Its great to have all this manga but
I’m a heavy reader and can go through a series quite quick. What I would love is if the app could keep track of the pages I'm on for various manga. cause some series when I go to the next chapter I'm already on the last page and scrolling through 600 chapters just to get to one 18 page chapter it is pretty long and sometimes mid scrool the app will crash, kick me out, then forget what page I'm on leaving me with scrolling another 5 mins to chapter 20 out of 670 then in between chapters I’m given ads to buy a physical copy of the manga.I’m already paying for online service why would I buy a physical copy? I mean I can understand trying to sell the PBs but honestly. it is a nuisance I say again I’m already paying for online service. You are transitioning to online service a majority of your PB sales will drop its inevitable. I will say PBs will sell themselves with out constantly reminding your premium subscribers that they exist.
Not saying every reader will strictly be online but in my opinion if I see a good series online a truly moving serialization I move heaven and earth for a PB in mint just to have on my shelf. End of rant
It could have been five if not for common sense issues being resolved
This is an amazing app with a library of incredible manga, and the $2 a month is an amazing deal. The only reason it didn’t achieve a five star rating from me was the lack of bookmarks making it a hassle to keep track of currently publishing manga and/or keeping track of what chapter you left off before closing the app. It would be great to have a favorites list where you can mark the mangas that you are following as well as a bookmark feature that allows you to tap the mangas name and it automatically puts you in the chapter and page you where reading. Also lately the chapters for MHA, Black Clover and other Friday published works are being published Sunday, this is a big problem because you guys are Shonen therefore why are pirated sites beating you to a punch in publishing speed? I have been spoiled of several chapters of MHA and Black Clover because of this. Other than these two big problems there’re several minor glitches of missing pages or pages not loading even if you are connected to strong internet meaning its a server info problem. If these issues are fixed i have no doubt in my mind that i will revise my 4star rating to a rightful 5star rating.
Good could be better
The price is amazing $3.00 a month is great. The biggest competitor to a service like this ultimately is going to be pirate sites. It’s just the reality of the current day. And with a price like that and overall UI of the app, it provides a better service than what the pirate websites have to offer.
My biggest complaint is the lack of older Shonen Jump manga and mature rated manga. I’m a huge Jump fan so while the app offers many of the newer, ongoing series it’s severely lacking in many of the older Jump titles.
JoJo’s Part 7, Fist of the North Star, Kinnikuman and it’s follow-up series, City Hunter, Sakegaki, Slam Dunk, Bobobo-BoBo, Yu Yu Hakusho, and way more are just a few of the glaring blind spots missing from the service. Viz has got to get an official license for many of these series as these titles have no official release or have been out of print for years, making it so there is no way to support the official release.
The price, user interface, lack of ads, and selection of newer Jump titles are all fantastic, the thing that holds it back for me is the sheer lack of older Jump titles. For me particularly, I am a bigger fan of older Jump than newer Jump.
Awesome Selections and Easy To Use
I only recently started watching anime in 2022, so I came across of new recent shows that still needed a few years to be finished. Lots of the shows I watched were Shonen Jump adaptations like Jujutsu Kaisen, Tokyo Ghoul, Spy x Family, and Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure. I was bombarded by manga readers giving little hints towards the anime-onlys and I didn’t want to get spoiled myself, so why not just read the manga? The problem was, I couldn’t find a good app to have the correct selection of manga I wanted. However, this app made my life so much easier. It had all the manga I wanted to read and even for the monthly pay, which is only like $2.99, it’s so worth it. Reading it is super easy, there’s no ads, and a huge amount of manga to choose from. Some stories I’ve never even heard of I ended up reading it. I like how this app is super straight-forward. You can either buy the volume or just binge read the chapters. It also gives you recommendations and fan-favorites. Another thing I really like is how it has the dates of the newly-released chapters, and I don’t have to log it every time I read a new chapter. This has become a real life-saver for me and I will continue reading!
Lack of features
I want to start this off by saying I love the new subscription service. It’s nice that I can support the creators of some of my favorite manga series; however, the app lacks a couple of vital features.
The first feature missing is an indicator on where you left off in any given series. This is practically a must have in an app that contains multiple series with hundreds of chapters.
The second feature missing is a “favorites” or “following” section. The only thing keeping me from having to re-search for all of the manga I want to read is whether I have it purchased or downloaded, but what if I’m not able/don’t remember to get on within seven days and download another chapter? All of my downloads will be automatically removed, and I will instantly lose track of everything I was reading. This is also a big inconvenience for those who don’t want to download anything, as they will have to search for the manga they want to read each time they open the app.
Again, I love the fact that I can easily support creators for their hard work, but the features missing here are pretty much standard for other manga apps. In terms of organization, SJ’s only redeeming feature is it has a search bar...
Lacking some critical implements
Biggest issue i have is that when using multiple devices i cannot simply pick up where i left off. Instead, it has an independent memory so i have to look on my other device in order to find where i left off.
