Mixed Feelings About Chicken Smoothie
As someone who has been a longtime user of Chicken Smoothie, I have experienced both the positives and negatives of the platform. On one hand, the concept of collecting and dressing up pets is engaging, and the user-made adoptables add a unique touch to the experience. However, the site has its drawbacks. The community can be toxic, with instances of bullying and unfair treatment by moderators. The staff's handling of certain situations, such as accusations of cheating or inappropriate behavior, can leave users feeling frustrated and misunderstood. While the art community is vibrant, the overall management of the site, especially in terms of enforcing rules and addressing user concerns, falls short. Despite its potential for fun, the negative aspects of Chicken Smoothie can overshadow the enjoyment for many users. Proceed with caution if you decide to engage with this platform.
Amazing!
I've been on this site for 3 years now and it's great!
The staff are kind and welcoming!
The demand is a little high for some pets but it's still fun!
Wonderful game
I have been on cs since october 2018. I enjoy playing. There are some players that are rude and will block you for no reason. But not everyone is going to like you no matter what.
-
Pros
- Diverse pet collection system
- Active trading community
- Monthly pet and item updates
- Creative user-designed content
- Free-to-play, no mandatory costs
-
Cons
- Limited appeal beyond niche audience
- No tangible product or service offered
- Potential for user engagement decline
- Competition from larger virtual pet games
Very nice game
Chicken smoothie is a wonderful website. I have never had any problems with them; there are little to no glitches and contacting them is a breeze. You get a direct response from a real person every time and they are always able to help. For any concerned parents, I can assure you that the website is well moderated to prevent swearing, sharing of personal information, and inappropriate subjects. While there are adults on here, I've never seen any problems with pedophiles, and the risk of such are low anyways because of the moderation. Overall, it is a quality game filled with kind people where kids of all ages can have fun. I recommend it.
Unfair Trading Policies and Bans on Chicken Smoothie - A Review
Me and my step sis got introduced to Chicken Smoothie by our future sis-in-law years ago and we loved it! We played it together all the time. But let me tell you, trading with actual friends is a big no-no apparently. Like, what's wrong with trading with people you actually know? It's weird that you can't play with your real-life friends and family without being accused of cheating. And get this, it's free to join and the rarity system is gone, so how can anyone cheat? And why would they even want to? But no, they banned the two people who actually gave them money. My active sis had $60 chicken dollars in her account and they probably won't even compensate for that. And get this, I just wanted to get my password so I could play with my sis again and they banned my whole family and removed all the pets from the account they gave me access to. Like, what was the point of that? They could've just told me to make a new account. I could've still looked at my old collection and tried to get it back through hard work and dedication. But no, we're all automatic cheaters apparently.
Chicken Smoothie Review: Poorly Managed, Unfriendly Staff, and Inappropriate Artwork
This website, Chicken Smoothie, is not a place you want to be. The staff here are not friendly and they love to abuse their power. It's really sad to see a website that is supposed to be for kids be managed so poorly. The new events are boring and repetitive, and they don't last very long. It's always the same thing over and over again.
When I was a kid playing on this website, I was always scared to get a message from any of the colorful usernames (staff). They just seemed so mean and unfriendly. And to make matters worse, each moderator has a different understanding of the rules. So you might get a warning from one, and then be told it's okay by another. It's really confusing and frustrating.
And don't even get me started on the artwork that is posted on this website. The moderators don't even deal with questionable and potentially upsetting artworks. I mean, come on! This is supposed to be a child-friendly website. But instead, they let all kinds of gross stuff be posted on the forums. If I had a young child playing on this website, I would be really upset if they saw some of the things that are posted here.
And to make matters worse, the moderators don't even seem to care. They just reply that it's okay and move on. It's really disrespectful to the users who are trying to enjoy the website. One artwork that they didn't remove was even fetus-based! And the user was only banned after they drew genitalia on the system. Like, seriously? Wasn't the questionable stuff before a big enough red flag?
