I was deactivated due to NC/NS or at least that is what I was told. I had called into said facilities only to be marked as a no call/no show anyways. I explained this to Shift Key in my appeal and was told I broke the Shift Key terms. I appealed numerous times, but the appeal form does not allow you to upload any information. I asked for a contact number and they would not respond. I used the chat box only to be told they couldn't talk to me. I was told that I had to screenshot my call ins so that I would have evidence, but I was not told that when I started to work for Shift Key a year ago. Even if you did have the screenshots you can't upload them anyways. NO ONE has contacted me or asked me about my call ins. I called into Gregstons at midnight the day before my shift started. I talked to a nurse, Kim who said she would relay the information to day shift. I was marked NC/NS. I don't understand how we can be held accountable when the facilities can lie and get us deactivated without any regards to our livelihood.
