Sheraton / Starwood Recent stay

At approximately 11:57 PM, on August 12, I was going to go down to speak with the front desk clerk to report excessive noise. I exited my room and saw 2 fellow guests as they were exiting the fourth floor staircase which was located next to my room. These guests were going to their room. Then the female guest made a comment to her male companion. "Told you to be quiet" I then proceeded to the elevator. I made a comment of, people are trying to sleep. She started yelling shifting her focus to me. Began yelling horrible racial slurs continuing well after 01:00. Knowing what room I was in, the female guest proceeded to harass me by yelling and slamming the doors. If you choose to stay here, keep your head down! Racism goes both ways and I was victimized and bullied. The security guard did absolutely nothing and allowed this incident to escalate. I was there for recovery after a painful medical procedure. These were just inebriated gusts under the influence!

Sheraton / Starwood Private invasion in the room

I was in my tub last night at about 11 PM after a long day of meetings. One of your employees rang the bell about 3 times attempting to place a shirt in the room. I did not hear the first ring due to the noise of the water. By the time I could wash the soap off and get to the door the person attempted to open the door.
When my key card is inserted and it indicates that I am in the room and have not answered the door post 3 rings specially at 11 PM. I am either in the toilet or fast asleep. What happened to the option of calling my room before making an attempt entering my room.
This is a serious breach-of my privacy and security and I am very very angry with the hotel management.

Sheraton / Starwood Faulty equipment charges

My husband and I are staying at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani hotel in Waikiki. We asked to check out a Go Pro because we were going diving. We were told it's waterproof. I made sure since we were using it diving. The camera leaked and got wet inside now we're being charged $400. This was a defective camera, as it wasn't waterproof as stated and we shouldn't be charged. I want a satisfaction as I feel taken advantage of. We have had several other issues on this stay, such as booking a King room several months in advance and getting here to be told they gave them away so we got a two double instead. We also had our air conditioner break and leak everywhere first night at 3:00 am, waking us up. I would like someone to call me or I will be calling you.

Sheraton / Starwood Fanatic and disrespectful behavior

I booked two Groups at Sheraton Soma Bay with more than 1000000 EGP
I found them Fanatic hotel, bad treatment from the front desk employees especially Mr Mahmoud, They stopped me until they went back to count the towels in the room, which we moved everywhere with it, and this was disrespectful behavior.
They booked rooms twice for two different guests
Never ever will arrange another group at Sheraton Soma Bay hotel
And will send my Bad experience to the tripadvisor

Sheraton / Starwood Atrium facing room. It’s almost 2am. The noise level is intolerable

Please let me know where I can send video/audio of my issue.
It is almost 2am. We have to be up at 6am to leave on a tour.
Our room faces the atrium.
Partygoers are in the lobby drinking, laughing, clapping, shouting.
We called the reception desk almost 2 hours ago and the reception desk did not answer.
It is now almost 2am and the noise level is increasing not decreasing
I was finally able to reach the reception-he said that he did not know when the partiers would leave the lobby but that at 2 am I could pack up and change rooms.
The reception and ?security refuse to control the situation because they are making a lot of mo eye from the drinks that they continue to sell?
Really?
We travel quite a bit and I have never had this issue.
There is only glass between our room and the lobby on the 4th floor.
We are at the Sheraton in Krakow.

Sheraton / Starwood Customer service

My husband is in a wheel chair 24/7 and we made reservations for that type of room .
Getting into an adequate room was tough. But the manager was very helpful

