Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Rep lied when we were talking just to make sale. 3rd party equipment company. NOT 24 hour customer service, took 2 weeks to get a call back. Rep couldn't do any account maintenance, always referring us to his boss who was never there. This is a joke, stick with square.Not free processing at all, charges customers ***% and if you want to give customers cash discount you have to go in and change the fee. It is set up as an additional tax. Total ***.

I've been trying to contact Slice for over 2 months now , but their representatives were really nice until I signed up. After that my calls are always going straight to voice mail. My account is getting charged 800$ the last two months for no reason I've never received a member ID nor a copy of any contract. I have a business with two locations and over 800,000k in sales annually.I'm totally disappointed! I spoke with my attorney, and we are filling a lawsuit on *** is a total disgrace!

My sales Rep *** is an absolute pleasure to work with every-time I ever need paper or need questions answered he gets it done right away no questions asked. I have now given 3 of my family members as referrals to Slice. Best processing company I ever worked with.

This company has been amazing to work with! Their team made everything easy for me to switch from my current company and explained to me the biggest differences and where they could help us put more money in our pockets at the end of the day! I would highly recommend giving them a chance and if you get to work with one of their representatives, by chance, know he will take care of you! I even had an issue at midnight and was able to reach someone to help me figure out what to do!

Slice Processing is a million times better than most other payment platforms.After nearly losing my sanity dealing with Square's garbage scamming platform, where you can't ever get an actual person, I came to Slice.I was skeptical at first, but sign up was quick and easy, easy to get verified. We worked out of our house for a year with Square but we ran very little in regards to credit cards, but then we opened a Brick-and-Mortar store.Much cheaper than PayPal, Square, and many others to receive payments, and the variety of payment choices is astounding.I have had my share of regular everyday issues, but I would call or email *** and would get a resolution usually next day. I even had to switch my equipment and that was a seamless process.Overall, great experience.

Misleading company, there are two other companies that charges your bank account, one of them is Clover and the other is ***. You basically sign a contract to have two other companies charge you $100 monthly combined. I never had the opportunity to use the equipment since my business decided to not accept credit cards and found out they have you in a 48 month contract charging you more than you agreed to, this is without using their services. Called customer support and they didnt provided any help...just keep the equipment that I would never use and keep paying $100 per month. I would like to return the unused equipment and get the contract cancelled. I would never recommend this company ever again.

The slice company is cunning. The seller didn't mention it's a 3-year contract. He failed to disclose it properly. He omitted the monthly charges. He claimed a fee would reduce transaction costs, but that changed after receiving the machine. He didn't say there's a $450 early closure penalty. Unlike others, they don't allow a trial period without penalties. These were all misleading and deceitful sales tactics. Now I'm stuck with Clover, and they refuse to close my account, while Slice avoids responsibility.

HORRIBLE company and TERRIBLE customer service. I just signed up on October *** and during the sale *** was very helpful, it seemed. During my calls to *** regarding the Clover Flex, I was told that the Flex would cost me just *** per month. Not until after signing the 4 year contract worth $2,600 did I find out that to use the *** card in the Clover Flex would cost an additional $15.00 per month. I found this out from *** in service, during the setup process, I was totally shocked. I called *** had to leave a message, got back to me several hours later, *** R informed me that he knew nothing about this, and would check with his manager. *** called me back several hours later to inform me that yes, I would be charged $15.00 per month in addition to the $*** per month. BEWARE: The prices are not listed on the website, there are many buttons that say click here or click to start, the pricing comes later in speaking to a rep. All pricing is given VERBAL on the phone, nothing in writing until after you sign the 4 year contract. When I did finally get to speak to a manager, he was very insistent that I continue with the service, stating that I did in fact sign a contract. After 30 minutes of going back and fourth, they finally agreed to cancel my service and send me a shipping label to return the equipment, although I have nothing in my email stating that my account is canceled, and no return shipping labels.It should be against the law for companies like this, to not have the pricing posted on the website, for everyone to see. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE -

This has been a horrible experience. After speaking with the sales rep *** and him knowing that I was setting up the account for the funds to be withdrawn and deposited into a savings account, he did not acknowledge that they could not deposit into a savings account. I would expect them to know that and also the underwriters. My form clearly stated it was a savings account. They could withdraw fees from that account, but they tried 4 different times to deposit and they were rejected. I never received a phone call or text or even an email to let me know there was an issue. I just happen to check my account a month later and nothing had been deposited, but withdrawals had been made for fees. Now instead of me receiving $1,179.12 I am being charged $100 for each one of the deposit rejections. That means I will only receive $779.12 for my sales. I have been on the phone with *** (Manager), which was not very helpful and not very professional in customer service. I have sent a new form in changing from the savings account to a checking account. There are just too many hidden fees for this company. Charges for Improper return fee $100, *** Program $4.95, Statement processing fee $5.00, Dec. Risk Surcharge .10, Customer Requested Operator Call $2.50, ACH rejection $25.00, Discover retrieval fee $15.00, Amex retrieval fee $15.00, Pass STAR access retrieval fee $15.00, Clover go monthly fee $10.00. Totally ridiculous. I can't seem to get customer service to explain any of this.I have wasted 2 whole days with this company and if I need to cancel there is a $495.00 cancellation fee and God only knows how much they will charge to return the *** System. Very disappointing from a business standpoint.

I signed up with Slice because their sales rep informed me that he could get me a better deal than I was paying with another company. After they started charging my way more than I was told I would be charged, the sales rep told me that he would reach out to them to fix the issue. It was supposedly fixed the first time. That wasn't the case, he had to call multiple times and the problem never got solved. He had told me to try it one last time and if they were still charging me insane amounts, he would swing by and pick up the equipment and cancel my service with them. He also informed me that Slice would refund anything over what I should have been charged. He asked me to send a spreadsheet. After I submitted that to him, I never heard anything back. I can not get him to answer his phone or call me back. I found out that Slice has been charging me twice a month in the interim even though I stopped using their service well over a month ago. When I attempted to call them today, they couldn't find my account even though they just charged my bank account so clearly I am somewhere in their system. When the lady I spoke with on the phone couldn't find my account, she placed me on hold for over 20 minutes then hung up on me. I tried calling back and got left on hold for over 16 minutes then sent to a voicemail. This happened 4 times. I have left 2 voicemails and 2 emails, and still have yet for someone to get back to me. I am not even sure how they are still in business with their shady business practices and insane fees. Their reviews on here are horrible. Next time I will be checking reviews before signing up for anything.
