I was shopping for some boots for my son and had picked up some other items that I needed. I went to the check stand and there were two checkers available. The one checker had a customer with quit a few clothing items as the other clerk was finishing up with her customer I went to that check stand. As soon as I walked up the cashier walked away into the customer service booth so I just stood there and looked at her wondering if she was coming back. Another woman behind the customer service booth told me that check stand is closed. So I moved to the one remaining cashier and waited in line . When it was my turn to check out the cashier let another customer go around the front of the check stand and check out ahead of me. She talked to the customer ad if she knew her. All the while I was waiting there where three employees standing in the customer service area just talking to each other doing absolutely nothing. Not one of them offered to help me. If I hadn't needed the items that were in my cart I would have walked out! I will never shop at Shopko again and will inform everyone I know about there rude customer service!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This is rude customer service. They asked "Could I have your zip code please?" and I told them and asked Why, And they answered "Because I want to know where you're going to ship this product to" This is Rude. If they are nice to me I could go back.

I called Shopko and everything is clear with them. I called the Shopko corporate office and they said to contact you and you would tell me what or who the problem is that I cant pay with my checking account
Oh good lord lady. Worse things have happened in the world. People are murdered, there are children in third world countries starving, but you had to wait in line at a store to pay for something...so I guess you better get online and fuss about it and do something so dramatic as NEVER shop there again. Grow up and count your blessings that you don't have real problems.

Well first of all... It's a zip code... It's not like the person asked for your social security number... Second... Usually any time a store asks for information like that it's for advertising purposes!
Recieved a Call about a prescription that was in on a Saturday, I informed them that I would pick them up on Wednesday. When I went into the store to pick up the prescription up, they had already restocked them. The worker stared at the computer for 10 mins, when I asked them to fill it, he agian just stared at the computer. I asked him if he had any idea how to do his job, when I complained to the store manager, he got in my face and said that it was my fault and that I should not have asked the worker if he had any idea how to do his job. The store had no idea what customer service is.
Why don't Itsa and treyton grow up. I am sure you would have [censor]ed a complaint too if you were in Heidi's place.
Funny but it almost sounds like you two are employees there.Probably the same one's she complained about.