Start with check in there is no place to check in in front. My husband is in a wheel chair and they would not allow us to load and unload his chair. "Angel "was the parking director very mean and bigoted against English speakers.. He would not say a word to Spanish speaking guests, but was mean every time we have to drive passed the front doors. Traffic runs like a an assembly like. But not organized .Like chaos.
The rooms are good but the first one was smoke filled very strong. Someone would have to be smoking in there all the time. Also their smoking were right in front of the ADA rooms. These places need to be at the back of the buildings area like a big Ashtray at front of big buildings. Got to our final room after 3 tries finally one we could exist in for three days. The bed was just a mattress and we had to get a frame added so my husband could slide to the bed. The pool at the front go the property was good. The pool at the back in St. Augustine area was like a big diaper, slimy, cloudy and smelly. I cannot believe this is approved. This pool was just like dirty bathwater and smelled like urine and sweat. NASTY. There were very few employees that spoke good ENGLISH. Very difficult to understand. The maintain personal were pleasant though hard to understand . "Angel" was very peasant and took care of our needs and requests. the sink leaked and we needed a commode seat.
We use very little of the activities but we do like the karaoke, but this night was terrible. Jazzer's was new and did not know how to do anything started at 730 She kept singing with the songs . !0 people had signed and she did not let anyone sing until 8:15 . By 8:30 we went bract to the room. She was very rude and some of the kids wanted to sing. She did not know what she was doing.
Destiny was also in activities and she was sweet and kind and understood that jazz was new and she would learn, but for guests Jazz was awful She was rude and sharp with response. She needs training on how to be nice if nothing else, .
When we checked out . Angel was there directing traffic and I couldn't load my husband it took me 3 times waiting behind traffic and then I had to go to the parking lot to put the ramp to load him up.
We stayed here about 4 years ago and loved it . It is becoming rundown and not fun related to issues I have highlighted.
The biggest thing is be nice, do not expect anyone to purchase anything when they feel unappreciated and a burden. You are in an American speaking county. Be sure workers can speak and understand English.

Angel from Maintenance and Angel directing traffic were different people. The Angel from maintenance was great the parking director at check was terrible.

Sheraton / Starwood Room view??

For my husband's birthday we booked 5 days at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort. We checked in 4/20/19 and left 4/25/19. We paid extra for a room with a view. I have taken the liberty of attaching a photo of our view. As you can see, the view we had was of trailers! We absolutely could not use our balcony at all with this as our view! Tried to switch to a room 'without" a view to save the additional money we were wasting on our view and we were not able to. Would appreciate your consideration in this matter.

Sheraton / Starwood Sheraton Warsaw, Poland

Good afternnoon,
on July 2nd, 2018 I had a reservation at Sheraton Warzaw, made by Rheinmetall Polska, which is a regular customer at Sheraton, where I had stayed several times before.

Due to personal family reasons had to return hoe on July 2nd and therefore could not stay. Mrs. Zrubek-Kunc called the hotel in the early afternoon and asked for cancellation of my booking. However, this was denied by Nikolas Razmuk and my Master Card account was charged with on August 6th, 2018 with PLN 582, 12.

Several calls by Mrs Zrubek-Kunc with Nikolas Razmuk, Reservations Sales Agent and Aneta Zalewska Accounts Receivable for an obligingness were denied.
Therefore I asked Mrs Zrubek-Kunc in August 2018 to ask for an invoice from Sheraton. On 3rd of September she provided them my private address and they confirmed that hey will send invoice.
Till today I did not hear anything from these persons and did not receive an invoice for the charges. I consider this being absolutely unprofessional of your staff and therefore request the invoice or preferably a refund of the charge. My SPG number is [protected] and my Marriott No [protected]
If you need any further information please contact Mrs. Zrubek-Kunc. I highly appreciate your support and await your answer in the near future.

As you may find I have stayed several times in the Starwood Group in the past.

Sheraton / Starwood Discrimination based on perceived sexual orientation

Checking into Sheraton Schipol in Amsterdam, Netherlands
I asked Mohammad Jamie if he could change something on my reservation and he responded with a feigned "gay" lisp (which he did not have just before) "no I'm afraid I can't do that".
I then asked Mahammad Jamie if I could give him my SPG/Marriott rewards number to see if maybe I could get an upgrade or use points to get onto the Club level, and he, again with a feigned "gay" lisp, said to me, "no I can't do that for you, dear" and as he said it he let his hand flop at the wrist toward me in a "gay" motion.
I do not believe this sort of refusal of service should be allowed based on an individual employees open disdain for gay people.
I would like a refund for this stay: 11/11 - 11/14/2018

Sheraton / Starwood Lost package/attitude/ cleanliness

My name is [removed]. I am staying at Sheraton Tribeca in New York. I will be here until 5 November. I have stayed I. Several sheratons and Mariott befor, this is one of the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I don't believe it should be branded with your name.

1. I have ordered a packaged. A quite valuable product!. I have followed up regurarly with the bellboy ([removed]). Every time I ask he asks for my name. When I say the name he says no package. I said try to see by senders name or package number, he said no way, it's always sorted by guest name.

I then received an email from the company saying a person called [removed] received it at 4 pm 1 November, so literarily 2 hours before I asked him! I went down the next morning asking for the package. A very helpful bell boy found the record for it and that it was revised under the package number without a name by [removed] himself! So it was received but he lied and said it was not. Surprisingly again the package disappeared and cannot be found anywhere in the hotel! For over 9 hours no one can find it despite the record of it on the file!

