to have feedback on my request with the immediate effect. Refund of fees that was deducted from my personal account.

Ons is baie ongelukkig met sharetrackin, in 2020 Maart was Zach by ons i Potchefstroom en het aan ons verduidelik dat ons na 12 maande as ons nie gelukkig is met die produk nie kan kanselleer en al die geld wat ons betaal het sal ons terug betaal word. Ek het Januarie 2021 al begin eposse stuur dat ons nie kan aangaan nie aangesien my man se werk gesluit het en almal het hul werk verloor en ons nie verder sal kan betaal nie. Hulle het vir my 'n kansellasie vorm gestuur wat ek terug gestuur het met bewys van die aflegging van my man. Waarop hul laat weet het hul kan dit nie kanselleer nie. Net om daarna uit te vind hul het ons goed oor gestuur na CTI toe die 12 maande om was Maart 21. Al het ek 2 maande voor die tyd met hul begin reël. Ons gebruik die produk glad nie. Aan ons was verduidelik dit vat net 15min 'n dag. Waar ek heeldag moet sit om dit te doen en die beweging moet dophou. Ek werk en dit is onmoontlik om by werk dit ook te doen. Ons Gaan dit nie daar los nie. Hierdie mense het vir ons gelieg oor alles. Die geld die tyd die kontrak. Ons het hom hoeveel keer gevra is jy seker ons kan oor 12 maande kanselleer waarop hy oor en oor dit verduidelik het. Na 12 maande kan jy kanselleer en al jou geld wat jy in gesit het word terug betaal. Dit is oneties. Daar was nooit genoem dat daar 'n derde persoon betrokke is wat die finansiering doen nie.

I am in the same predicament with them. I cannot believe how horrifying it is to deal with ShareTrackin.
I did not know about CT Finance as well and am now in discussion with them and they are even worse.
Neither of them are willing to listen and actually help you. They just want their money and I am sure would as they are doing with me let you and your children starve.
Misleading information, scam, unethical.

I was pestered by phone calls from the 1st of November 2020 and then on the 13th of November was lied to and tricked into a contract Order Number 1724 with Sharetrackin by JW Harmse
None of the promises made by him or Sharetrackin were met. Each step of the way I have had to fight and they are trying to ruin me financially.
1st Promise. The first 2 months would be free. That I would only pay R399 a month for 48 months, starting January 2021.
This was a lie, I was debited on the 1st of Dec 2020 for an amount of R603 and I immediately had to reverse it. Not only did they expect me to pay this but the next debit I got was for R1661, 98. I got rushed and reviewed the forms I signed and was not informed that by signing that I now have got a R35000 loan that I must pay through CT Finance each month, at an amount of R1661, 98 a month for 36 months. Which I am paying but cannot afford to.
2nd Promise. Was told they would give proper training, receive telephonic guidance and R5000 to start Trading in December. Like a small trial period.
I got the training a week after the contract was signed and only received the R5000 on the 11th December 2020 almost an entire month of waiting to start trading, after numerous calls to their helpline and eventually to the salesman. After receiving the money I have had no communication with the salesman, no replies to WhatsApp messages.
3rd Promise. That they would monitor my progress and if they see that I was not making a positive gain from the investment that they would contact us assist in turning this around.
Another falsehood, in my trading account there is R183 and no-one has contacted me to assist ever. It reached this low amount in April already.
I am currently also applying for loan repayment reduction to CT Finance which from what I read on this site is actually part of Sharetrackin.
4th Promise. The returns from the trading will be more than enough to supplement your monthly income
It is a actually does not. Not only do you get charged for every trade but the returns are terrible.
Now you are not making money using the limited training they gave you but also they are not helping you as they said they would. At the end of the month now there is no additional income from the trading as promised and I on top of it I must pay R1661, 98. I have had to use R1500 of the R5000 they gave me in March to feed my family.
I have tried and called in January and February, complained to their helpline and asked for cancellation, they directed me to Surita. Got no replies and she is never available when I did call.
All of a sudden now, this week Surita contacted me via SMS on the 2nd of July 2021 at 17:40 saying that I owe them R3766.04 for service and software.
They never contacted me after I reversed the debit 1st of Dec 2020 not even when I was asking for cancellation
Lastly and this is the greatest horror of all, their sales teams are calling me everyday to join Sharetrackin again. I have begged them to stop calling, except if it is about cancellation.
Now they are even saying they are from different companies and yet they all start the calls the same way, with the same pitch about JSE trading. Either they do not even know I had signed up and have been trying to cancel this or this is them to trying drain blood from a stone. They have financially destroyed me with their lies.
I can almost repeat their own sales pitch back to them.
Please I need help, this has to stop and my next step is to cancel the CT Finance loan debit and wait for them to phone and threaten me with legal action.
I now longer can make it through a month.

