I've used SiteJabber since 2018, and it's by far my favorite website to use when I need more insight on a brand or service. I love how authentic and unfiltered each review is thanks to SiteJabbers promotion of that environment within the community that they've created. I personally, have also wrote reviews on a variety of brands and services from my own personal experience and perspective. I enjoyed having the ability to use my own pictures and videos as well as verifying my own proof of purchase and personal details that allow the review to be more detailed to the user. I especially liked the control I had over my reviews from creating it to publishing it. What I grew to enjoy was being able to connect with others on the website and sharing my own thoughts and opinions. Overall, I could not recommend this website more if you want an unbiased review on any brand or service.

I have written multiple reviews on Sitejabber and every single review I've written, good, bad, or whatever was published
I have written multiple reviews on Sitejabber and every single review I've written, good, bad, or whatever was published exactly the way I wrote it. I've seen some stuff online saying they pay people to write reviews or something like that. I can assure you that I have never ever been paid nor have I been approached about payment for creating reviews. Not by Sitejabber nor by any business. Sitejabbers reviews have been extremely helpful to me in finding online websites/businesses that are worth me spending my money with as well as those that I may be better off staying away from due to other customers experiences. This website ( rather, the customer reviews) have also helped me discover new online boutiques and businesses that I didn't know about before. It has a really great set up to make it easy to find a website by combing through subject (ex. Clothing) or alphabetical. They have a page that shows new businesses. And it's kind of fun in that when you do review businesses you can sort of reach certain levels. AND, you can even connect with other users like social media and make friends if you want. It's a useful but also fun website that helps find legit reviews, photos/videos of products people have purchased, and connects people with common interests. I love that I can find all the information I'm looking for in terms of users experience, in one place rather than going to *** and typing 'reviews for business "X" each and every time I want to make a purchase or a donation or check out various websites. It's all there in one place. And they've been around for a number of years too so I trust what I see. I'm sure there are some people who write bad reviews just because they had a personal problem with a business or maybe there's 1 or 2 5 star reviews written by friends of a certain website or store just to help them out, but I'm sure Sitejabber has some way of verifying legit reviews. Either way Ive trusted them for years and haven't been let down yet.

Sitejabber Review: Honest Feedback with Some Flaws
I gotta say, I've been using Sitejabber for a while now and it's been a pretty decent experience. However, there are a few things that could be improved upon.
First off, I've noticed that my reviews sometimes get edited or changed without my consent. I try to keep my language clean and within the guidelines of the site, but for some reason, my reviews still get altered. It's frustrating, to say the least.
Another issue I've come across is the auto-correct feature. It's not always accurate and can change the meaning of what I'm trying to say. I've learned to proofread my reviews before posting them, but even then, I've noticed some weird alterations.
And let's talk about the moderators for a second. I appreciate their efforts to keep the site clean and free of spam, but sometimes they make changes to my reviews that don't make sense. Plus, I've noticed that some of them don't speak English as their first language, which can lead to some confusing edits.
Now, let's talk about the swear filters. They're not foolproof, and there are ways around them if you know what you're doing. I've found that adding a couple of dashes in the middle of a swear word can sometimes get it past the filter. It's not ideal, but it works.
Despite these issues, I still think Sitejabber is a good resource for finding honest reviews. Unlike other sites like Yelp and Google, all reviews are live and there's no hiding of negative feedback. And while there are occasional fake reviews, they're usually pretty easy to spot.
Overall, I'd recommend Sitejabber to anyone looking for honest reviews of products and services. Just be aware of the issues I've mentioned and take them into consideration when writing your own reviews.
Sitejabber Review: High Costs and Biased Treatment towards Big Spenders with Technical Glitches and Inadequate Customer Service
Hello everyone, I recently came across Sitejabber and thought I would share my opinion. While some may have had positive experiences with the site, I have to say that based on my research and personal experience, Sitejabber leaves much to be desired.
For starters, I have read numerous reviews and forum posts from users who are unhappy with the way the site operates. Many have reported leaving the site due to various issues, including biased treatment towards those who spend more money, as well as inadequate customer service.
