I walk to the local Sheetz gas station at 11:30 at night on a below freezing December night because it's the closest store to the Wyndham Garden hotel that I'm staying at about a half mile away and I hadn't eaten all day. The entire store was in disarray like it hadn't been cleaned from. the day but at least the ordering kiosks worked correctly. There wa...

I just went through your location at Hornaday Rd. In greensboro, nc 27407 at approx. 1135 est I attempted to load Cash onto my cashapp as I have some purchases to make online. After the cashier scanned the barcode provided from cash app, which did work in your system, the cashier asked me if I "was trying to reload a card or something" because her till asked her to enter an amount to reload, while acting very confused by the whole thing and told me that she didn't think that they did that there I explained that when I searched for a location in which to do this their location had popped up and the cashier next to her agreed saying they just had to scan the barcode and she had actually even completed this service earlier today. The cashier checking me out STILL refused to let me process the transaction telling me that even tho this location was listed as offering that service they in fact did not. And certainly not at that location. I paid for my food and left instead of arguing with someone so Ill equipped to handle customer service and obviously bad at lying as the transaction had been completed at that store earlier in the day by the other cashiers admission and the barcode that she scanned set the system up to take my cash the way it was supposed to and decided that rather than cause A scene I would use my lunch break and file a complaint later. If you do not in fact offer that service at that location then I would hope you wouldn't be letting a separate company list you as a location where it is provided. However considering that the cashier beside her admitted that she had completed a transaction like this earlier today & the register read barcode and was attempting to complete the transaction that I had started I doubt that that is the case. And if she was lying to me to avoid having to go through processes and complete service y'all do offer but she was unfamiliar with that is highly unacceptable especially considering she didn't even attempt to get a manager involved as she was not one neither was a cashier next to her and fuss I was rendered inconvenienced at a convenience store. I wasn't offered a receipt however I have provided provided a picture of the food order which I put in through your app and which she rung up in the store.
I'm truly flabbergasted at the level of non-service and apathy that was shown in completing the functions of the job that you are paying her to do and her decision to tell me a bold face lie when the other cashier had literally made a statement contrary to that lie.
Desired outcome: This employee should be counseled and reprimanded at the least. And fired at worst for refusing to provide a customer with a service yall offer AND not admitting she was unfamiliar with said service and getting a manager to do so for her.