Overall, I would not recommend this website to anyone. The staff are mean and unfriendly, the events are boring and repetitive, and the artwork is questionable at best. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from Chicken Smoothie.
Chicken Smoothie Review: Fun Game, Terrible Service and Unfair Moderators
Let me tell you about Chicken Smoothie, the online game where you can collect and trade virtual pets. First off, the people who run this game, the moderators and staff, they act like they're better than everyone else. They don't answer half the questions I ask, even though they always say to ask them if we have any. And they're really unfair to certain people, like Anouki. It's like they think they're the boss of everything and everyone.
But what really gets me is how they treat kids. I get it, they want to keep the site safe and all, but they're so harsh and threatening. It's not gonna make the kids behave better, it's just gonna make them scared and not want to play anymore. My sister had an account on Chicken Smoothie too, and she wanted to give me some of her pets. But then they accused me of cheating with two accounts and banned her account. That's just not fair.
Overall, the service on Chicken Smoothie is terrible. And most of the mods are so full of themselves. That's probably why the game only has a rating of 1.79 stars. And I bet it's gonna go down even more.
But you know what? The game itself can be fun. If only the mods weren't constantly on your tail over every little thing. I've seen people do some pretty explicit stuff and break the rules, but they get away with it. But if you do something even slightly wrong, they come down on you like a ton of bricks.
So, I give the site itself a 5 out of 10. The players get a 3 out of 10. And the mods? Well, let's just say they get a solid 0.2 out of 10. They're a bunch of horrible staff.
Unprofessional and Rude Staff at Chicken Smoothie - A Disappointing Experience
The staff at Chicken Smoothie are extremely unprofessional and rude. I had a terrible experience with them recently. Let me explain what happened.
I am part of a system and one of my alters, who is a young child, created a Chicken Smoothie account back in 2014. Years later, I created a new account because I had forgotten about the old one. I asked the CS staff for help numerous times to access the old account, but they were not helpful at all. Eventually, I managed to access the account with the help of my child alter. I then sent a trade to transfer all of my child alter's pets to our new account, and asked for the old account to be deactivated.
However, to my shock, every single pet was reverse traded without any warning or explanation. I was devastated, especially since my child alter had spent years collecting these pets. I explained the situation to the staff and even told them not to flag me as cheating. I also asked them to delete the old account so that it wouldn't look suspicious. But despite all this, they still took away my pets and refused to give them back.
What's worse is that my child alter is only seven years old and was extremely upset by this. They had become obsessed with collecting these pets and had put so much time and effort into it. It was incredibly callous of the staff to delete them without any warning or explanation.
I later found out that the staff had been receiving my support questions but had not bothered to reach out to me with any suggestions or solutions. This is completely unacceptable. The rule they cited for taking away my pets doesn't even make sense. Every other pet site allows trading to a new account as long as it's not suspicious, especially if the old account is deleted.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience on Chicken Smoothie. I will never use this site again and would not recommend it to anyone. The staff are unprofessional, rude, and abuse their power. It's a shame because the site itself has a lot of potential, but the staff's behavior ruins the entire experience.
Chicken Smoothie Review: Beware of Bullying and Poor Moderation
This website, Chicken Smoothie, is not for the faint of heart. If you're sensitive to bullying, I suggest you steer clear. I've been a victim of bullying on this site and it's not a pleasant experience. People will block you for no reason, simply because they don't agree with your beliefs or opinions. It's a free-for-all on this site, with no strict rules like on Discord. Unfortunately, this means that bullies can run rampant and the moderators don't seem to be doing much about it.
I've reported many instances of bullying to the mods, but they don't seem to be taking it seriously. It's like they're turning a blind eye to the situation, so they don't have to get involved. The forums are poorly managed and the bullying is under-managed by the helpers and site mods. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone who's vulnerable, has experienced bullying in real life, or is sensitive when it comes to their mental health.
