This is not as much a complaint as a last effort to get useful info and follow through. This situation stems from local rep Changing a few times, a move across country, an employment break due to an estate that became my legal responsibility to inventory and close out, and an unauthorized payment burning the money I left aside to fund fuel to a new job to get and stay current on payments.
But here are the most important details as they pertain to our agreement... I have been trying to resolve my severely delinquent account by turning in my prolink edge that I had bought for personal use as I deemed fit; with intention to advocate for owner operators as I built to dedicated professional use.
Lemony Snickett couldn't make up the unfortunate events in sequence that lead to being behind, and my sinking every resource into running down SOCs chosen turn in rep in my area was impossible with a guy that would never tell me where to meet him before necessity lead to another cross country move while struggling to keep my wife and youngest alive.
Finally mentally capable to manage more of the mess in the wake, I called about getting this hardware to SOC. I gave info on my new job and the snapon rep. I was told he will be informed.
He had no knowledge of the matter when I talked to him the following week, and refused to marry the tool on his route. 2 other snapon reps I spoke to (another in KY and one up in MI where I bought the tool) refused to marry it as well.
I just need to know where I can mail it to, or if it can be bought/paid for outright by a 3rd party at this point.
SoC rep hasn't returned my voice voicemails or calls, and Noone I talk to wants it in their custody.
I need to make this right, but I don't know what to do. Back burner priority while running all over planet earth, struggling to survive with small children caused most of this issue, but I finally have some security in place and have the emotional ability to start working through the stressor.
A strait forward answer would be helpful.
Hopefully we can get this all sorted out, get this property to its rightful owner, and/or get you your money in the process if it's an option.
Desired outcome: Coordination of efforts to return property to you, or connect you with direct buyer to end the additional worries on my end.
