Bare Feet Shoes Online Ordering

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!

I use to shop here all the time. This particular store (Temple Hills, MD location) is closing down but I purchased a few pair of shoes online (I only wanted one pair but thought, why not order more and get free shipping). Terrible idea!

After 9 days, I had to email them asking when my shoes would ship. Someone emailed me back and said, "They will ship today". Great I thought, only to have received an email shortly after stating that the shoes I really wanted was out of stock. It took about another 6 days for my money to be reimbursed for the one pair and another about 24 days for me to actually receive my shoes.

When I finally received my shoes, I was so disappointed. The shoes looked very cheap and terribly made. I have been trying to return them since I received them in April 2016 (now June 2016). The only actual store I am aware of near me, the Temple Hills, MD location will not return or exchange the shoes since they are going out of business. When I look for other locations online, on PA locations are shown. At this point I may just drive the 2+ hours to PA just to return the shoes.

I am overall disgusted with this entire experience and will never shop here again. I will also be telling everyone I know to not shop here and I suggest you not shop here as well.

Bare Feet Shoes DO NOT ORDER

I placed an order for a pair of shoes and paid to have them shipped in an expedited manner. I recieved an email from Barefeet Shoes confirming my order. They also provided an order number that I could track on their website which did not work. I could not track my order on their site. Their 'customer service' number does not answer and is completely worthless. I sent them an email, to this date, no response. I placed my order on a Wednesday before 12:00PM EST. Two day shipping, the product should have arrived on Friday. I did not receive my item until Tuesday afternoon. They have been non-responsive to my request to refund the expedited shipping cost.

I will NEVER order from this company again. I refuse to patronize business that do not have integrity, nor value their customers.

You have been warned, place your order at your own risk!

This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with in my life! The customer service is so horrible that I had to file a complaint with FTC. No one answers the phone nor responds to emails. The products are very cheap price wise and quality wise. I received shoes that I had to return the same day because one shoe was ripped. I'm still trying to get my money back for the defective product and still haven't heard from them. It's been one month.

I place my order on April 12, 2013 @ 12 noon and paid 13.00$ for 2 day delivery it is now the 23rd of April and I still haven't received my package. I was also no able to track my order through their website nor have I been able to access the Barefeetshoe web page through my phone internet or my desktop. The customer service number doesn't work either no one picks up or it rings a couple time and then go to a busy signal. This was my first time ever ordering anything from Barefeetshoes website instead of going to the store and now I know to never order from there again.

I placed an order with bare-feet shoes at the beginning of the month, and have YET to receive my order period! They have the WORSE customer service that any business can have! Even though I love their shoes, their service is terrible and i will NEVER order anything else from the website. I have called and emailed them about my order not being received and no one has yet to answer the phone nor emailed me back! Shop at your own risk, but this has not been a pleasant experience with bare-feet shoes.

Bare Feet Shoes do not order from them

I ordered a romper and shoes for an event on a friday. They took the money out of my account on tuesday. I called on thursday to find out when my item would be shipped, and i was told it would be shipped that day. Because i did not get an email confirming that, i called back on monday and the lady on the phone told me she doesnt know what happened to my order and told me to call back at 3 if i still didnt receive an email. I called back and i was told the shoe was damaged and all they had was the romper. She told me the romper would be shipped and i would refunded for the shoe. The next day i was sent an email that the romper has been shipped and was given a tracking number. The next day i got an email saying the romper was out of stock and i would be refunded my money. So why was i told in the first place that it was shipped and given a tracking number. They did refund my money, but i was upset that it took them a week and half to tell me my order wasnt available.

Good afternoon,
Bought these shoes in Hamburg at SchuhKay, a big shoe department store in 2017 size 44 .
Look at this after one year . They where no exposed to the sun a lot.
Very unique and disapointing
