ShipBob is the absolute worst! Don't even think about signing up with them. Seriously, find another option. They managed to lose a whopping 10% of my inventory during the busy Black Friday period, and let me tell you, it's been a complete nightmare trying to sort it out. I've been stuck in a never-ending cycle of back and forth emails with people who clearly couldn't care less, and don't even get me started on the phone calls. I've lost customers, money, and valuable products. It's been a total disaster.

I gave them the papers they needed and they said the funds were wired. It's July 26th now, or 112 days since they said they wired it, and I still haven't received anything.

I waste so much time and money fixing their screw-ups that it's become the main focus of my business. I'd honestly prefer to handle 100 orders a day in a sweltering Florida warehouse than deal with these clowns.

After 12 days of holding our inventory hostage, and 3 calls per day from our team trying to find our inventory, they finally realized it was their mistake and admitted it. Despite admitting their fault, they didn't make any concessions or try to fix the problem. I'd rather keep my inventory in a van on the side of the road and personally deliver all 10,000 units they have than give this company any more of my money.

ShipBob is a complete scam! They lost entire palettes of our SOLD products and even sent our customers products from other brands. Can you believe it? And to top it off, they refused to compensate us for the shipping of thousands of fragile glass products without any packaging. It's a disaster! Not only that, but their costs are higher than if we were to ship through Shopify ourselves, and the quality is much lower. It's taking them forever to ship thousands of orders, despite their false promises of 1-2 day shipping. And don't even get me started on their support. It takes them an average of 1-2 weeks to respond, IF they even bother to respond at all. It's absolutely insane! We've lost tens of thousands of dollars, and my team and I are completely devastated. ShipBob has single-handedly destroyed our business, and I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Their sales promises are the complete opposite of their actual delivery. Stay away from them at all costs!

I talked to ShipBob and they said they wouldn't tell me anything about my package because I'm not their "customer". But if they agree to take back packages and the seller tells me to send it to ShipBob, then I think that makes me their customer and they should talk to me about my package. It's been six months and I'm still trying to get my money back from the seller - who won't give it to me unless ShipBob says they got the stuff. People should be careful when ordering stuff sent through ShipBob and know that ShipBob won't say they got your stuff back.

In the 4 months we've worked with them, they've lost hundreds of dollars worth of product, lost dozens of shipments, and damaged countless more. Not a week goes by where we don't get a complaint from a customer who got their order completely destroyed. They use *** for most of their shipments to cut costs, and *** is also totally useless — we had an order from the US to Canada get routed through Germany! I beg anyone considering ShipBob to run, not walk, away. You're better off doing your fulfillment in-house. You'll save money on your postage, protect your customer experience, but most importantly, save time! The hours I've spent babysitting this company far outweigh the hours we spend fulfilling our own orders.

I'm really amazed by how bad ShipBob has handled my products. They sent the wrong stuff to Canada (which made me pay for the costs of having the wrong products in a different country). They lost products worth over $1000, but still charged me for storage. They sent customers completely wrong products (not even sold by me or related). They messed up counting the inventory. They have a smooth sales team that tricked me. The control system is mostly good, but it takes forever to load each page. My support "team" was often unresponsive or gave generic answers to problems. Eventually, I think my main contact quit or got fired. I could go on about delays and sketchy responses, but this is just a general overview. I'm switching to Quartermaster Logistics since I sell board games. Obviously, ShipBob can't do anything to win me back if I bothered to write such a negative review.

We encountered some issues with ShipBob's online system when creating inventory transfer orders on 11/12. We reached out to Support on 11/13, but things only got worse from there. One order was sent to Deliverr, but it didn't follow my shipping instructions, resulting in additional costs for us. We've been contacting Support every day since 11/13, but most of our inventory remains stagnant in ShipBob's warehouse. The orders have been marked as PACKED in the ShipBob system since 11/16, yet they haven't been moved. We have no clue when these transfers will be completed, as ShipBob hasn't provided any answers or solutions. Due to our lack of access to inventory, our business is currently non-operational, and we missed out on Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Thanks to ShipBob for that!

I followed very carefully all of their instructions on how to let them know a shipment was coming in, sent the paperwork, and eagerly waited for the Warehouse Receiving Order. It never came, so I contacted tech support (which is a frustrating endeavor, every online rep offers to start a service ticket, which does absolutely nothing but fill out a form with details I could have done myself!) According to my tracking info, it was received by Shipbob on October 31st. At this point it should be kitted and ready for sale. *** shows that it was delivered, Shipbob support now has updated their case history to say that they refused the shipment! When Shipbob was given the tracking information from ***, this prompted Shipbob to search their *** warehouse. After over a week, I contacted them again. They informed me that they cannot locate the product anywhere in the warehouse, and that was basically their response. No remediation, no offer to reimburse or replace, just an apology that after nearly two weeks they cannot locate the incoming product. This is my very first transaction with Shipbob. *** shipped and delivered my product, and Shipbob says that a) they refused the shipment - no reason given and b) after a deep search thru their warehouse, they cannot locate my order!

They say they'll respond to your call in 2 hours but it actually takes 24 hours to hear back. They mess up my orders repeatedly, even after I ask them to fix it. They charge me for their mistakes. When someone orders a case of my product, they only send one bottle and charge me for shipping a whole case. Then I have to spend days trying to get them on the phone to fix it. They say they'll fix it but then they do the same thing again. Even when I try to stop working with them, they continue to be incompetent. Twice, when the truck driver came to pick up my shipment, they said they had no inventory. It took me 24 hours to reach someone. This happened during Black Friday week, so I lost thousands of dollars in sales. This company has cost me so much money and time. I regret signing up with them and I hope I can warn others about the problems they'll face. I gave them one star because I had to, but they really deserve zero stars.

These were also Amazon customers. Amazon almost shut our account down and we had to deal with hundreds of angry customers and we lost an extreme amount of business. They never accepted the mistake, did not return our money back. It is not a business to do business with.