Not sure if im the only one with this issue- i dont notice it with every issue or every series but occasionally i notice while reading that when i turn the next page it seems like a bunch of events happened and characters are mentioning information that i had not yet discovered. Im fairly new to reading manga so its entirely possible that this is normal and im just not familiar with the style yet.
This issue is specific to the membership of Shonen Jump rather than the app itself- pricing. While inexpensive in short term i do NOT like paying for any service monthly. Also dont appreciate as a consumer, that no other options exist such as a 6 month or preferably annual package.
Ive decided on 3 stars because its still a very usable app even with its shortcomings. Technically free as long as you dont mind starting from the current issue on any series and following along moving forward. But if you want to read any origins then youll have to pay up. Very wide selection and user friendly UI.
Awesome library, but a catch
Plenty of content for anyone! Obviously has all the big name mangas, as well as obscure stuff too.
Man, I remember the old days getting the physical magazines in the mail. As a kid that was like my excitement for the weekend.
The biggest issue I have with the app is the 100 chapter limit. I really think there should be a second level to the membership or something. From other reviews I’ve seen it seems like some are in the same boat as me. I would easily pay 10x their current asking price to just be able to read as much whenever I like. You find yourself getting deep into a story, and then suddenly get sucked out because they arbitrarily chose 100 chapters as enough to read in a day.
Honestly got this app because I was tired of searching the internet for free scans, which are usually not as high quality as this offers. Just leaves me to look again after hitting the limit...
I’d gladly give this app a 5 star if there were more options around that. It just doesn’t make sense to me that they would limit people that hard. 100 chapters isn’t really that much if you read fast, or just want to go through a manga for another read.
Overall, great app. Works well and tack on the library and you have serious potential.
Good service, app needs a lot of work
Been a fan of Shōnen Jump series for years. $1.99 a month for access to the full archive is an absolute steal. But this app needs a lot of work.
First of all, if you're in the middle of reading a chapter and you switch to another app or lock your phone, reopening the app to an open chapter will cause the screen to go black; exiting the chapter will show only the latest few chapters. This big need to be fixed. You can only resume reading after closing the app entirely and finding the chapter you were reading again.
Some more suggestions:
Keep track of ”Read” status on each chapter. I shouldn't have to memorize which chapter I was reading when I want to pick back up later.
On the interstitial page between chapters where you're showing me the volume that I can buy: let me just swipe right to continue reading the next chapter. I shouldn't have to tap ”Read” on the top of the page.
Let me mark certain series as favorites and show me a list of new chapters from those series. Also, give me the option of notifications when a new chapter of a favorite series comes out.
Let me browse series by genre (battle, romance, gag, etc.).
That's all I've got for now. Hopefully, you guys can take these suggestions to heart. Thanks.
Love it but does have problems
So to begin, I live Shonen Juno always have, I grew up on Shonen jump and it helped me become the artist I am today. Downloading the app nowhere equals the satisfying feeling the the paper thick physical copy of Shonen but hey save paper saves the planet. I’ve been able to read so many manga, discover new mangas and draw to my hearts desire(almost). So let’s dive into the flaws. One the do not have all the Shonen jump mangas, for me the main missing manga and one of my favorites, shaman king, this struck me hard because I love shaman king, of course I won’t take away a star for missing mangas because they still have a lot. The main reason I took away a star is because some of their mangas are missing chapters and it’s a gap. I have a subscription and I’m reading demon slayer and I get done with 61, I’m fully enveloped into the chapter in The manga, and as I’m swiping to go to 62 it takes my to 139, 1 3 9. Now I can’t continue on because they literally skipped from 61 -139 that’s 78! Chapters, 78 missing. Like how , why. That’s like watching a three hour movie and the take out 1 hr and 30 min, and right in the middle of an epic battle. That’s why I say 4 stars. Shonen if you fix anything please fix this and if you really love me and your readers add shaman king, but that’s just a dream
Scans? Why bother when you have the official release for such a good price
I use to read scan and liste to reviews before the official chapters were out but the longer I listen to the One piece podcast and the insights that the official translator had to share with the fandom made me want to read the manga as it is intended and not an edgy/ “authentic” rush translation from scan.scans left me with a small distasteful moments when just to make something sound cool they will leave untranslated words that yes sound cool but when read in a foreign language and this untranslated words aren’t key components to the manga then they should be fully translated to get the actual point that the author is trying to tell. The quality in dialog is great, that is to say the latest translations from the last decade and a half because the manga industry in the west has come a long way. People who knock some translation choices base on early chapters shouldn’t complain to much of is not as weeby as scans. Remember the translators need to get comfortable with the world and language so the readers can follow without getting confused every other chapter and they don’t end up spreading wrongful information to the fandom. Got the subscription quite a while only use it to read One piece but boy there are so many more manga and I think I’ll read the OG dragon ball manga. Never read it before lol. Anyways app is not perfect but it deserves 5for all the great thing that they give us and for such price
Great Subscription, App Needs Work
