Bluefish bummer!
We had to choose another property this year because the house we had previously rented for multiple years, because the new owners wanted our week for themselves. We chose another siebert rental "Bluefish" that was a similar floorplan and was available for our week.
As it turned out, the only similarity was layout. Our check in was delayed about an hour due to an extremely dirty and rearranged property from previous renters. I was very disappointed in the condition of the property in general. The water in the hot tub was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom. I drained and refilled the hot tub myself. Air conditioners outside the first floor bedrooms are very noisy if you are a light sleeper stay up stairs. Air conditioning units in the house were clogged with dust and smelled moldy and musty. No cleaning of those units was happing. We had to stick dryer sheets in the vents for deodorizing air. I sprayed febreeze in all the air handlers to cut the smell down. The stove had a mind of it's own and worked at times and not at others. There was a rotten picnic table on the main deck with a broken bench that could not be used. The cheap plastic Adirondack chairs up on the deck were cracked and broken as well. The most disappointing part was the pool and patio area. No propane grill or tables in the area. There were no lights in the pool or on the deck. It gets dark early in September. The pool guy said he would fix the light but never came back. All of the bedding was beyond it useful age and needs to be replaced. We had to use boards and other things to act as box springs.The biggest problem we encountered was being shocked in the pool. They put rubber mats around the edge of the pool to stop the shock when getting out of sitting on the edge
with your feet in the pool. Rather than fix the problem they tried a dangerous band aid fix. The band aid minimum attitude of this owner is visible in every room and space on this property. The owner needs to do the maintenance in a professional manner and bring this place up to modern standards and meet expectations of renters. All of this issues are the owners fault and not siebert realty. My experience with siebert is outstanding.
Recommendation: Renters beware. Pictures don't tell the story.

I recently stayed at a property managed by Siebert Realty and I must say, I was disappointed with my experience. While the space was quite roomy, it was clear that the property was outdated and in need of some serious TLC. The rugs were covered in all sorts of dirt and grime, and it was clear that they had not been cleaned in quite some time. Additionally, the vents and bathtubs were in dire need of a good scrubbing, as they were covered in dust and grime.
To make matters worse, when I brought these issues to the attention of the management team at Siebert Realty, they refused to even consider refunding the cleaning fee that I had paid. This lack of customer service was truly disappointing, and it left a sour taste in my mouth.
Overall, I would not recommend using Siebert Realty for your vacation rental needs. While the space may be roomy, the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service simply isn't worth it. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your vacation rental needs.
Disappointing and Disgusting Stay at Siebert Realty: Mold, Stains, Dust, and Trash Everywhere
This place was really gross, me and my fam were hoping for a fun spot to chill during the holidays, not a place to get everyone sick. There was mold all over the place, stains on the sheets, dust everywhere, and so much trash. It was so bad that we had to leave a day early from check out. My 9 month old niece got super sick from the place and right now all me and my fam can do is pray for her to get better as the rest of us are sick too. Don't even bother coming to this pig stye, it's not worth it at all.
I gotta say, I was really disappointed with Siebert Realty. I mean, I was really looking forward to a nice vacay with my fam, but instead we got a really nasty place that made us all sick. The mold was everywhere, the sheets were stained, there was dust all over the place, and trash was just piled up. It was so bad that we had to leave a day early from check out. I recently booked a vacation stay with Siebert Realty for October, but unfortunately, I had to cancel due to the rising COVID19 and Delta Variant numbers. I have lost several family members during this pandemic, and I did not want to risk the health of my family, including the toddlers and elders who were supposed to participate in this trip. I called Siebert Realty to cancel and reschedule at another time, but to my disappointment, I was told that it did not matter about the lives of my family. They made it clear that either way, we go or we lose every dime. I was shocked and saddened by their lack of empathy and concern for their customers' well-being.
I urge people to find another company to rent vacation rentals from. Siebert Realty does not care about you; they only care about your money. It is a disgusting feeling to know that a company would put profits over people's lives, especially during a pandemic. I have lost all trust in this company and will never book with them again.
In my opinion, Airbnb is the best option for vacation rentals. They have shown compassion and flexibility during these challenging times, and they prioritize their customers' safety and well-being. I hope that Siebert Realty will learn from this experience and start prioritizing their customers' lives over their profits.

