On 11/6/22 my device was installed into my Nissan Armada. I had the same device a year earlier and it fried my battery my Radio and my AC quit working. I sold the car purchased a Ford Mustang had device reinstalled and less than 6 weeks later radio went out and today my AC stopped working. The 1st installment was in the Euless TX location second was the Denton TX location. I do not belive that it is just a coincidence that the exact same thing has happened to 2 different cars shortly after installment. I 100% believe this is due to poorly trained technicians that have no electrical or car experience just a certification to install the equipment. I also had to have them jump my 1st car after a calibration because it would not start. That is when the battery was fried and I had complete electrical failure to the car. I belive that Smart Start should run a diagnostic test and be financially responsible for the failures due to connections not properly being installed to the vehicle causing electrical failures.
Desired outcome: Have diagnostic test and pay for damages.
