Shark/Ninja review: Shark wandvac wv201q series

I purchased Shark Wandvac from QVC online shopping

I was very pleased with the product

Unfortunately a part from the vacuum came off and was lost

1. I called Shark customer service and reordered the missing part

I received the wrong part...and was charged $ 9.95 +5.95 s&h

1.27 tax= $17.17 total

Took to fed x and returned

2. Reordered. Received wrong part again

Was charged. $15.95 5.95 s&h. 1.84 tax= $24.74

Took to fedx and returned

3. Reordered. Received one correct item which I kept

$15.95

And a wrong part for $9.95 No s&h on this item was charged

Returned via fed x

4.reordered and received yet another wrong part

$9.95+$5.95+$1.27 tax.=17.17

Returned via fed x

5.received 3/22 correct item $9.95. +.79=10.74 no s&p

Which I kept

All the while I was in contact with customer service

Who said it was corrected

When I asked to speak to a supervisor they said none was available

So far I have only received $17.17 back