It seems that in order to have any success on the site, one must be willing to spend thousands of dollars per week - which is simply not feasible for most people. This kind of favoritism towards high spenders is disappointing to say the least, especially when it comes to a site that is supposed to be fair and unbiased.
In addition to the high costs, there are numerous reports of technical issues and other glitches that have left users frustrated and angry. For example, many have complained about losing connectivity right after hitting a jackpot, or discovering that their coins have been removed without any explanation. Despite numerous complaints to customer service, many have not received the help they need.
Overall, I would caution anyone considering using Sitejabber to proceed with caution. While it may have some positive attributes, the negative aspects of the site seem to outweigh its benefits. Instead, I would suggest looking for other review sites or forums that are more trustworthy and reliable.
Sitejabber Review: The Unreliable Online Platform for Authentic Reviews
When it comes to online reviewing platforms, Sitejabber is one that has gained a wide reputation for being a platform that is not entirely trustworthy. While this is not unique to Sitejabber alone, it seems that many fake reviews have been posted on this particular site. The issue with review sites like Sitejabber is that anyone can post reviews, and there are no measures in place to verify the identity of the reviewer. As such, competitors can post negative reviews to sabotage their rivals, and then the companies in question post positive reviews to counteract the negativity. This leads to a vicious cycle of fake reviews that can be hard to weed out.
Despite claims by Sitejabber that their site helps to prevent fraud, the reality is that it is one of the biggest mediums for fraud. This is alarming for anyone looking to make informed purchasing decisions based on legit reviews.
However, it is essential to note that not all review sites are unreliable. For example, Yelp is a much better source for real reviews, but they only review businesses, not websites. Therefore, it is necessary to look at a variety of review sites and read reviews from members who have been there for some time.
Until Sitejabber makes a commitment to clean up its site and make it more trustworthy, it is best for users to steer clear of it. It is essential to be vigilant and make informed decisions using various sources to avoid falling into the trap of fake reviews. Ultimately, this will save you money and heartache.

Sitejabber Review: The Ultimate Tool for Navigating the Online World Safely and Confidently
If you're new to the online world, you might be feeling overwhelmed by the sheer number of businesses that you encounter. Unfortunately, not all of them are trustworthy or reliable, and that's where Sitejabber comes in. As someone who has been working in IT for almost 20 years, I can wholeheartedly say that Sitejabber is one of the most valuable tools out there.
It's incredible how much the internet has changed since I first got an email address back in 1999. Back then, there was a general consensus that the internet should never be used for commerce, but of course, that didn't turn out to be the case. Nowadays, it seems like there's a new online business popping up every day, making it challenging to know who to trust.
That's where Sitejabber comes into play. It's a vast community of people sharing their experiences with thousands of websites, which can save you a lot of money and stress. Personally, before I do any transaction, I always check Sitejabber, and it's saved me from a lot of mistakes.
It's not just me who's benefited from Sitejabber's dedication to quality information; the site is filled with reviews from people who have experienced everything from fantastic customer service to outright scams. The reviews are more valuable than anything you could find elsewhere, and as such, I always check Sitejabber before making a decision to avoid making costly errors.
Furthermore, I think it's important to be part of the solution and contribute my reviews to help others avoid getting scammed. So, if you're new to the online world or looking for some advice, I highly recommend checking out Sitejabber. They're an invaluable resource with an active community, and I couldn't recommend them more. I'd give Sitejabber 5 stars without hesitation, and I hope that they continue to grow and help people in the future.
AirCare Solutions A/C Service and Duct Cleaning: A Dishonest and Greedy Company to Avoid!
Have you ever seen one of those too-good-to-be-true ads promising to clean your A/C vents for a measly $19.99? Well, I thought I knew better. But unfortunately, this company - AirCare Solutions A/C Service and Duct Cleaning - managed to swindle me out of a whopping $600. And to make matters worse, they also managed to scam my elderly mother who lives only two buildings away from me.
