Simplefill Prescription Assistance It is rare these days to the kind of help I get from Simplefill!

It is rare these days to the kind of help I get from Simplefill! Everyone I have had contact with has been kind, courteous and very helpful with paperwork, renewals, questions and concerns I had. Because of the assistance provided by Simplefill, I no longer need to get an implanted defibrillator - Thank GOD! I appreciate everyone at Simplefill more than I could ever express in words. Bless each and everyone of you!

Simplefill Prescription Assistance I was totally unaware that a prescription assistance program existed, but then I discovered Simplefill Prescription Assistance

I was totally unaware that a prescription assistance program existed, but then I discovered Simplefill Prescription Assistance. This has been a lifesaver for me because my income is limited. I have recently diagnosed medical issues, the treatment of which is expensive. So this program has made by prescriptions very affordable and I dont have to worry so much about being able to afford them. The persons I dealt with were all very pleasant and patient.

I've been with Simplefill for years, except for 2022, I couldn't qualify. I'm back this year and glad to be here, my recent experience with customer service was a 10. *** has saved me so much on drugs that I could not have paid for. The staff is top notch as they do everything within their scope to assist me and I know they are the best at what they do from my personal experience.

Thank you Hardworking SimpleFill employees for all your help. I could not have gotten this help with medicine without you. With the illnesses I have I could not have afforded the monthly costs to maintain my health. When we reach older stage of life (elderly) keeping our bodies going without added help can be impossible. We thank you so much for your valuable help.

Simplefill Prescription Assistance We have been using Simplefill for around eight years

We have been using Simplefill for around eight years. The staff is friendly and helpful...they contact us when they think we are getting close to running out of Plavix. Ordering is simple, delivery is almost always before the estimated time; and we have saved a lot of money by using this option.We have never had the slightest problem (they were proactive during the pandemic to make sure we ordered in time to avoid running out of pills. I highly recommend their services!

Simplefill has helped my wife and I afford and to be able to continue to take our extremely expensive prescription medications, *** and the people that work with her are awesome, they always are available to speak with us and keep us in the loop with any information that is needed from us to keep us enrolled is this extremely valuable program!

Simplefill Prescription Assistance is a life-saving service! My medication is incredibly costly and fluctuations in our insurance and financial circumstances have rendered it completely out of reach. Everyone at Simplefill were absolutely incredible! They went above and beyond to assist me! Brigitte and the entire team were exceptional and displayed genuine concern in helping me comprehend the entire process. They have been lifesavers for me. My contact, *** has been amazing! Personable, diligent, hard-working and beyond pleasant. I had to retire unexpectedly after being diagnosed with cancer and other issues and then required three different, very expensive prescriptions that I could not have afforded otherwise. From where I sit, they are angels.

Although the staff is very friendly the misconception they are really helping is somewhat false. I feel like the company used the fact that I was vulnerable at the time and desperate to get help with a much needed medication that my insurance did not cover and I could not afford to hood wink me. Needless to say I've been letting them debit my bank acct $85 a month for the past 10 months for a medication I was supposed to be receiving at no charge from a nonprofit organization. The only reason I found out was because the nonprofit contacted my Doctor to see if i needed to fill out a new application if i wanted to continue receiving their assistance. i immediately contacted and spoke to a Simplefill rep that informed me that they were not charging me for the meds but for the convenience of having them do the application for me as a third party. Even with that explanation $85 a month for a period of 12 months at a total of $1020 extreme. all i can say is Shame on them

Simplefill Prescription Assistance has been saving my life for several years now. I definitely could not have afforded my diabetes medication if not for their assistance. Through my husbands 3 year illness and passing, Simplefill Prescription Assistance was there the whole way covering my meds. No questions asked and the representatives I spoke to were very sympathetic and helpful. I will never be able to thank each and every one of them enough. I hope more people connect with Simplefill Prescription Assistance. Thanks again and sending love from a grateful customer.

Called to see about assistance on expensive prescription finance needed. Spoke to a lady after checking with our insurance provider denied and she told me we were eligible. It was a pleasure speaking with her as she was very professional, considerate and friendly. After a short conversation we were all set up to go ahead with the prescription. Just waiting on paperwork from email to complete for self and doctor and it will all be ready. Should receive first order in 30 to 45 days. Such a pleasurable experience and helpful employees. Recommend to anyone looking for assistance that they may have available.