I need the package ASAP. Otherwise I have to consider filing for embezzlement.

Sheraton / Starwood I have unfair manager in my hotel

Dear all,

from all my sad heart i want to explain to you a lot of things:
my name is Ahmed saad farag abdelaziz (saadani) my position was spa & recreation attendant at St Ragis cairo-pre opening stage, actually i have been alot of problems from my manager (Mr.Lisa Yuan)and general manager (Mr.Magdy Anis),

1-when i came to the hotel to start my work in my position she told me you will be with house keeping team for 2 or 3 weeks and she promise me she will give me senior position after 6 month i discovered after that as i stayed in house keeping for 4 month and that's because she have a lot of problems with attendant team and i was new employee and i wasn't part of this problems.

2- i talk to her about vacancy as she told me she will give me senior attendant position after six months, she told me with (bad way and high voice) you are nothing who are you to take position her you are spa attendant and that's mean cleaner and i don't have something here to you and you will be cleaner forever with me and if you don't like you can make resign (she don't take care of employee).

3-every time she threatens us as she told us she have strong relationship with general manager (Mr.Magdy) and if any one will make any mistake she will transfer us to house keeping department because she thing this will be affront to us and i want complain general manager also because he prove this really and i have to insert paper for that.

4-she told my team (attendant team) to leave me alone during work and when they ask her she told them as i am negative man.

5- she make racism in the team as she separate the team to give tasks for all to clean areas but she let staff to work even Management working with us and she told us livija (supervisor) will not clean with you

6-her supervisor (livija) she told me more time to complaint my attendant team as she saw me cleaning alone and this is not true because the attendant team doing hard job

7-her supervisor (livija) she accused me as i take money from her and she let me have investigation with security and i didn't take anything.

8-in our visit when Mr.John P. Rees coming she told me you will stay in staff room and you will not attend this visit and close the door

9-she remove from me all tasks and she told my senior (rully) i hate ahmed saadani and she let this senior to say to another staff this and he will replace me because i am bad.

10-without informing me she say to general manager (Mr.Magdy) as she want transferred me to house keeping because she saw this is affront to me and and i was surprised because she told her supervisor (mostafa hassan) take Ahmed saadani to director of house keeping (Mr.Wael) and he told me Ahmed you will be with me as transfer and general manager approved and your manager approved and no one informing me.

11- she told me don't talk with any one from any department and she told me to stop my communication with people in another department special human resources and house keeping and she made confidential letter to me and i have to insert this paper.

12-she told me to work with out shoes in the spa and put my shoes at front of spa entrance door

13-she just caring about dancing training in our hotel with another department and she didn't respect me and our meeting as she told me we will do one to one meeting and she cancel it because she went to training dance so how come to leave staff and going to dance.

14- she didn't respect my religion as she told me why you didn't come with as to dance i told her i am fasting and this not allowed to me and make me tired also she told me you have close mind its normal to dance and eat and this not allowed when i am fasting.

15-she told me you have bad attitude and you are not proud of your work and you are hate the people and don't wish the best to the people and give them negative energy and i am this not my character

16-she told a lot of people from other department as i am bad man and give him bad feedback and the director of security (Mr.Gamal) told her i will help you to left him from the hotel.

17-every time when she saw me with any girl she told all the people in the department as i have relationships with girls.

18-she told my supervisor (mostafa hassan) i will be crazy if i will help Ahmed Saadani(me) to get any improvement.

19-she told me to bring some tools to play in our event i told her from where i can bring it she told me from your self its under your responsibility because the hotel don't have money to give us and she told me if you will not bring it the people will complaint you if the game not complete.

20-one day i told her i need to going to take my break time she told me you just coming to eat here you should caring first about the game preparation,
how come as if i will tired one day she left me and bring new staff

22-she told me if you have something come to say to me i told her its ok but what about my management she told me i am here only no supervisor here no senior here and don't recognize them,
how come as she need me disrespect my management.

23-all time she didn't care of anyone she just caring about her supervisor(livija)
and she give her all the improvement and she told us i will not make anyone shine here i don't need anyone from this team i just need livija

24- one day Mrs.Lisa Holladay from regional office visit us and after this visit our manager (Mrs.Lisa Yuan) she told us you did bad job and i will not thank you and i will say not good job,
how come as (Mrs.Lisa Holladay) thank us and she admire our spa and our manager didn't encourage us

25-she saw us using vacuum to clean and she told us you are not qualify to use this machine and she complaint us to house keeping department the the manager there told her the staff is qualify and they use it true,
how come as she didn't trust us every time.

