I placed an order on this website, and when it still said my order was still processing after ten business days (the website boasts that it sends out all orders in three business days) I sent an e-mail to customer service asking what the delay was and stressed that I needed the shoes for an event the next month. They were quick to get back to me and told me my order should be shipping soon, if not the next day. Two weeks later the order still hadn't shipped, so I sent an e-mail explaining that there was no way the shoes would get to me in time for my event and that I would like to cancel the order and be refunded my money. No reply. After eight days, I sent another e-mail and once again received no reply. Sinister Soles updates their Facebook page very frequently and refers their potential customers to their customer service e-mail, so there is no doubt in my mind that I have been snubbed by this company. It is now a month later and my order still reads "processing", so I am currently involving them in a paypal dispute. I warn anyone against ordering from this site, unless you want to be lied to by their terrible customer service reps.

I had a similar experience. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and one pair of boots. They sent me the boots but never the shoes, I asked for a refund for the shoes and never hard from them again. It's been 4 months and no refund or answer to my countless email.

i ordered some boots for my friend and they have yet to come and i ordered them in Feb. and its Oct. now ive called various times left a message emailed them once and still no reply -_-

I had a similar experience! I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in May, and I'm still waiting for the second pair. Five months later, my order status still displays as "processing" too. I emailed customer service and called several times before getting any sort of response. Finally, I spoke with the owner and was told that the new employee wasn't working out and that my missing shoes were out of stock. Two months ago, I was told they were back in stock...but I'm still waiting. Will NEVER order from here again! And, it's too bad because they have a great selection and some of the best prices I've seen. But, if I never actually get the merchandise I order...it's no longer a good value. I've wasted a crap ton of my time and energy, and I've given up hope of receiving what I purchased, but I hope others read these reviews and save themselves a huge headache.

I also had simular problem with this company. I orderd boots and they did not fit. I called them and they said to send them back in and they would send out another pair. Two weeks later no boots so i called them back. When i called they said that they were back ordered on the boots and another pair would come in at the end of the week. I was already kind of annoyed because they should have called me or emails to let me know there was a delay on my order so i was not sitting around like some kind of a fool waiting for my boots. Than friday night i came home from work, still no boots so i called them back up. As i talked to the person on the phone they pulled up my order number and said they could not send me the boots or refund me. They said the boots i sent in "looked like they were worn for months". If they used basic logic they would have relized that it was not possible because i only ordered the boots a month ago. Also i only wore the boots around the house and made sure they were perfect when i sent them back in. I was very upset with them. I was lied to twice because the other person i talked to said they were back ordered and would send another pair in when in fact they did not. Than this person said the boots were "months old" and could not do anything about it. After complaining and threating to call the better bussiness bureau they said they would call me back next bussiness day to tell me what they could do for me... So i did get a call and they let me know that another pair would be sent out with the size i needed. They lied to me, did not contact me at all with emails or phone calls, took a very long time for me to get my product even though they got my money right away and were just very unprofessional the whole time. I do not recommened this company for anyone.

Wow...reading the complaints really helped me decide if I should order from sinister sole & its a definite NO! I love their selections however the fact that many of you have NEVER received your purchase its frightening, I mean I can deal with it being late but purchasing a product to never receive it is an EPIC FAIL! That's plain theft! I hope that this company has been reported, situations like this shouldn't continue ...& to think I was a click away in purchasing several items...yikes!

i ordered shoes and they did arrive quickly but they did not fit. I needed them for an event so i ordered the same shoes in another size and those arrived quickly too. The first pair were sent back in May and I am still trying to get my refund for them.. they keep telling me its coming and today i got this reply :
"Oh goodness. I am so sorry about this! It looks like our returns department processed your return as a store credit to your first order rather than refunding to your card. I haven't been able to locate the dates, but we may have been beyond the 60 day refund period... If you'd like we can either transfer the store credit to your second order (your password would enable login for this account), or we can issue refund via company check. Just let me know what you would prefer and I will take care of it right away. Thank you! -Lauren"
Ok, does that make any sense? I have a bad feeling that i will never see my refund and my single pair of shoes that fit is now going to cost the amount of two pairs plus double shipping! I will never order from them again!

My experience has been a positive one.
I ordered a pair of boots on 9/14/2015,
Their website does say that you should receive an e-mail notification within 48 hours stating the item shipped. I waited 4-5 days with no e-mail.
I e-mailed the company and within hours they e-mailed me back an apology and told me my boots would be shipped Tuesday. They even called my home phone and left a very pleasant message assuring me my boots would get there before the time I needed them. The next day I received the shipping notice and they made it safely to Canada.
I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. Their customer service is wonderful and they are extremely pleasant to do business with. I will be ordering from them again, I am sure.

No company is perfect, but errors must be remedied. A deserved refund is much less costly than a reputation as damaged as this.

I was going to order from this company and I am glad I read the review. I definitely will NOT now. It is a shame because they do have such a great selection of shoes. I do find that alot of these unknown companies with great selections of shoes, clothing or merchandise at a great price; usually have the same bad review. No product, no refund and no customer service. Apologies to all who lost.

I ordered two pairs of boots as a Christmas gift for my daughter from Sinister Soles. After reading the negative comments I immediately regretted my purchase. I emailed the company, asking for their assurance that I would be getting the boots before Christmas. What I found was the complete opposite of all the negative comments that I had read. They were extremely professional, answered any and all questions I had, and their customer service was impeccable. No company is perfect, no employee is without fault. Mistakes are made. But you cannot judge a companies integrity or professionalism by a few errors. My daughters boots arrived today. Three weeks before Christmas. They are stunning and she will love them. . I will definitely order from them again.

I ordered something from them on the 31st of last month,only email I got from them was order confirmation.. 2 days pst and I had no shipping info from them,no email about shipping or that my order has been shipped,I had emailed them daily with no reply. What crooks