I recently picked up a membership after Shonen Jump changed its subscription model, and while I’m overall satisfied with the service and the price point, the app needs work.
I think it would be a huge improvement if you were given the ability to add a series to your ‘queue’ or ‘favorites’. Downloading a chapter from a manga that you like so that it appears in the Dowloads section of ‘MyLibrary’ is not quite as easy or intuitive as simply adding a series to your favorites with the touch of a button. Currently, you either need to do the aforementioned run around or search for the series you want to read from the Browse menu every time you want to pick up where you left off in any given series.
What’s more, you have to manually search out the chapters you want to read every time you open the app. It doesn’t tell you what the last chapter you read is. So if you just finished One Piece chapter 747, you better remember to pick up on One Piece chapter 748 next time you open the app. And you have the manually access the chapter from the chapter menu every time. This process should be more intuitive and user friendly, like Netflix or Hulu, but with manga.
Those are probably the biggest improvements that can be made. Another minor improvement may be to add more reading functionalities—like bookmarks, etc.
TL:DR —digital vault of 10,000+ Shonen Jump manga is worth the monthly $2.00 fee, but app is clunky and a pain to use.
Good I’m concept but little issues hold it back
The content of this app is great, but it’s lacking so many basic UI features that hold it back. For one, if you’re reading in landscape mode at the end of the chapter it force rotates back to portrait to hit the next chapter button. After hitting the next chapter button you have to physically rotate back to portrait and then back to landscape to go back into reading it 2 pages at a time. Additionally, the next chapter button gets really annoying when you’re binging a series. Why can’t it just flow into the next chapter or auto go to the next chapter if you swipe while on the last page? It gets frustrating having to click the next chapter button especially on larger phones. Lastly, the 100 chapter limit for downloaded manga is fine, but it would be nice to have a “bulk delete” or an option to automatically remove a download after reading it. As is I have to click on each check mark and click confirm for every single chapter I want to remove to make room for new chapters. If those features aren’t available then maybe at least allowing the user to change the 7 day time period to be less time would be helpful as a sort of work around to bulk deleting downloaded manga. Additionally, the website allows for following manga but the app has no place to show which manga you follow. Why is that? Overall I think this app has potential and I will keep using it because the content is good. But the UX could be significantly better. Hence 3/5
Excellent service, but app could use some improvements
Best deal in manga! For a small monthly fee you get access to thousands of chapters legally, and support authors directly! Highly recommended! While service is great, the app itself could use some improvements to the reading experience, specially around weekly chapters. At the end of a chapter, it would be ideal to show the queue instead of random recs. Also, adding a close book to that prompt would save you extra taps. Right now if you want to read weekly chapters from different series, you’ll inevitably swipe beyond the last page, dismiss the recs prompt, tap the page to show the navigation bar, tap to close, then tap the chapter you want to read. This might be fine if you’re reading a volume of manga, but gets old quickly when you’re reading 10+ series every week. The magazine cover is shown cropped. Why can’t I tap that preview banner to see the full cover? We’ve lost that since the switch from the magazine format. Why can’t I access author’s comments in the app (on the side, would be great if you added RSS to your blog, had to make a custom feed myself). On iPad, the continue reading row shows 5 series, but tapping see all shows only 4, which is disappointing use of the larger display. Another suggestion I have is to allow tapping the margins to flip pages, which mirrors other reading apps and e-readers. These are all just suggestions to improve the app experience from a hardcore reader and fan, and none are showstoppers. For anyone still reading, I highly recommend the service, which has been reliable and never failed me before.
Almost there
I’ve been using this app for a week now to read Dr. Stone and I’m really enjoying both the manga and the app. This app is good but not perfect.
First, you can’t favorite manga, only certain chapters. This is really annoying because I want to keep a list of all the manga I’m reading or would like to read without having to download the chapters.
Second, I just caught up with Dr.Stone, and after finishing the most recent chapter, the manga disappeared from my “Reading” section. I would really like it if it stayed there so I can quickly see if there’s a new chapter.
Third, making an account is pointless. I have the app downloaded on both my iPhone and iPad for reading at home and work. Both devices are logged into the same Shonen Jump account but none of my bookmarks get saved. Any reading I do doesn’t get saved to the account, only the device so even though I’m logged in on both devices, I’ll have to keep my own track of where I’m at, really inconvenient.
Fourth, it has a good number of shonen manga, but not as much as I would like.
Fifth, back to Dr. Stone, currently there’s 111 chapters on this app and a new one coming out in a couple days. However, pirated manga sites already have the 112th chapter available. If I’m gonna be paying for an app, I’d like to have new chapter ready to read as soon as it’s a available, not two days after pirating sites receive it.
Those are all the problems I can think of right now but I’m sure I’m missing at least one more. Don’t get me wrong though. This app does a lot of things right. It’s high quality scans with bold lettering so it’s hard to read on an iPhone screen and the app layout looks nice.
If there’s an update fixing most of the issues I listed, this app could easily be 5 stars and definitely worth the couple bucks per month.
Satisfied Customer
