I was using the app in question when I was suddenly shut out permanently for no apparent reason I’ve tried multiple times to email there Snapchat support and keep getting automated responses which is extremely frustrating because I didn’t do anything wrong in this case break the (Community Guidelines or TOS)and I can prove that. The software that Snapchat uses to detect these violations is known for being faulty and wrong I just wanted a real member of Snapchat support to actually view my case in why I’ve been locked out and determine that I haven’t done anything wrong and then to unlock or re active my account I can also prove that I didn’t violate the Guidelines!

I have a lot of centennial pictures and chats on my account which means a lot to be and to think that a dedicated user of Snapchat for well of 6 years could get treated like this is unacceptable!

Please I’m begging for to help me and get through to Snapchat or Mr Spiegel (Owner of Snapchat) to get my account back! I’d also like to mention I have never broken any of Snapchat’s rules and the fact that this has happened has made me fall back into my depression and my mental health is currently not good

Claimed loss: My Snapchat account for no reason I don’t want to keep hearing they have done all they can when they haven’t and I don’t want to get responses from robots

Desired outcome: For my account to be unlocked or re activated with no legal proceedings and for me to be happy using the app again and my device ban lifted