I have been using Simplefill for a year now and I am so very grateful for what they have done for me. I have dealt mainly with Heather and Stephanie who are absolutely wonderful! Now that I am on Medicare the cost of my diabetic medicine is ridiculously high and without the help of Simplefill there is no way I could have paid for my medications. I have never encountered any type of rudeness from anyone I have ever spoken to. I am not sure what others have encountered, but I call them with questions and/or concerns and have always received a call back within a reasonable amount of time. I am so very happy that I found them! Worth the money I pay monthly!

I am in awe of the dedication, professionalism and empathy exhibited by Brigitte and the team at Simplefill Prescription Assistance in helping us get my husband's Entresto at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. My husband's cancer returned and he has been having a difficult adjustment to the medication. I let slip the follow-up after I had contacted Simplefill. The team at Simplefill contacted me to see where I was in the process and how they could expedite my husband's Entresto. This medication is excellent in maintaining his blood pressure, which is under stress with his cancer medication. I am forever grateful for Brigitte and the team at Simplefill in going above and beyond to get this essential medication at an affordable cost. Thank you again, Simplefill Prescription Assistance.

Simplefill Prescription Assistance I had a great experience with the two people that I spoke to; Kistin and Brigitte

I had a great experience with the two people that I spoke to; Kistin and Brigitte. Kistin was very helpful in explaining the process and when I was having difficulty getting some documentation for medication purchases she connected me to Brigitte who was amazing. She got me signed up to an AARP membership site that tracks all my pharmacy purchases, including different pharmacies. Many times people say they will help but it is rare when they actually help. Both Kistin and Brigitte are the exception. They went above and beyond to help me. The documentation can be a little confusing and I suggest that once you receive the package either by mail or electronically, that you contact SimpleFill and let them walk you through it and answer any questions. Highly recommend. Great experience.

Simplefill Prescription Assistance I'm giving Simplefill a 5 star rating

I'm giving Simplefill a 5 star rating. I have been dealing with this company for the better part of 4 years. I have never experienced any problems with them. They have always returned my phone calls usually within hours not days..never experienced any problems. And as a reference last night I received a call after hours... after hours. I'm not sure a doctor would have called after hours. So any of the negative comments to me just does not sound like the company I have been dealing with. All are very professional. Bridgitte, Heather, & Marcia, I have never experienced any problems with this company at all. Had it not been for Simplefill I have no idea what I would have done. As I have diabetes and each insulin (3) is very expensive. So in my book they deserve the 5 Stars. Thank you Simplefill for your exceptional service.

Simplefill Prescription Assistance The SimpleFill company is absolutely wonderful!

The SimpleFill company is absolutely wonderful! Each person that I speak to or communicate with via email is helpful, knowledgeable, concerned and friendly. They explain the processes and paperwork clearly. The staff does the coordination work with doctors and pharmaceutical companies for the customers and that is such a relief! I was so happy to have found their site on the web a few years ago and I tell other people about the cost savings that SimpleFill provides. I could not afford the medications that I need without their help. (I was falling into the "donut hole".) I always receive my prescriptions through the mail on time and the staff sends reminders when renewal time is near. I am so grateful that this company was created to help us. Thank you so much. They are a lifesaver!

I have ringing in my ears so having a clear telephone assistant is critical to communicate efficiently. The lady working at SIMPLEFILL Prescription Assistance that I spoke with was exceptional and she was not only clear in pronunciation but clear with the information I would need for my process. I am a stickler for good customer service and this company has met all expectations of excellence. The entire call lasted under 10 minutes! I think this company should send a trainer to other large firms. Thank you so much for smooth teamwork. One other thing, I am so grateful I qualified for a discount! You just don't know how helpful companies can be with providing discounts for our needed medicines. I got off the phone with a sigh of ease. Remember a saying that goes something like this, "To the world you may be just one, but to that one you may be the world!"

