Singles50 Subscription

I cancelled my direct debit with plenty of notice, I checked my bank account today and there is a direct debit taken again recently. I contacted my bank and there was plenty notice given to cancel my direct debit a few months ago.

I will be contacting my bank again tomorrow, if there is another direct debit taken I will seek legal action and I will take this matter further.

I wish to hear from you very soon regarding the above matter.

Singles50 Fraud by Single50 to take two lots of £131.70 from my HSBC account.

Yesterday, January 15th, at 2.02pm i received a text message from my bank HSBC Fraud Department, stating that there had two attempts to withdraw £131.70 from my account using card details that i used to join Single50/Our Time several months ago.

They have corrected the Fraud, i have destroyed my card.

The Police will be informed.

I have not renewed my Subscription.

Why is there not a Customer Contact number at Single 50 for this reason?

Singles50 Membership

I clicked on a one month membership for €7.49 (just to see what the site was like before committing) and 29.96 was charged to my account - I declined the payment approval twice on Revolut but it still went through and I didn't want to pay that much nor do I want membership. I would like to have my money refunded and my subscription and membership cancelled. Its not for me! I have sent an email to customer service regarding same.

I emailed a cancel subscription on 05November 2022 ask to cancel subscription with immediate effect.

I fax to your offices submitting in print and now you are charging me a fee of r1200?

I'm not liable for it because I did cancel in advance

Please look into this matter and unsubscribe me with no further avail.

Singles50 Subscription taken from my account

Over a year ago I tried the site out and didn't like it. I cancelled the subscription and havent been on the site since. Let me note that I received no emails from the site since then. I cannot prove that I cancelled my membership other then I recieved no emails or visited the site since. I could not afford that amount of money anyway. When I saw the money taken out of my account on the 4th november 2022. I was unable to get hold of the bank as it was weekend. Tried to find the cancel subscription form but it was missing of their website? Had to cancel my card and I sent them an email to refund my money but refused. Its an absolute scam to make the cancel subscription so difficult. I can't even cancel my subscription now. They are a terrible company praying on people trying to find someone after we loose people through corvid. I feel absolutely helpless to their abuse of position in relation to taking funds.

Singles50 Dating app

On the 28-09-2022

This single50 app withdrew $299.40 from my account

I unsubscribed in first week of August nearly two months ago

I have looked up how to check subscription and unsubscribe there is nothing there to prove in my App Store about the subscription fee nothing saying anything about the single50 app

It also says in google if you can’t find the unsubscribed account it means it has already gone

I’ve emailed them they have said I haven’t unsubscribed

It’s a fraudulent app I’m only on Centrelink payments I can’t afford that kind of money leaving my account hence while I unsubscribed back in early August

They are a bunch of scammers

Singles50 I switched to J4Date.club I wish I knew about it before joining Singles50

Dishonest right from the start, they charge you 8 to 10 times the amount they indicate in the ad. I talked to quite a few women and all of them wanted me to send them money. Anyway, I switched to J4Date.club

and I built trust with them quickly. Now that I have had my second successful date through their service I'm positively overwhelmed. Things finally started to move. I'll never go back to Singles50, I'm done with that hoax! It's 90% scammer infiltated, so trust me, you will want to cancel. But their cancelation policy is a rip off because they like to steal money from their consumers. You will do your wallet a favour by avoiding this con company!

Singles50 Unauthorised credit card debit

Contacted company via email [protected]@singles50.com.au on 15th July 2022, to cancel the account in the name of Carolyn McAleese. Received a reply email Ticket#[protected] from their Customer service team Luxembourg, Commercial Register: B123206, Managing Director: Laetitia Pateau. Email stated “One of their colleagues will be in touch soon”. Have not received any communication from this company and a debit amount of AU $239.85 has been charged to the above named account on 13th October, 2022.

Desired outcome: Please refund and cancel the Singles50 profile account in the name of Carolyn McAleese.

Singles50 Unauthorized debit from my account

On the 10 September I signed up for 1 month trial period at R399. The site was full of scammers so just a week ago I went online to see if there were other complaints. I found lots. But more than that they were accused of taking unauthorised payments after the period had expired. I deliberately made sure there wasn't enough in my account and low and behold they tried to take R999 on the 10th October which is today. It was returned and I will have to go to my bank today to stop the payment as I am sure they will keep trying and getting funds back will be a problem.

I suspect that the whole organisation is a scam using scammers posing as members and trying to lure unsuspecting public and then the way the site is designed with misleading information on subscriptions and cancellation.

Desired outcome: They should be closed down, but at the very least for no further attempts at stealing my money and an apology

Singles50 unauthorised charges. misleading and dishonest and decieving charging information

paid for a one month only subscription om 16/07/2022 (as advertised)R400

on 16/08/2022 my acc was debited R1000.

I have tried my best to resolve this and get my money back but it is proving extremely difficult. it seems they make it extremely difficult on purpose. its an absolute shame and i know that the people behind it will get what the dish out. which amounts to extreme frustration and hardship on people who cannot afford the hidden costs and aggravtion required to resolve. shame on them and all associates.

Desired outcome: please refund. a response would be appreciated.

Singles50 Cancellation of subscription

I have been joining this website for a month trial on 02 March and have been sending them cancellation email as from the 10 March my emails never reach them as their email address don't exist. Yesterday they wanna deducted R999 out of my account but lucky there was not enough money into my account the people are frauds and I'm going to change my banking details as they are not getting a penny out of me... Singles50 Cancellation

When I sent the email with the cancellation page they asked for, the mail is returned with no phone number how do I contact these people to cancel?

I sent the email on Monday 14th March... I got it back on Tuesday 15th March. So if their emails are not working what are we supposed to do?

I have been unable to get a reply from a real person. I was about to upgrade to Premium on the site but only credit cards are accepted- I use a debit card. I believe the site is generating fake chat requests from women that may or may not even exist. I have used internet dating sites in the past Oasis.com being one I have met real people with since I can't pay to upgrade and no one sends a real reply I think Singles50 is primarily bogus

Singles50 Deducted money from my account R999

I received a message on my phone today (12 January. 2022 and again on the 12 February 2022) that an amount of R999.00 has been deducted from my bank account. I did not authorize! Please refund my account or I'll going to report this site to the ombits man and media. How can you deduct people's money without them giving you authorization to do so?

This is fraud do you now that? You steeling peoples money. I want my money back before the 20 of February 2022, or I'll going ahead to report you by every social media and the ombits man

Singles50 My account has been hacked please help

Hi I cannot log on to my account, it was hacked. Someone was sending messages on my account to people! I am using the right details I have checked many times. When I click forget password it says it will send an email to reset but I have tries many times and have not received ant reset email

I will open another account but this one needs to be fixed if possible