This is the English version of the famous Weekly Shonen Jump in Japan, but it includes manga from Jump SQ and other magazines and online publishing as well. The dialogue, translation, and quality are altogether suburb compared to what you might find on scanlation sites. The magazine also includes Jump Backs (early chapters of older series) and Jump Starts (new chapters of brand-new series in Japan). There are also occasional one-shots and interviews with famous mangaka. Extra features include fan art sections or cosplay. The magazine is easly to work with and flip through the pages, and you can download multiple issues at a time. You can even put in a bookmark if you plan on returning to a specific spot. Readers can even rank series in a weekly survey like they would in Japan.
New readers can test it out by downloading the free Starter Pack. People who only want to read Blue Exorcist and Seraph of the End can only buy the one issue per month, but the weekly series are really worth checking out. Subscription makes each issue much cheaper, especially for those subscribing or resubscribing during a special deal.
The app is easy to use, and the manga quality looks great. The pages are clean and easy to zoom in on without worrying about the image quality becoming pixelated. Anyone new to the magazine can buy up to 3 months of back issues to get into the stories as well. This is a great choice for supporting legal manga.
My main complaint is that not every Jump Start is chosen to continue in the magazine, which upsets people who become fans during those 3 chapters of a new series. It would be great if even more manga series were included, but they can only do so much with the budget restraints. Having more subscribers should increase the amount of content they can include each issue.
A childhood dream come true, but needs major work
It's hard to fins the words to describe how much this new phase of Shonen Jump means to me. Simulcast with Japan and full vault, we are finally no longer second class citizens in the world of manga.
I hope Viz will make improvements to this app in order to make it at least as good as your average manga reader. Shueisha deserves the ABSOLUTE BEST IN CLASS for their amazing courage and leap of faith, and I feel like it’s got a long way to go.
Here are some basic features that would greatly improve the experience:
- One tap resume whatever manga you were reading last time you closed the app
- A history, so you can easily see what you've read
- Favorites, so you don't have to search the vault every time
- More display options, such as single-page in landscape mode (full width + scrolling), eternal scrolling in place of page flipping, automatic double spread detection for single-page mode, etc.
- Include chapter titles in the manga page, so it's easier to know what you're looking for. Also, mark chapters you've already read.
- Stop focusing so much on selling volumes. There's more focus on that than on the new format or vault. It's out of sync with a rebranding.
- Only include readable manga in the vault. There are quite a few there that you have to buy, and that takes a lot of the power out of the vault. The point is the feeling of freedom to read whatever you want. If you’re not letting me read Yu Yu Hakusho, don’t rub it in my face by including it in the list of manga. If you want to keep them in the app, have a separate section for buying only, clearly demarcated.
- Just study your competition, for God’s sakes. Yes, I mean the bad boys who make those illegal manga reading apps. If you don’t learn from them you’ll never take their readers back.
It’s Shonen Jump. You can do better, guys!
Love it!
I see some reviews down below that are complaining and are giving it 1-4 stars simply because they can’t pay or they were upset that they had to and even upset that there is a 100 chapter limit, to be honest I get that you’re upset that you can’t pay but it’s only two dollars so it wouldn’t hurt for you to ask a guardian to pay for it for you or get yourself a Visa card to pay it (this is especially for the underage kiddos who don’t work it doesn’t hurt to ask, adults should be grown enough). This isn’t really an issue at all with the app itself, it’s an issue with you and I know it can be hard for some of us as well because believe me I’ve lived through money issues, if it bothers you that much just go read your manga somewhere else ILLEGALLY. This app has done a lot better and it’s asking for a subscription and money so that money can go to supporting the creators of all your favorite manga (and to the app that’s uploading the manga and translating), you should be grateful to them they work hard getting chapters out for you all to enjoy and besides it’s TWO DOLLARS a MONTH that is a wonderful deal even for people with money problems (manga can be expensive depending where you read it from so Shonen Jump are being VERY nice you should be grateful for them too). Also the problem with the 100 chapter limit, I for one think it’s good that there’s a 100 chapter limit, I know that you’ll be binge reading your favorite manga and all of a sudden the app tells you to stop or you’re at the limit and that itself can be irritating especially when the story is just getting good but it’s good to take a break from the screen every once in a while and go do something else like do chores, or homework, be with people you care about, play games, anything, be productive. ALSO since I know some of y’all don’t read for the membership plan it STATES that after 2 hours you may continue to read another 100 chapters so IN OTHER WORDS for every 100 chapters you have to wait two hours.. they aren’t asking you to wait a whole day! The app itself is wonderful for reading manga from all your favorite creators and the way it’s set up is nice, it makes it seem as if you’re reading it as a book (swiping left) and it tells me how many pages there are which I love. As someone who’s read manga a lot (paperback) this is the best virtual experience! You can even download chapters as well if you don’t have service and/or Wi-Fi which is great! I visit the country a lot so I always get this problem so downloading manga chapters saves me from boredom! It’s very well organized and the layout is rather they artsy and cute so I love it very much, it’s also very easy to navigate, so all-in-all Shonen Jump is the best manga app you’ll ever find!