Despite the fact that you can adopt pets on the site, the forums are a mess. The bullying and people blocking others for no reason at all or because of someone's opinions and viewpoints is out of control. I was initially drawn to the site because of the concept, but as soon as I experienced the targeting, bullying, and people blocking me for no reason at all, the joy I felt at first was gone. I'm now severely angry at the mods who created this site and who aren't putting stricter guidelines down for bullying and blocking people.
In conclusion, I'm disappointed by the site and think it's getting too much attention for how great it is. As soon as you get to know the community, you'll see that it's a terrible place to be. The mods need to step up their game and start taking bullying seriously. Until then, I suggest you find another site to adopt pets from.
Terrible Customer Service and Accusations: My Experience with Chicken Smoothie
I remember when the password security thing got breached on Chicken Smoothie and all the simple passwords got locked. It was a real pain in the neck. But that wasn't the worst of it. Recently, I tried to log into my account, which I made when I was younger, and found out that it had been locked. I wanted to get back to trading pets for art, which is something I really enjoy. The independent artist community on Chicken Smoothie is absolutely amazing.
However, I couldn't remember the fake birthday I used when I made the account. I thought I was so slick with my "18+" age to access whatever when I was like 13. My email address had been perma locked through Hotmail, so I couldn't use that to reset my password. I reached out to the help team and gave them a detailed description of a story I had written on CS, pets in hidden boxes that I had collected, store pets I had, my personal art store that I ran, and I even showed them my deviant art where I made and posted art for other CS users.
But instead of helping me, they accused me of going onto CS for darker purposes. I mean, come on, who didn't write fake ages to access more stuff on websites when they were young? I did it all the time. All my friends on my friends list were users who had been part of CS since I started way back when or people I knew in real life. Everyone I communicated with outside of the trading, buying, and selling of art or pets was my own age.
The customer service was horrible and the accusation made me feel disgusting. It's a real shame because I want to support artists and get art of my characters at a good deal. For example, I got a pet for free instead of for money. But at this point, it isn't even worth it. I don't recommend getting attached to any pets or pictures you might get because obviously they aren't invested in keeping you as a consumer. And if you happen to get OC art from there, for goodness sake save it somewhere else.
Avoid the staff at all cost. Enjoy the pictures of the pets but don't expect to keep them if there is an error with your account. And above all, don't buy pets from their store. You won't be getting them back if you ever get locked out. It's a real shame because the art is amazing, but the customer service is just terrible.
Chicken Smoothie Review: Power-Tripping Mods and Inconsistent Enforcement of Rules
My kids and their friends love using Chicken Smoothie (CS). But as a parent, I have access to their private messages and I was shocked to see the power tripping attitude some of the mods have. It's unbelievable that they forget they're dealing with kids. Yes, kids need to follow rules, but the staff needs to be fair and consistent when enforcing them.
I have over 20 years of experience dealing with online communication, sites, forums, and user interaction. I know what fair rules are and what over the top power tripping staff looks like. Unfortunately, CS has quite a few mods who are bullies and shouldn't be in those positions. They use their power to threaten and bully kids.
My friend's kid got threatened with a permanent ban for something so silly that other users do all the time with no consequence. This kid spent a lot of time and real-life dollars on CS, loved creating the artwork, and had a big mental health/depression crash after receiving this threat of permanent ban. His parents had no choice but to pull the plug on CS because the bad attitude by mods there had serious consequences on his mental health.
I've also seen numerous examples of other users not getting any warnings/messages for the same thing. It's not fair that some kids get punished while others don't. It's also not fair that some mods use their power to intimidate and bully kids.
If your child wants to use this site, I suggest you sit right next to them every time. Make sure they're following the rules and that they're not being bullied by mods or other users. It's important to monitor your child's online activity and to make sure they're safe.
Also, we've heard too many creepy stories about CS not doing anything about grooming style behaviors by members against minors that took place on other sites. CS should look at the evidence supplied to them and ban those creeps from their site. It's important to keep our kids safe online, and CS needs to do their part.
