I was asked to provide my location so they can show me restaurants within 5 miles from me, the 1st option was a pizza place 22 miles away. Me thinking that this artificial stupidity would OVIOUSLY not show me a restaurant 22 MILES AWAY as the first hit. I mean, it asked for my location for a reason, right? WRONG! Not even a head's up that the place I chose is 22 MILES AWAY, nope. Now I am supposed to swallow the lost of $30.50!? And I'm sorry if that seems petty to the entitled, but I don't appreciate how customer service has handled this situation and I hate that I have to call customer support at all. I never called Uber's, Doordash's or Grubhub's customer service. THEY KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING! I earned a free pizza, but I have to spend $15 to get it... Um, what? An easy way to fail quickly.
Desired outcome: A REFUND!!!!!