26-every time makes fun of me at front of staff in the morning briefing as she told me i think you want to cry because director of human resources left the hotel and she told the staff with funny way may office open 24 hours not just director of human resources office (Mr.Samy)

27-one day i told her i need to take annual leave day because my uncle coming from Netherlands to visit us and he visit us just onetime per year,
she told me she is not satisfy as she want me attend birthday in the therapist apartment and my uncle not important and she add it in my performance.

28-every time when she make outing outside hotel she threaten us as if anyone will not coming i will left him from the work

29-she told us one day as she did meeting minutes with general manager(Mr.Magdy) as any one from the team will talk with human resources
i will terminate him or her as per Marriott policy,
how come as Marriott policy say if any one will contact the human resources team the hotel will terminate them and general manager know this and help her for this and he prove to us really as he have strong relationship with her.

30- i did a lot of work with my team and she never say to me thank you special when i was in the training with house keeping she treat us as we not a part of her time and she forgot us and didn't care of us.

31-one day i told her i need early leave for one hour because my sister very tired and she told me if you will take one hour leave i will deduct from you half day from your annual vacation.

32-she told my supervisor (mostafa hassan ) as general manager told her don't talk with ahmed saadani (me) and he will transfer me to house keeping without informing me and he will make human resources not involve in this situation.

33-after all of those i find new work temporarily and its enough for her also she gave my new manager bad feedback about me i don't know why.

*really i wasn't want to left the hotel but she stressed me more time and she didn't care of me yet i left the hotel now and i am very sad because no one help me in the hotel even general manager also he help her also and he didn't help me and he stop human resources to help me also

*i am very sorry for annoying but i didn't find any help so i contact you

Sheraton / Starwood wedding night ruined by night clerk /concierge guildford sheraton vancouver

The 2 bedroom suite (Room # 2107) was booked under Kevin Yeo (the Groom) for Sept 29, 2018 as this was the day of my daughters wedding. The groom and his groomsmen had early check in at noon and prepared to get ready and wait for the limo to arrive for pick up 1:30 pm.

We, my daughter (bride and groom) arrived around 1:00 am Sunday exhausted and happy from their big day. The groom went up first to use the washroom, while I was helping my daughter unbutton all her tiny buttons from the back of her wedding gown downstairs in waiting area of the front desk. (She also had a long zipper) that maintained the dress in place, and was not being undressed.

The bride did not know the room number nor did she have a key card so I proceeded to ask the front desk for the room number. I was denied and instead he had called up to the room. there was no answer.. so I asked again if he would please give us the room number so that my daughter could join her new husband in the suite.. the concierge denied access and said it was policy, which I understand under normal circumstances... but clearly everyone could see that the limo was outside, still waiting for the me (the mother of the bride to come back) my daughter standing in front of him wedding dress and all, and yet he continued to deny access. The bride then asked if he could please escort her up to the room, and he said no... my daughter was so distraught and when she said "your ruining my night" He, the concierge snickered under his breath and said.. sure.. I ruined your night. right...

I and several other witnesses could not believe his most unprofessional attitude and rude comments. A gentleman standing by stepped up to the desk and kindly said to him.. I understand you just doing your job but your snide comments are not acceptable.. you are supposed to be in customer service and this is so far from it. I asked to speak to the manager and asked for his name and he told us that the manager was not in and we should feel free to say what ever we wanted to him.. because he didn't care.

It was their wedding night for heavens sake! After a beautiful day full of love She was totally embarrassed standing in her wedding gown, pleading with the front desk to let her into her suite to join her newly wedded husband and ended up in tears! Seriously, the Worst Experience ever! I expect nothing less than a sincere apology and a full refund for my son in law.

Sheraton / Starwood I was forced to pay for something I didn't order

I was staying at the Sheraton Retiro in Buenos Aires and ordered a meal thru the room service.
When it was delivered I realized there was a basket with bread, biscuits and butter (which I hadn't order) and the check had a ARS$ 65 charge for it described as "cover charge" (in Spanish this would translate into "cubierto", which is this typical starter we get in most restaurants in South America). I was told this was actually a compulsory room service charge not associated to the bread basket.
To me this looks like a misleading way to charge for something not appropriate. If it really means a room service fee then it should be described as so in the check. I have a copy of it with me, by the way.
I am a frequent business quest of this hotel but I will reconsider the Sheraton as my preferred choice if this is really the business practice you support.