Chicken Smoothie Review: Scary Mods, Overpriced Adoptables, and Creepy 18+ Boards
I've been a member of Chicken Smoothie for almost a decade now, and I gotta say, I've got some major regrets. The mods on this site are downright scary and don't seem to care about the community at all. And don't even get me started on the people they put in charge - they're always playing favorites and breaking the rules themselves.
The main draw of Chicken Smoothie is the adoptable characters that get released every month. But let me tell you, after being on this site for so long, I can confirm that they're not all they're cracked up to be. There's no real benefit to collecting them, and there's no way to customize them like you can on other sites. Plus, everyone has the same chance to get the same pets and items. Sure, there are supposed to be "rarity limits," but it's super easy to cheat the system with alternate accounts or by teaming up with your friends.
And don't even get me started on the 18+ boards. Even though there's no sexual content allowed, it's still pretty creepy to see kids on there pretending to be adults. It's just not a good look for the site.
The art forums and roleplay forums are the worst, in my opinion. The mods on the art forums are super inconsistent, punishing people for the tiniest infractions while letting others get away with posting inappropriate content. And as for the roleplay forums, well, let's just say that one-word posts don't exactly make for a great roleplaying experience.
But the absolute worst part of Chicken Smoothie has got to be the user-made adoptables. I've never seen such blatant overcharging for such basic character designs. And even though there are rules against it, the mods and admins turn a blind eye to it all. Plus, the creators of these adoptables are often super abusive to their users, which is just not okay.
Overall, I'd say skip Chicken Smoothie and try out a different site instead. Furvilla, Mweor, and Pokefarm are all good options if you're looking for adoptables with a forum. Trust me, you'll be much happier elsewhere.
Chicken Smoothie Review: Disappointing, Unsafe, and Unfair Trading System
I gotta say, Chicken Smoothie is a real disappointment. I've been a member since '06 and it's just gone downhill. It's like the mods have all the power and they abuse it. They're so rude to everyone, even adults! And forget about talking to your real-life friends or family on the site, that's an auto-ban for "cheating". So you're stuck trading with strangers who might get you banned anyway if they don't like the value of your trade. And the rarity system is trash, so who even knows what's valuable? I've been banned for trading with someone who wanted what I had, even though we both agreed it was a fair trade. And the other person got banned too! It's ridiculous.
I'm not even sure how this site is still up and running. There are so many pedophiles on there, and I suspect some of the mods might be too. They're so distant and rude, and they never do anything to fix the problems. If you have an issue, you get banned. Forget about forgetting your password, that's an auto-ban too. And some people can say whatever they want, no matter how rude or foul, but if you call them out on it, you get banned. There's no consistency with the mods, and the creator doesn't seem to care at all. Even if you've been a paying member for years, they don't care if you have a problem. And don't even get me started on the inappropriate RP that goes on there. This is supposed to be a kids' site, but it's not safe at all.
I'm so disappointed that I wasted my time and money on this site. It could have been great, but the mods ruined it. I hope more people speak out about the problems with Chicken Smoothie. It's not worth your time or money. There are so many better sites out there.
Chickensmoothie Review: A Former User's Traumatic Experience with the Oekaki Forums and Poor Moderation
I started using Chickensmoothie back in 2011, after my previous online community was deleted. As a 13-year-old, I was looking for a new place to call home, and Chickensmoothie seemed like the perfect fit. The website had a lot of features, and the community was thriving. However, my experience on Chickensmoothie changed drastically over time, and I want to share my story with you.
When I first joined Chickensmoothie, I was immediately drawn to the oekaki forums. It was a place where users could create art, adoptable characters, and have fun. However, what I didn't realize was that this would bring me years of abuse and trauma that I still live with today at 21.
