I am complaining about a woman who buys in bulk at milano footwear and her company is called shoecandi. I order a pair of boots in the tan color, she sent wrong color and accepted that, paid the boot and drlivery fee for the van. Then I wore it for the first time and the right back support of the heel collapse and then I sent her pics and a video but she first was adamant that it was not her problem until I insisted its a factory fault and I won't accept it after paying full. Then she said she speak to her supplier and she got back to me saying he will exchange. Now she wants me to come fetch the boot myself in another color after paying delivery fee already and the damage not being my fault. When I called her my sister and mother tried calling our numbers were blocked she insist on communicating via whatsapp.. and now when I refuse to pay delivery fee again she is blindly ignoring my messages. Even after I said I will come collect it. If she is at home.
What do I do now because I alrdy paid cash including delivery fee and she just doesn't care.
Desired outcome: I just want the other boot in exchange...because I paid for it..