Their supposed method of operation was simple - they were meant to come to my mother's place, perform the cleaning and once she approved, it would then be done on my property. However, they skipped the second step and left my home unlocked! Unsurprisingly, it only went downhill from there.
To begin with, they never even put me on their books on the first day, causing us to miss our appointment slot. They then rebooked for a later time, only to not show up yet again. After finally managing to speak to a supervisor, they bluntly told me that I wasn't getting my money back. Keep in mind that I had already paid for a service that was never rendered.
As expected, I immediately called my credit card company and demanded an itemized bill and spoke to their supervisor. Neither of which I received. I was left with no choice but to eventually pay someone else to attach my dryer hose. The entire experience made me livid, and it's something that any unsuspecting customer should avoid at all costs.
I wanted to use my experience to forewarn others of the underhanded tactics of companies like this. If you see an ad or come across AirCare Solutions A/C Service and Duct Cleaning, avoid them like the plague! This is a company that preys on the elderly with dishonest policies. Stay safe and take caution! Ivy from Sunrise, Florida.
Mixed Thoughts on Sitejabber: A Detailed Review of the Online Business Review Site
Sitejabber is a website that allows users to write reviews and rate different online businesses. The website provides a platform for both consumers and businesses, in order to facilitate the sharing of experiences, opinions, and advice. While the concept is great, Sitejabber doesn't always operate up to its potential.
As someone who has personally used the site, I have a mixed opinion about my experience. On one hand, I appreciate the detailed reviews, and I find that the site is a good source of information regarding different online businesses. In fact, I came to the site today while researching a merchant website. The reviews were informative and well-written, and I was able to gather useful information.
However, I encountered a few issues while using the site that frustrated me. First, I noticed that I was unable to vote for reviews that I found helpful, even when I was logged in to my account. I received an error message stating that I had already voted, even though I knew that I had not, which caused me some confusion. Moreover, when I did finally log in, I noticed that I was unable to vote at all, as the option to do so had seemingly disappeared.
Another issue I had with Sitejabber was how difficult it is to navigate the site. While the homepage is user-friendly and provides access to different reviews, I found it challenging to search for specific reviews or businesses. Furthermore, I thought that the design of the site could be improved, as it seemed outdated and slow to load.
Despite these issues, I still appreciate the concept of Sitejabber and think that it can be an excellent resource for online shoppers. I do wish that it were easier to use and that these problems were resolved, but overall, I believe that Sitejabber holds value for users who are looking to share their experiences and learn from others.
SiteJabber Review: A Helpful Resource with a Few Caveats
I have discovered SiteJabber to be an immensely helpful resource when it comes to researching businesses online. However, I also agree with several other reviewers that it appears that the majority of reviews on the site seem to lean towards the negative. While this isn't necessarily a drawback to the site, as it's only logical that people will post negative reviews out of disappointment or frustration, it does skew the overall perception of a company somewhat.
Regardless of this fact, I have personally benefited from SiteJabber when a company that I dealt with didn't provide me with an adequate solution to my problem. Left with no other recourse, I turned to SiteJabber to share my experience, and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the company's prompt response with a resolution that was satisfactory to me. Without SiteJabber, I'm doubtful that I would have received such a swift and positive response.
However, one issue that I've observed while researching a few companies on SiteJabber is the sheer volume of obviously fake reviews for them. These reviews appear to be written by people who were likely paid to post positive comments about the companies in order to bolster their scores. What I found encouraging was that SiteJabber provides a way for users to report fake reviews, and I've flagged these fake reviews when I've come across them.
That being said, SiteJabber is a fantastic resource that I will continue to utilize when researching businesses online. While there's always room for improvement, I find that their efforts to keep businesses accountable and eliminate fake reviews are noble endeavors that are beneficial to everyone.
Deception and Conflict of Interest on Sitejabber: A Review of the Website's Practices
Sitejabber is a website that many people use to seek information about businesses that they are planning to use or purchase from. The site supposedly provides a platform for customers who have utilized the services to share their experiences and opinions about the business publicly, giving others a chance to make informed decisions. Unfortunately, it has come to light that Sitejabber is not always honest with its users, and their practices are quite questionable.