The oekaki forums are not well-regulated, and this is where I met an adult who I will call "B." B was interested in roleplaying with a character I had created a few months prior in a contest. We became friends, added each other on Skype, and roleplayed for a long time. However, B did many things that I don't want to speak about. One thing that stands out is when I was only 15 years old, B made a Skype group chat with myself and several other people. There were about 8 or 9 minors in the chat, including myself, and 3 adults, including B. B, one of the other adults, and a 17-year-old (a minor in her state) would post NSFW content in the group. We asked to be left alone, but they would repeatedly add us back and harass us with disgusting RP concepts. B had admitted to many disgusting things, including having a crush on me when I was a minor, dating a minor online, and being attracted to things I didn't need to know about.
The worst part is that because this happened on Skype, nothing could be done. I didn't report this to the Chickensmoothie mods, but someone else did. They were told that since it happened off-site, nothing could be done. On a children's website, someone over the age of 18 dated a minor, and they didn't remove them because the proof was on Skype. It's just lovely, isn't it?
But it doesn't end there. The oekaki forums continue to get worse. Recently, two 18+ users were found out having Twitter accounts depicting underage characters in sexual situations. One of these users owns a very popular adoptable species on the website that you can breed. But specifically, you can breed two characters that are second cousins. Yes, incest. This person also has a hidden rule for banned users from said adoptables that is illegal. My friend group has been trying for years to get this taken care of with no luck. The only progress I made is when I reported them for the illegal rule, but despite this, it still goes on behind the scenes. Not to mention the fact that the staff of this adoptables bullied a minor off all art websites, and Chickensmoothie staff assisted in banning them from the site. They were a COPPA user!
I've seen artists blatantly breaking oekaki forum rules and getting a pass because they were popular or the oekaki moderator happened to like them. I love that the oekaki moderators blatantly abuse their power! What a great children's website!
This is just a drop in the bucket of things I've seen on Chickensmoothie. It is not safe for children, and I urge you not to let your kids on this website. Please, dear God, fix your moderation.

Chicken Smoothie Review: Beware of Toxic Community
Chicken Smoothie ain't worth your time, mate. If you're just looking to collect some pets, it's alright, but the people on there are a real piece of work. They're so toxic, it's like they're trying to poison the whole site. Some of them spend all their time looking for reasons to cancel other users. It's a real shame, but you gotta stay away from that crowd if you know what's good for you.
Review of Chicken Smoothie: Cute Pets and Designs, but Room for Improvement in Customer Service
I've been a member of Chicken Smoothie for a while now and I gotta say, I really enjoy the pets and designs on this site. However, I did have a bit of a run-in with someone on the site when I was feeling pretty angry. I told them to "use their head" and they got upset, saying that I was bullying and harassing them. I mean, come on, it wasn't that bad, was it?
Overall, I think the staff on this site could be a bit more friendly. They don't seem to be very approachable or helpful when you have questions or concerns. It would be great if they could work on improving their customer service skills.
Despite these issues, I still enjoy using Chicken Smoothie and will continue to do so. The pets and designs are just too cute to resist!
Chicken Smoothie Review: Fun Game, But Is It Too Liberal for Kids?
Chicken Smoothie is a cool game if you're into collecting and trading items. It's a fun way to pass the time and meet new people. However, there are some things about this site that can be a bit off-putting. For one, it's super liberal. You can't go anywhere without seeing someone flaunting their homosexuality or some other thing in their name, profile picture, or signature. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm all for people expressing themselves and being who they are, but this is a KIDS game. There are children playing this game, and it's not appropriate for them to be exposed to this kind of thing. It's supposed to be a family-friendly site, but it's really not. It's a shame because the game itself is really fun, but the liberal agenda is just too much.

Disappointing Experience with Chicken Smoothie: Unresponsive Admins and Unfair Treatment
Chicken Smoothie is a website that I've been using for a while now, but I have to say, I'm not too impressed with it. Whenever I try to suggest ideas to make the site better, they always reject it. It's really frustrating because I feel like my opinions aren't being heard. And to make matters worse, the admins and administrators are really rude.
One time, I made a topic about what color hair I have, and some rude administrator locked it just because a topic like that already existed. I mean, come on, can't we just have a friendly conversation about our hair? It's not like I was breaking any rules or anything.