C&K Moneyline unethical and misleading
My brother have been trying 4 months now to cancel the contract with C&K Moneyline, on the basis that their sales person Zack De Klerk got him to sign a contract and a loan agreent (the loan agreement came as a surprise) by misleading and underhanded means. He did not agree to a loan, and Zack never once mentioned the real cost attached to the product. That is unethical. You have abused his trust and his rights.

i also have trying to cancel from 2 months since signed up, they keep on trying to persuade you to continue with big promises. i can not recall the amount of calls i have made. i expressed that the sales person forced me to sign up as i told him numerous of times that i am not financially ready.
12 months later no joy and sad part is i am not even using the platform. a bunch of scammers.
Misleading information, scam, unethical.
I was contacted by a sales rep regarding the Sharetrackin software. He explained to me that they upgraded the software and that it's better now. I told him I was not interested but after he explained the software is better I excepted the offer. After our conversation I did a bit of reading and it looked like the software could still not do what they explained to me initially and I send a mail to cancel the product. The same person phoned me again and said I must try the new software and they will help me with training and I repeatedly asked him what if I want to cancel before the 12 months and he repeatedly said he will sort it out and not once he said it cannot be cancelled before the 12 months is over. I said ok lets try it. So after the first training session there are some videos that you need to look at and then I saw that it's still the same and nothing has changed so I stopped the training and ignored their calls. Now after a year they contacted me again to claim their subscription. The person who sold me the package I assume is not there anymore and he can not "sort it out" as it's only the collection department that contacts me. Do not trust these people and be careful they have a few names that they go by.
They tell lies and mislead their clients and in the end they don't want to resolve anything, they just want their money.
Desired outcome: To cancel their product and to never contact me again.

Zack the sales representative came to our house 2020-07-16 dont even know whether the company had the correct documents to travel in covid. Thinus came a week later to install programmes only to find out I can not log into the bank app that they downloaded. I was later informed the programme cost me 33500. Terine send me a cancelation form but then had all sorts off excuses and never came back to us then inspoke to willie and also nothing happened. I later talked to Karien Oosthuizen who was even insulting. I now check the internet to see that they have been scamming people for years. Karien and her husband christo (who is not shy of showing off his expensive juwelery and luxury things on internet) is onviously still going to carry on if they are not stopped

Cancellation / interest after paying of contract amount
I has paid up my contract amount after I has tried for a year to cancel the contract because of the fact the my internet connection were to weak to support the program. I never has trade for a single day, nor did I have open a trading account with a bank.
1. The various people that I has been corresponding with keep on hammering on the cooling off period of 5 days, but the more I kept on explaining that we encountered the internet problem after this 5 days, the more they wont listen.
2. The company CTI Financiers now still want their interest on the money "lent" to me.
3. I also want the monthly subscription fee to be stopped please, as I am not participating in this share market
Lying to their clients
When the sales agent came to talk to us about the product he said that it would be easy and simple and wouldn't take more than 15 minutes a day. a Few weeks after signing up another person came to set up the product and give us training on how the program works, that's when we realized it was not at all what was sold to us. I immediately tried to cancel the contract but they refuse to take in to account that the sales agent belatedly lied to us, infarct in the first few emails where I tied to cancel the agreement they refused to accept the cancellation and then they tried to get me to pay a cancellation fee.
They have violated our consumer protection rights by willfully misleading us when selling the program, and when confronted by the matter they refuse to take responsibility or even acknowledge that what happened was unlawful.
Have any of you succeeded with canceling? I'm also going to carteblanche and where ever I can.

Scam!!!
We are extremely unhappy with this entire situation. The salesman that came to sell us this product told us that should we decide we no longer want the sms's that we can just cancel the debit order. To our surprise we have now been informed that this was a 24 month contract and that we would be held liable should payment not be made. I do have a copy of the signed contract and I can prove that I did not sign the page where is states that it is a 24 month contract. The salesman told us the complete opposite and we signed under false pretenses. We are very unhappy with the way this was handled and would like to escalate this matter to whomever can assist us in cancelling the entire contract as we have been misinformed..
I am also very unhappy dont know why they dont pay the money back to cti after so many complaints. And why do financial institutions still deal with them after so many complaints

Every year they call and we even blocked their telno, we tell them the whole story and say we are not interested, but they keep on phoning. In February 2019 they again phoned and we were at my brother sick bed and he passed away, we said that we are not interested, but they went on and put a debit order in for R299 p.m. since March 2019. We are pensioners and cannot afford this. Please refund our monies immediately.