Sheraton / Starwood discrimination, sexual harassment, unfair treatment.

I been working for the company for 3 years at sheraton lima hotel in lima, peru. It is very sad to say that this has been the worst job I ever had. I have worked in america for a very long time. Coming to peru working for an american company I expected the same treatment the same job atmosphere. When the company turned into marriott I expected the marriott culture but it's all the same than before marriott. There is so many cases of discrimination from supervisors and managers to regular employees. Cases of sexual harrassment that has been cleared even when there is a witness, the reason was that the girl dresses too provocative leading to supervisors saying no wonder they touch her, look how she dresses, which is the most unprofessional thing to say. Employees from human resources starting rumors about married people having affairs in the hotel, supervisors not showing up until the service is over at the restaurant, always asking the waiters for the best service but the waiters get no help from them by having all the equipment and products needed a to serve breakfast. Lack of communication in the restaurants always leaving guest not satisfied, due to lack of leadership of the restaurant manager, unfair treatment, always talking to the waiters with no respect, exploiting the cashiers making them do 3 registers from different outlets at the same time I myself been going to the human resources office asking to speak to someone for the last 2 months and I always get the same response "ill call you today before your shift is over" and i'm still waiting... I hope that this complaint is read by someone who cares about the company and something is done asap

Checking into Sheraton Schipol in Amsterdam, Netherlands
I asked Mohammad Jamie if he could change something on my reservation and he responded with a feigned "gay" lisp (which he did not have just before) "no I'm afraid I can't do that".
I then asked Mahammad Jamie if I could give him my SPG/Marriott rewards number to see if maybe I could get an upgrade or use points to get onto the Club level, and he, again with a feigned "gay" lisp, said to me, "no I can't do that for you, dear" and as he said it he let his hand flop at the wrist toward me in a "gay" motion.
I do not believe this sort of refusal of service should be allowed based on an individual employees open disdain for gay people.
I would like a refund for this stay: 11/11 - 11/14/2018

Sheraton / Starwood customer service and management

On May 8, 2018 I fell and broke my hip in one of the hotel rooms while preparing to go to an owners update meeting. They did bring me a wheelchair and took me to the owners update. I had no idea that my hip was broken. I dealt with Salespeople and with concierge who are only interested in selling more timeshare. Nobody was concerned about my injury. I made it through the presentation from my wheelchair until I could bear no more pain. The hotel staff without calling a manager during my 3 hour interaction with top staff, placed me in our vehicle while screaming and crying for a 4 hour drive to Merida, Yucatan. Upon arriving at the hospital in Merida they informed me that my hip was broken. I had to undergo a total hip replacement. I called the hotel and they informed me they do not take responsibility of people falling on their property and I said I would call corporate and they found me a so called manager who asked why I did not file a report of injury. I explained nobody told me as I spoke to many sales people and to concierge. They tend to want to ignore any interaction with clients that are hurt. They eventually got me in touch with an agent in Cancun that kept me hanging on emails and required documentation for 3 months. At the end he said we are not responsible and refused to cover my expenses. In the USA this whole hospital stay and surgery and bionic parts would have costs ? In mexico it cost 7500 dollars and they refused to cover it. They would not apologize for putting me in a car with a broken hip. The doctors in Merida informed me of the possibility of me having bled internally. I requested from the insurance agent to please get the hotel to set up emergency procedures at their location but went to deaf ear. I went back to the hotel in August and asked to speak to a manager and never received a call or an email. I tried numerous times. Stay away from hotels that have no procedures in place to deal with injured clients. The Westin is not the place for people of any age. You can get hurt at any age.

Sheraton / Starwood unauthorized credit card charge

On September 1st I made a reservation at the Four Points by Sheraton Milwaukee Airport through ParkSleepFly.com. I was charged $37.70 at the time the reservation was made and I assumed that I would pay the remaining $218.22 after my stay. I have used this site before at various Milwaukee airport hotels without incident.

On Friday, September 14th I received a text alert from my credit card company informing me that my card had been charged $106.59 by the Four Points Milwaukee Airport. I emailed the ParkSleepFly site and was told that they had no control over the hotels billing practices. I called the hotel and was told that they had no record of my reservation. I again contacted the ParkSleepFly website. They told me that they would reach out to the hotel and would get back to me. I received a response stating that they had spoken with a Jamal at the Four Points and that he would be reaching out to me. After several days I called Jamal myself. He claimed that he was not familiar with me or my complaint. I left him my phone number and my email address. This was on Wednesday, September 19th. It is not Saturday, September 22nd and I have yet to hear from Jamal or anyone else from the property.