Another thing that really bothers me is that the admins and administrators make custom pets for themselves, but not for the people who actually play the game. It's just not fair. We're the ones who are spending our time and energy on this site, so why can't we get some cool custom pets too?
Overall, I think the whole site's admins and administrators should be locked out from this site. They're really unfair and they don't listen to their users. It's the rudest and most annoying thing ever. I hope they start to change their ways soon, or else I might have to find a new website to use.
Unfairly Banned from Chicken Smoothie: Frustrating Experience with Site Administrators
I recently had an experience on Chicken Smoothie that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. While playing with my sister, I received a gift that resulted in me being banned from the site. I couldn't believe it - I had never been banned from anything before! I tried explaining the situation to the site administrators, but they didn't seem to care. In fact, Tess's response was that it looked like I was cheating rather than just trading with my family. She told me that if I wanted to continue playing, I would have to create a new account and make sure that every gift I received was evenly balanced. How was I supposed to do that? It seemed like an impossible task.
I understand that sites like Chicken Smoothie need to have rules in place to prevent cheating and ensure fair play. But in this case, I felt like the administrators were being too strict and not taking the time to listen to my side of the story. It's frustrating to be punished for something that wasn't even my fault.
Overall, I think Chicken Smoothie could benefit from being a little more lenient when it comes to banning users. After all, it's just a silly game - why take it so seriously? I hope that in the future, the site administrators will be more understanding and willing to work with users to resolve issues. Until then, I'll be looking for other sites to play on.
Chicken Smoothie Review: A Pet Collector's Paradise with Limited Interaction
I gotta say, I'm not much of a social butterfly, so I can't really give you the lowdown on the community vibes over at Chicken Smoothie. But if you're like me and just love collecting pets, then this site might be worth a gander. It's the kind of place where you can easily lose track of time, especially since new pets only come out once a month and it takes a hot minute for them to grow up into their full glory.
Now, I will say that things can get a bit stale around here. I mean, the site hasn't really changed much since way back in 2010. No fun little mini games to play, no real way to interact with your pets beyond just looking at them, and nothing to really work towards or earn in-game. It can be a bit of a snooze-fest, if you catch my drift. But hey, if you're just in it for the pets, then maybe that's not such a big deal.
Chicken Smoothie Review: Frustrations with Staff and Obnoxious Users
I've been a part of Chicken Smoothie for over 11 years now, and while I still enjoy it, I have noticed that it's not as great as it used to be. The people in charge are so rude, they don't seem to care about anything, and they definitely have their favorites. It's frustrating to see that some users are worried about the future of the site, but the staff just brushes them off and locks the thread. It's like they don't care about the community at all.
Another thing that bothers me is how obnoxious some of the users can be. I know that Chicken Smoothie is a safe place for kids, but come on, if you can't act decent, then you shouldn't be on the internet at all. It's not fair to the other users who just want to have a good time.
I do spend money on the site, as you can see from the red marks on my profile, and I feel like if enough paying users are complaining about something, then the staff should listen. It's not good for the site if they ignore the concerns of their users.
Overall, I still like Chicken Smoothie, but I wish the staff would be more respectful and listen to the community. And I hope that the obnoxious users will learn to behave themselves so that everyone can have a good time.
Disappointing Changes and Rude Users: A Review of a Once-Fun Website
This website used to be super fun, but now it's kind of a mess. They got rid of this thing called the "list" and now trading your pets is all messed up. People are asking for way too much for some pets and then they try to rip you off when you're trying to trade. It's really frustrating. And everyone is so rude now! They never edit their posts and when they say they're looking for trades, they really just want to see what they can get and then they cancel everything. It's so annoying. I used to love this website, but now it's just not the same. They got rid of the rarity list and they also got rid of this thing where you could vent about stuff that was bothering you. It's like they don't even care about their users anymore. I'm really disappointed.
The only positive is the art is cute. Full of scammers, their Christmas event with "rares" is scamming central, the staff members are so nasty! Children play this game and yet people are so toxic!