To start with, it is evident that Sitejabber uses various techniques to deceive unsuspecting users for its own benefit. It is all well and good to expect to get genuine feedback and reviews about businesses, but it turns out that most of the reviews are fake. The management pays writers to create fake reviews to help businesses benefit from their services, which is incredibly unethical. This is quite unfortunate as it raises many questions about the authenticity of the reviews available on the site.
Moreover, there is an apparent conflict of interest between this site and the businesses it is supposed to review. Sitejabber is receiving federal funding to run the site, and at the same time, they offer businesses services to boost their visibility by providing fake reviews. This is a massive conflict of interest and is against Sitejabber’s terms of service. Such practices are fraudulent and should be illegal, and it is not surprising that they have warranted complaints to bodies like the FBI and FTC.
To add insult to injury, Sitejabber has a disclaimer that supposedly assures users of the site’s legitimacy. However, upon scrutiny, this disclaimer is quite ironic, if not outright misleading. It transparently states that the site reviews good sites publicly and reports instances of fraud, scams, and complaints, but it doesn’t acknowledge the fake reviews that their management pays for.
In summary, Sitejabber’s practices raise understandable concerns about its trustworthiness. The fact that it uses federal funding to run and at the same time fuels fraudulent practices is disturbing. The management pays for fake reviews to benefit businesses, which is not only unethical but illegal in many jurisdictions. They need to address these issues and make the necessary changes to ensure transparency and legitimacy.
Sitejabber: A Supportive Community That Helped Me Get My Money Back From WIGSIS
Sitejabber is a fantastic platform that has given me hope and encouragement during my time of need. I was scammed by a company (WIGSIS) and I was truly upset. However, after using Sitejabber to share my experience, I was able to connect with others and learn that I was not alone in my experience. The community on Sitejabber is a supportive and helpful one and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is experiencing similar issues.
In my situation, I fought tooth and nail to get my money back from WIGSIS. I refused to give up, even when they denied my request for a refund. Despite WIGSIS hoping that I would give up, I persisted and eventually turned to PayPal for assistance. I explained my situation to PayPal and they were able to help me by reviewing my case and providing me with useful information.
One of the things that really stood out to me was that PayPal has a policy where they give you a refund on the return postage (up to $45) when you buy something through their platform. This was incredibly helpful and allowed me to get my money back for the postage that I spent returning the wig.
Overall, Sitejabber was an invaluable resource for me during this difficult time. I was able to connect with others, learn from them, and ultimately get my money back. I would highly recommend Sitejabber to anyone who is experiencing similar issues or is interested in learning more about a company before making a purchase. Thank you, Sitejabber!
Site Jabber: A One-Sided Approach to Reviews
I stumbled upon Site Jabber while trying to address a negative review of a website that I co-own. Initially, I was excited about the concept of a platform where individuals could share their experiences, both good and bad, with various websites. I was hoping to engage in some productive dialogue and thoughtfully address any concerns that had been raised.
However, I quickly became disheartened when I posted a rebuttal to the negative review and it was immediately buried. It was almost as if my response was invisible to other users, and it could only be found by going directly to my profile. I hypothesized that perhaps the administrators thought I was just trying to promote my own site, but that was not my intention whatsoever.
In my opinion, it is counterproductive and unfair to allow one side of any issue to be presented while the other side has no chance to respond. This type of one-sided approach to reviews smacks of mob-rule mentality, and it does not promote transparency or integrity. Consumer protection is not just about allowing individuals to voice their grievances but also about giving businesses an opportunity to address and correct them. As a website owner, I take my membership and reputation seriously and want to ensure that my customers are satisfied.
It seems to me that Site Jabber is more interested in giving users a chance to jab at websites than giving businesses a chance to respond. To live up to their 2010 top 100 site rating, Site Jabber should make the platform a two-way street, so that both website owners and customers can have an honest and productive conversation about both positive and negative experiences. I believe that Site Jabber's users are intelligent enough to read both sides of any issue presented and make an informed decision regarding their interactions with various websites.