A sales person, Evert Oostuyzen, came to see me on 6 August 2017 to explain to me how the investment product works. He made it very clear to me that I am not taking any risk for 6 months as I will be refunded all of my monthly premiums plus the amount paid on the application.
Investing online was something of interest to me and thought it a good opportunity to learn whilst at home on maternity leave for a couple of months. I paid R 30 000 and have been paying a monthly subscription of R for 6 months.
A couple of days past 6 August 2017 I had an unfortunate event in my life which was not expected and as a result I could not continue with the investment product. I informed the sales person immediately before the first debit order has gone off. He told me that the funds have already been transferred and that I need to wait my 6 months. Being told that I am not taking any risk and assured a refund I waited my time out.
My 6 months has passed and enquired about my refund and to cancel my subscription. I have since been informed via e-mail that I do not qualify for a refund as I do not meet the refund criteria. The sales person is ignoring my calls.
All legal constraints are being put forward to me as to why I do not qualify despite the assurance given from the sales person that this will not be the case.
I am very unhappy and feel cheated by these persons. The sales person seemed to sincere, traveling all the way from Pretoria to my home in the WestRand.
We have also been misled by these people. Our main problem is the fact that this product was sold to us under false pretenses. Not all the information is accurately given to you. If we had known everything involved in this whole process, we would never have bought this in the first place.
We were phoned and told some cock-a-maney story, just to get an appointment. When the consultant got here we were told that you can make thousands of rands in just a short period of time and that it doesn't take up a whole lot of your time. His words were:" It only takes about 15 minutes a week!"
This is where the problem comes in
I told him in no uncertain terms that I do not have the time, as my husband works away from home, I am technically father & mother. I simply do not have the time. His response: " It only takes about 15 minutes a week!"
He also said that you get SMS's on a daily basis, that tells you when to buy & sell. Which is nonsense
You are given a box, papers and told to sign & that a technician will install software on your computer & that you have to open an account at STB (you are not told what type of account). You are basically pressured into deciding & signing right there and then.
We were not told there is a cooling down period of 5 days, and that you have to cancel before the technician comes to install the software. The appointment by your consultant had been on 09/10/2020 & the installation was only done on the 15th. So 5 days have already gone by. On installation we only became aware of the extent of what we really bought and how much time this will involve, just to get yourself educated. I already told the technician then, that I was not comfortable with it.
We have asked for a cancellation, but it has been denied. Same as all the other people complaining about them.
Misleading sales and asking penalty for return
I am logging this complaint on behalf of my dad, who was recently ambushed by these guys.
Sharetrackin / CK Moneyline contacted him telephonically, offering what he understood to be an investment opportunity. When they came to see him, they overwhelmed him with smooth sales talk, including promises of a 40% return on investment, and coerced him to sign an agreement then and there, and to give them a cheque for R20 000.
They left him with a package which he took to be the details of how the investment scheme works. After they left, he opened the package, and discovered that it was in fact a software package, which is not what he thought he bought.
My dad is not tech-savvy and would never have bought a piece of software. He is retired, living off his savings, not interested in investing directly on the stock exchange, which is what this product is about. Neither of these facts was brought to his attention during the sales process.
He stopped payment on the cheque, cancelled the transaction via email, and returned the package the next day. They told him to pay a R 2000 penalty for the return. He paid this penalty. When he became aware of the fact that he was NOT required to pay a penalty in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, he requested a refund, which the company refused. We are now busy lodging a complaint to the NCC.
Although this only cost my dad R2000 in the end, I think it stinks that this company, in addition to the unethical behaviour they have been notorious for in the past, now also target, and take advantage of elderly retired people, who can least afford it.
Beware of these scamsters – they clearly have no scruples!

Ek was genader deur Danie Neethling. Ek het hom spesifiek gevra na watter e-pos addres moet ek die kanselasie stuur as ek nie tevrede is nie en ook binne die "cooling of period". Die e-pos is admin@libertesolutions.co.za. Ek het die kanselasie form deur gestuur. Sodoende na die eerste debit order het ek hulle weer gekontak en hulle het aan my verduidelik dat hulle geen e-pos van my af gekry het nie in verband met die kanselasie. Ek het aanhou om my debit orders terug te trek en dan kry ek oproepe van CT-International wat hulle geld soek. Hulle legal advisor Hendrik White het my ook gekontak en die terug reply - (Is merely a PDF document which has no proof that it was actually sent). As n mens in die properties van die dokument gaan kyk sal jy die creation date ens. sien. Hulle sal alles probeer om nie te kanselleer nie.
Ek het nou al e-posse aan die FAISOnbud gestuur waarna hulle dit vir die NCC (National Consumer Commision) gestuur het. Ek wag nou al 3 maande vir NCC om my terug te kontak.
CT-International het my weer gekontak vir hulle geld waarna ek weereens aan hulle verduidelik het dat ek die kanselasie deurgestuur het en dit self vir hulle aangestuur om te sien.
Ek wag nog in spanning waarmee hulle my druig met blacklisting, prokureers en slegte krediet. Ek het al die bewyse.