Simplefill Prescription Assistance - SimpleFill couldn't help me with all of my prescriptions, only 2/3 (and the 2 are from the same rx company) - Availability during the holidays

- SimpleFill couldn't help me with all of my prescriptions, only 2/3 (and the 2 are from the same rx company) - Availability during the holidays is ridiculous. Tried to pick up my prescription from the pharmacy on 12/23 and the pharmacy card on file had expired. (I then realized I never received my new card info after submitting my application a month earlier, on 11/23.) I called SimpleFill and left a message on 12/23. I didn't receive a call back until Jan 4th, almost a full 2 weeks later. Once I received the call, I was given the wrong information AGAIN. I was also told my new pharmacy card info was mailed out to me on 12/18 but I never received it. Ended up going 3 weeks without my medication. - I paid $90/ month for 8 months and was only able to get my prescriptions for 5 of those months because of issues with the pharmacy card info I was given by SimpleFill(this happened TWICE). All for a service I can get directly through the manufacturer.

This sounds all too familiar with what happened to me- I just caught it after the first month. When I applied I sent everything through the hyperlink on their portal. I received a message the submission was successful. This was sent to me by a Jennifer Chen. Mind you this all contains sensitive information like my income tax return, my letter from Social Security, banking information, etc. when I didn’t hear anything back after 2 weeks, I emailed them- still no answer. Then three weeks later I get a text and an email that I never sent in the paperwork! I called Jennifer and she claimed it never arrived. So, I sent it again. She still couldn’t find it so obviously their portal is broken. I asked to speak to IT because now I am concerned my personal information was compromised. No, not possible. She then asked me to email it to her. I reluctantly did because I had 2 expensive scripts I needed filled plus they had my $85.
She then states my doctor didn’t sign my forms. Another so called excuse. I go back through all my paperwork and there is not a single place where my doctor’s signature is required! I question this via first a email, then the telephone conversation.
Jennifer kept cutting me off- she is medically clueless, especially where the laws are concerned. Working in the pharmaceutical field over 40 years, I knew what I was talking about. Finally exasperated and crying I demanded to speak to someone else as clearly she had no intention of admitting she screwed up. She sent me to another person who acted the same way. Finally I asked for their manager. This typical New Englander with the brash voice and zero customer service skills or any compassion whatsoever over what I am dealing with not just with them but also the fact I had just received some very bad medical news which could be leading to an early death for me. They don’t care, they just want the $85.
At this point I asked for my $85 back. This manager states that wasn’t for the prescription- this was their membership fee. $85/month membership! Mind you they have now had this money almost 2 months, along with all my private information. Now I am told that it would be well into 2025 before the 2 drug companies would even be looking at my application, and that’s IF they got the signed forms back from the doctor!
Again, I have nothing that required my doctors signature.
The hen I finally get an email that the form went to the doctor by…… THEM! He just filled it out but didn’t sign it. So why not try picking up a phone and calling THEM not ME to get it corrected. I was so worked up between not knowing whose hands now have my private information, but they were spinning my wheels for leg work they should have been doing not me, and sending misleading emails about this, or
Not responding to me at all.
Please please please be cautious with this company! I am calling the appropriate government departments to launch an investigation into this shady operation.

Simplefill Prescription Assistance I am a liver transplant recipient from August

I am a liver transplant recipient from August . One of anti-rejection medications that I must take for tumor deterrent properties as well, so that the cancer is less likely to return, retails at $4,630.60 per month. Typically, my copay is $1,100 or more each month. While the drug manufacturer did help with the cost for 75 days worth of supply, there was no help to be found beyond that. The "where do I go from here" question could not be answered accurately by my prescribers, the pharmacy and the manufacturer. I would go to the sources they cited and was told they stopped last December, or they did not work with liver transplant patients. I did a lot of looking on line and calling. SimpleFill was out there and ready to listen to my situation and offer their help. I am so grateful to SimpleFill who placed me on the waiting list until the time was close enough for me to apply (Medicare enrollment had to come first) and SimpleFill was able to talk me through the process and time line for assistance to start.

My husband was diagnosed with severe Crohn's disease doctors started him on Remicade treatments, the treatments did not work, he was dying before our eyes, weight loss, constant pain, fistulas, surgeries, removal of intestines, losing all hope, no will to live, hardship on me our son, family members and friends was taking a toll on us all until our prayers were answered, that was when we heard about "Stelara a treatment for Crohn's disease, after two treatments it was life changing for my husband, until we were told that we needed to pay a $3500.00 co-payment, which we did not have, then our prayer were answered again, we were told about of the Assistance Program, called Simple Fill, which was the lifesaver of our story. Our experience with this company contributes to the overall performance they maintain with professional relationships with their clients internal and external is what saved my husband's life for a second chance.