Me and my family just had a stay at a rental property in Virginia Beach that was managed and rented by Seibert Realty. I picked this place because it had a private pool, which was a big deal for us. But when we got there, we found out that the pool wasn't even open yet! And the outside of the house wasn't even ready for guests. The outdoor shower wasn't even turned on, so we had to be extra careful not to track sand into the house. When we told the realtor at Seibert about this, they just said that it was early in the season. That's not really a good excuse, you know? If we had known that the pool wasn't going to be available, we would have rented another property. It's important to remember that the realtor is working for the owner, not the renter, so you need to ask a lot of questions before you sign anything.
Disappointing Vacation Rental: Margaritaville in Sandbridge - A Review
We recently rented a vacation home through Siebert Realty and boy, were we disappointed! The property we stayed in was called "Margaritaville" and it was located in Sandbridge. As soon as we arrived, we noticed that the rugs were completely stained and the furniture was in a similar state. The curtains were also stained with what looked like red wine. We were so grossed out by the condition of the furniture that we didn't even want to sit on it. The whole place was dusty and dirty, which was a major turn-off.
To make matters worse, the house was in disrepair and in desperate need of some maintenance. There was chipping paint on the walls, which could be dangerous for small children. The outside grill was so dirty that we couldn't even get it to ignite. The picnic table had a loose bench that wasn't secured properly. It was a total mess!
The only good thing about the property was the pool and the location. However, the pictures on Siebert Realty's website were very deceiving. We were expecting a clean and well-maintained property, but what we got was the complete opposite.
We took some pictures of the property to show just how bad it was. We definitely won't be going back to Margaritaville anytime soon. We were very disappointed with our experience and wouldn't recommend this property to anyone.

I was on the hunt for a rental for weeks and finally stumbled upon Siebert Realty's website (siebert-realty.com). I was excited to find a place that fit my needs and quickly gave them a full month's rent deposit along with their "fees". However, when I asked for the lease for my 3-month rental, they informed me that I would only receive it upon arrival, which was still 2 months away. This made me seriously worried, especially after reading all the negative reviews about their awful service and refusal to refund money, leaving families and individuals ripped off with no recourse.
To ease my concerns, I asked for updated pictures of the rental property, as some people had mentioned arriving to filth and broken furniture. However, to my surprise, they refused my request. To make matters worse, they then informed me that I was responsible for the yard, even though it was never stated anywhere for a winter vacation rental. This made me lose trust in them, especially after seeing how they responded to complaints on BBB. I urge you to go check it out for yourself!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Siebert Realty. I paid for a rental just one business day ago, and now, 8 weeks before my arrival, I am being told that my reservation has been cancelled. I better get my money back, or I will be suing them. It's frustrating to see how a company can treat their customers so poorly and get away with it.
Disappointing Stay at Siebert Realty: WiFi Outage and Water Leakage Result in Lost Work and Inconvenience
My experience with Siebert Realty was not the best. During my stay, the WiFi was out for three whole days, which resulted in lost work for three of my family members. I called Seibert Realty to report the issue, but it took three days for the cable repairman to show up. When he finally arrived, he informed me that the outside cable line of 30 feet was outdated, causing the outage. He repaired it, and the WiFi was back on.
In addition to the WiFi issue, there was also a water leakage from the rain that had entered one of the bedrooms prior to my stay. I was told that it would be corrected by the time I arrived, but it was fine until the fifth day of my stay when water started seeping up through the laminate floor. This resulted in me having to move my five grandchildren to sleep on the floor elsewhere.
Considering the amount of money I spent on the rental, which was almost $16,000.00, I would have expected the owners of the house to offer some type of compensation for the inconvenience we experienced. Unfortunately, they did not, which left a sour taste in my mouth.
I have been to Sandbridge three times, but I will never rent from these owners again. It's a shame because the location was beautiful, but the lack of attention to these issues and the lack of compensation for the inconvenience made the experience less than desirable.
Overall, I would not recommend Siebert Realty based on my experience. If you're looking for a rental in Sandbridge, I would suggest looking elsewhere to avoid any potential issues.
