I walk to the local Sheetz gas station at 11:30 at night on a below freezing December night because it's the closest store to the Wyndham Garden hotel that I'm staying at about a half mile away and I hadn't eaten all day. The entire store was in disarray like it hadn't been cleaned from. the day but at least the ordering kiosks worked correctly. There was one man behind the counter on the line making food and he looked in very unhappy as there were several orders on the screen. I placed my order for a MTO burrito for $6.39 and after customizing it on the kiosk I went and paid at the front. I waited patiently for the food and once received walked back to my hotel room to enjoy my meal but couldn't because the man making the burrito wasn't interested in making the food edible. I've ordered this meal several times from many different Sheetz locations and have never once had an issue until tonight. There was so much buffalo sauce in the burrito that it was like a soup and the burrito was double wrapped. This caused it to be super tough to bite into and once you have it spewed out sauce. I could take 3 bites before I threw it back in the bag. I'm going to bed hungry and angry now because I'm not walking back to this dirty store in freezing weather. Thanks for nothing Sheetz!
