ShiftKey LLC review: Account suspended because of false information

I worked at Oak Groove Christian Nursing Home on 10/21/2024 the scheduler at oak groove made police reports saying I threatened her, neglected a resident and stole an iPhone. None of that happened and my account was suspended which I think is unfair. Kayla from shiftkey contact me about the suspension and stated my account is suspended due to police reports being made on me by the scheduler. Everything they claimed I did would be on camera and a iPhone can be traced (My sister work on shiftkey as well, Tina McGinnis, and she asked them want if she accidentally take the phone home to see what they’ll say and they stated the phones have tracer) I have been reaching out trying to get to the bottom of this and I haven’t got no help which is unfair because in a case like this, cameras at the facility not working, how can anyone ever know what really happened. I’ve asked the two people that’s assigned to my appeal case several times how would they get to the bottom of this if the facility staying

Like they not trying to help me get back to work they believe what the agency is saying which is unfair to me and very hurtful because I love what I do and never been in no situation like this. The nurse at oak groove signed my assignment sheet so I really not understanding what I do to them for them to cause me to loose my job. Racheal the scheduler at shift key wanted me and another aid to go to another side and take care of some more patients towards the end of our shift when we been working a floor 2-7 that was just ludicrous to

me and I explained that to Rachael so she was upset and told me if I dont go over to the other side she was going to DNR me with no pay so I had went over to the other side the other aid went on break before she went on break she had the iPhone and gave it to the nurse that was on the floor so he can keep up with calls since both aids were off the floor. Once I came back over to the floor I was on I asked the nurse for the phone and said the phone was completely dead he put it on the charger I told him that is fine I’ll sit on the chair in the hall way to keep an eyesight on the call lights that iPhone was never giving back to the other aid or me the nurse walked me to the Door so I’m not understanding why they did all this lying on me it’s so disturbing that I won’t to make a police report for discrimination I just can’t believe I’m going through something like this I worked for other facilities my ratings are not bad at all on shiftkey I just feel like I was pushed under the bus by that agency and the workers that were assigned to my appeal I feel like they let me down and told lies to me because Kayla mentioned to me she don’t have anything else to do with the investigation and gave me numbers that couldn’t even assist me that was horrible and so unprofessional because when I got a whole to another shift key representative she stated Kayla and Gary were the two on my case I’m not understanding what made her say she wasn’t on my case anymore that’s horrible.