I feel that my only recourse is to contact me credit card company and file a fraud claim. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service from this property. At this point I'm not sure that I want to stay at this hotel. I have a reservation for Tuesday, November 13th and again on Saturday, November 17th. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide to help resolve this matter. Thank you.

Sheraton / Starwood niagra falls, new york sheraton hotel downtown u.s. side

On August 11th we made it to Niagra Falls, New York where we had booked our reservations to the Sheraton Niagra Falls, New York. We had driven 1700 miles to visit and stay at this what looked to be amazingly luxurious hotel. Upon arriving after being told we would be able to do an early check in we found out that there was no actual guarantee on an early check in but that we could come back around 11AM to see if something was available. We were also told they could give us a call as well once something was cleaned and opened up because they were sold out the night before. We said ok and went and looked around for a bit and then went back to the hotel to check on a room and they did have on available and clean. We checked into our room and the room looked like a murder scene. And the nightmare began. There was blood EVERYWHERE! On the floors, walls, curtains, mirrors. I mean literally everywhere. The bedding on the beds were terribly stained. The outer curtains that were hung had holes all over them. The actual mattresses had what looked like blood stains that hadn't been taken care of all over them. On the sides of the mattresses and on the tops of them. The shower was also disgusting and the vent on top of the ceiling in the bathroom had thick black mold growing on it. I called down to see if the room had actually been cleaned and they advised that it had. I ask if there was another room to be able to move to and was told they were sold out as was every other hotel within 20 surrounding miles on the U.S. side. I began taking pictures because I felt as though they did not believe me when I told them the condition of the room. My first initial contact was a gentleman by the name of Andrew who told me he was the assistant manager. I took the pictures down to Andrew and shared them with him so he could see the conditions we were having to stay in. He stated he was very sorry, tried possibly justifying what the stains could possibly be, told us that he would send the house keeping manager up, and that he would also send up more linen as there were 4 of us sharing the room and we only had 2 sets of linen. (Which 4 adults staying was noted in our reservation) He told me that he would make things right. He gave us a voucher for a restaurant that was located within the hotel, a free breakfast buffet for the following morning and stated he would give us a full refund. The evening came and nothing had been taken care of. I went and spoke to someone by the name of Tricia I believe who stated she would contact Andrew to see what was going on and assured me that things would be handled correctly and she apologized immensely. We ended up having to use our own sheets, pillows and blankets that we had brought with us to try and get comfortable and sleep during the night. Tired and exhausted we got snuggled in and slept through the night. The following morning around 730 AM we still hadnt received a refund through our bank. During check out I spoke with Karena who stated she would continue to follow up with the issue and make things right. We also contacted our reservation agent who we worked with through Cancelon and they stated that unless they were going to be refunded for our trip that they would not provide a refund to us. So we paid $381.00 for the room for 1 night. $50 of that was held by the actual hotel and was immediately refunded. As of today even though Melissa in billing at the Sheraton stated that a refund was sent to Cancelon we still have received no refund what so ever, noone ever followed up to apologize on a managerial level to the filth that we had to endure while our stay happened at the hotel, and noone has offered anything to reconcile the entire trip that became a nightmare because of this hotel. I would not only like a refund from The Sheraton and its owners that we never received because Cancelon is filled with crooks but I also feel we deserve a free weeks stay to any hotel within the country that this company may own or run. I do still have the pictures that provide proof of the condition of the room. After 1700 miles of driving and we were coming to lay a friend to rest things were rough. We were tired, the room was an absolute horror story scene, and I feel as if noone really cared after we left. The conditions of this room and some of the other parts of the hotel were definitely not a 4 or 5 star rating. I'd have given it a -5 star! AndI sure wouldn't want anyone who stayed in my home to feel the way we were made to feel within this supposed to be OUTSTANDING hotel. Customer service is definitely atrocious as well. Mind you noone ever came to check the condiitons for their own eyes, no linen was ever brought to our room and things were just kind of kept quiet is the way I was made to feel. Attached are a few of the pictures it will allow me to upload. You can clearly see the splatter of what I'm pretty sure is blood. There were like blood prints all over the walls and trim. The mirrors had what looked to be like a bloody imprint of a hand. And so forth.