App will not let me subscribe
I've tried over and over again to get a Shonen Jump subscription and it will not give me the option to start a new subscription. I've deleted and recreated my account at least a dozen times and uninstalled and reinstalled the app at least twice as much but no matter how many times I try or what order I re-download or create an account it refuses to allow me to create an account and no amount of sending screenshots to the support email has helped either. Regardless of me pushing the subscribe button on the app nothing ever happens.
Desired outcome: You're man just wants to read Manga in a convenient spot I'd love to pay you for the privilege
Code 403
For some reason, I cannot read any manga. I can open the app, but every time I do, (403) appears saying to give it some time. Afterwards, it says it fails to verify my subscription. Hours have passed and it still doesn’t work. Very sad that I’m wasting some money.

App just stopped working
I use this app weekly and it’s pretty good, but yesterday the app just stopped working. I got an error 403 message that told me to check back in a few minutes and 10 hours later I still don’t have access. No real customer support, very frustrating. Not to mention I’m paying for it.

Good but needs work
I got a new phone and have tried to log into my account multiple times and it says the credentials aren’t correct. I try to reset my password but it’s not sending me an email and I’ve checked spam and everything and tried multiple times. There’s no support tab in the setting either to get help.

Was great until this problem pls fix
Started using the app about a month ago, every thing was great until I got a 403 error not letting me access the App when I’m not home, but this had never happened before so it was abnormal. Soon I just deleted the app and installed it again, but that only made it worst by not even letting me pass the app start up screen.

It does not work
I was force unsubscribed and I had to switch to this app from VIZ Manga app, which worked flawlessly. This new app looks like the same exact thing, and it does not work. I try to re-subscribe and it does not allow me to. I don’t know what the point of a new app was. Now I cannot read manga. I will switch to another app until they figure it out.

403 error
I used to use the app and had no problem, however starting yesterday I keep getting a 403 error and am unable to use the app. It says check back in a couple minutes and it’s been a day. I can’t log back in or read any manga. I can’t contact support from the app or online to it left to this, leaving a review. I’d appreciate if you can fix this, otherwise I’ll have to cancel my subscription.

Horrible
I am a huge anime fan. I buy the mangas whenever available. As we know it is hard to receive the newest chapters in the US. That is why I am extremely upset that this garbage excuse for manga outlet has been brought out. It is making it harder for other easier to use manga outlets. I hope they change because if not I am more than happy to find alternatives. I have time, money, and motivation.

Annoyed at membership paying method
I would love to be a member of shounen jump/viz and 3 dollars a month is an amazing deal, however, the only option is to pay through the shounen jump app. If I could pay through the website on my PC, I would have no issues, but I cannot pay through the app because of a glitch. If anyone who sees this can do anything about it, I’d really appreciate it, I want to continue using this service to read manga.

Confused
I’m a little mad because I’d give this a 5 star but now I don’t know because I haven’t read in awhile. I come back and for some reason it’s asking me to resubscribe? When I’m already subscribed? So I cancelled and I resubscribed and it’s not letting me read anything? It just keeps telling me to join which makes no sense because I’ve already joined. Hope y’all can fix that so I can read my manga in peace.

Great app but
This app is amazing but you always have room to grow in my opinion I think it’s dumb that when you read an amount of chapters you have to wait a certain amount of time to be able to read the manga you want also if your paying why do I have to wait that should only be for free users and also this app lacks that you cannot favorite the manga your reading making it easier for you to go back to it but other then that nice app!

Robbed
I have been a subscriber but now I reset my phone and I forgot password, no way to access the app again, forgot password links I’m not receiving, non responsive, apple and viz won’t help, just very un user friendly and idk who else this happened to but wow frustrating isn’t even the word, absolutely horrid they need to put some dime into this app it’s sad, now the offices in US are down I mean what in the world, y’all got to get it together the app development is poor

Good Idea, Poor Execution
The app itself is a good idea. However, there are too many features that are missing.
1) You aren’t able to favorite Mangas. I would love to be able to look at my favorite mangas and view them in a list rather than “continue reading”
2) The lack of favoriting affects you when you get a new phone. I have gotten two new phones within the last month and each time, I have lost the “continue reading” section and have to search for all the mangas that I remember that I was reading.

Does not sync across devices
I really enjoy reading on my iPad, but while trying to read manga on the go with my phone I discovered that my reading activity does not sync with my account. If I install the app on another device and sign in, it acts as if I haven’t read anything yet, and going directly to a manga I was reading does not give any indication on which chapters I’ve read or where I left off.
This is a basic feature employed by most reader apps, and I don’t understand why the Shonen Jump app doesn’t support it.

Constant disappointment
The reader is great for what it is, huge collection of licensed manga that you wouldn’t be able to read elsewhere on mobile BUT multiple titles such as Demon Slayer are missing chapters! Jumps from 70 to 139! Are you telling me I’m paying to read a little past the free previews available? On top of constantly losing track of what you’ve started reading, since there’s no bookmark/favorite feature, when you get into a title, you’d either have pay extra to get the missing chapters(?) or buy the physical novel. On top of already paying the monthly fee. Very misleading and disappointing

Chapter limit 100????
Its understandable that theres a 100 chapter limit but when I get into a good series being only relegated to 100 chapters? And when I reach the limit repeatedly the cooldown takes even longer? The only plus side to this subscription is the consistent quality of the scans themselves which are good and keep me using it, other than that there are more downsides to this subscription than upsides. A tier of subscriptions would be good for faster readers, its ridiculous that theres a 100 chapter limit when you boast such a huge library yet bottleneck the speed at which someone can enjoy it.

Broken app won’t let me subscribe!
How do you make two sister apps, stop supporting arguably the MAIN app, and then break the app that you forced people to subscribe through?
The big, green SUBSCRIBE button doesn’t friggen work! How do I use your product when I try to resubscribe because of YOUR changes and it just spins endlessly.
Fix this soon or I will have to resort to alternative means of reading Shonen manga. I would really rather support your company, but if you can’t get it right then somebody else will and maybe at no cost to me!
As a large and respected company, you can not halfway build an app or you will lose that respect.
